Voici l’exemple type d’une mauvaise expérience qui pousse le client à ne plus revenir dans cet établissement et encore moins chez Logis.
J’ai réservé sur le site de l’hôtel au mois de décembre 2023 dernier une soirée étape pour la nuit du 15 au 16 janvier.
Je téléphone dans la journée du lundi 15 janvier 2024 à l’hôtel pour annuler ma réservation car j’ai un impondérable m’empêchant d’honorer ma réservation. Le répondeur m’annonce que l’hôtel était fermé pour les fêtes et ne reprend justement que le 15 janvier.
Cet établissement a débité mon compte du montant de la soirée-étape malgré mon annulation téléphonique.
Ayant l’habitude de fréquenter cet établissement et étant plutôt très satisfait, j’appelle aujourd’hui 15 février 2024 pour essayer de trouver un arrangement en expliquant la situation.
La dame me répond qu’il faut que j’annule 48 heures avant alors que dans le cas présent, il s’agit d’un impondérable, par définition, 48 heures avant, on est pas informé !!!
De plus, 48 heures avant, l’hôtel étant fermé pour cause de vacances, il est fort probable que dans le cas d’une annulation respectée, ils n’auraient probablement pas tenu compte non plus de celle-ci pour cause de fermeture.
Cette méthode est très malhonnête et digne d’escroquerie.
Le client doit payer quoi qu’il arrive.
Donc chez Logis, on ne tient plus compte des problématiques de dernière minute pouvant arriver à n’importe qui ? Chez Logis, même un client de longue date comme je le suis doit être considéré limite comme un incompétent pour n’avoir pas respecté le Process de fonctionnement.
En tant que commercial, j’entends ces temps-ci une communication dans les médias concernant votre enseigne, vous devriez revoir rapidement vos valeurs à l’égard de vos clients historiques, vos méthodes qui ne sont pas dignes de l’hôtellerie.
D’autres enseignes que la vôtre pratiquent à peu près les mêmes procédés d’annulation, pour les anciens clients, on trouve toujours un arrangement!
Visiblement pas chez vous et encore moins dans cet établissement précisément.
Je ne reviendrai évidemment pas.
Hôtel très bien situé. Chambres décorées avec goût et confortables. Appréciable après une journée de travail.
Seul bémol. Il faut faire couler longtemps l'eau de la douche pour qu'elle devienne chaude.
J'ai testé l'un des restaurants partenaires pour la soirée étape: quelconque... dommage!

Very nice home. We appreciated the secure parking. The room was fine, but just 2 minor criticisms: the TV is badly placed (room 19), and it's a shame to put carpet, which is less hygienic than parquet. Otherwise perfect.

Right in the center of Sainte, "cosy" comfort in a very well-kept comfortable hotel. Friendly welcome. Very good value for money.
I sleep in this hotel very regularly in the center which is very good. No restaurant in the hotel but it works with partners within walking distance.
Nice and warm hotel. Friendly welcome on arrival. The parking space (paying) is a plus because the hotel is located in the city center. Only downside: the breakfast service ended at 9:30 a.m. and refusal to give us just a little coffee at 9:20 a.m.... Surprising.
We could put the bicycles + luggage inside the gate with a code, which was nice, but we were not allowed to go to our room! Breakfast room was completely full: there was a group of Germans!
