I would like to know what the benefits of the loyalty programme are

The ETIK loyalty programme allows you to accumulate euros for your stays and meals within the Logis Hotels - Cit'hôtel network (Logis d'Exception, Châteaux & Demeures, Logis Hotels, Cit'hôtel, Urban Style and Auberge de pays).
 
For your stays, save up to 5.5%* of the amount of your stay in your pot.
 
 
For your meals, if the bill is less than 20€ you accumulate 1.1% of the amount of your bill, if the bill is equal or superior to 20€, you accumulate 2.2% of the amount spent per person.
 
 
For every 15€ spent, you can generate a loyalty voucher to spend in the 2,200 hotels and restaurants throughout France and Europe.

I would like to know if the loyalty programme applies to all booking

For your stays, the ETIK loyalty programme applies to "eligible" rates and for bookings made on the logishotels.com* website or on the hotel's website.
 
Here is the list of eligible rates, on which you can obtain euro credits:

ETIK loyalty account

I want to create an ETIK account, what do I do?

To create an ETIK loyalty account, you have several options:
 
Online at logishotels.com
 
From the "Create an account" area.
When you confirm your booking, you can create an account while confirming your booking.
 
Directly at the hotel
 
The hotel will provide you with a card, remember to activate your account from this link.

I can't connect, what can I do?

If you are unable to connect, you have several options:
 
Change your browser (Chrome, Mozilla ...)
Clear your browsing history
Put your ad blocker on pause
  
If you are unable to log in, it is possible that your account has been deleted. Under the Personal Data Protection Act (RGPD), if you have not presented your loyalty card to the hotel or restaurant, or if you have not generated a cheque for more than 36 months, we cannot retain your data and customer account.

I forgot my password, how do I retrieve it?

To reset your password, go to your "My account" area and click on "Forgot your password". Enter the email address you gave when you registered to reset your password.

I want to change my email address, what do I do?

If you still have access to the email address you used when you registered
 
From the "My account" area, go to the "Manage my account" section to enter your new email address.
 
If you no longer have access to the email address you used when you registered

I have an ETIK account, do I need a physical loyalty card?

If you already have an ETIK loyalty account, you do not need to have a physical card.
 
The creation of your account automatically generates a dematerialised loyalty card number.
 
Your dematerialised card is accessible from your "My account" space under the heading "My card". You can register it in order to present it during your stays and meals and benefit from the advantages of the ETIK loyalty programme.

I would like to obtain an ETIK loyalty card

The ETIK loyalty card is now dematerialised and available on the logishotels.com website.
 
Go to "Create an account". The creation of the account will automatically generate the creation of a dematerialized loyalty card.
 
If you wish to obtain a physical card, do not hesitate to ask the hotelier for one during your stay.

I got a physical loyalty card, what should I do?

Take your physical card and go to this page.
 
Fill in the "Already have a loyalty card" field with the number on the physical card and complete the information on the form.

I have an O'Logis loyalty card, what should I do?

The ETIK loyalty cards replace the O'Logis cards. However, you keep all your advantages.
 
If you already had an online loyalty account
 
No action is required on your part. You can still keep your card number and account information. You can also retrieve your dematerialised ETIK loyalty card from your account.
 
If you did not have a loyalty account 
 
Take your physical card and go to this page.
 
Fill in the "Already have a loyalty card" field with the number on the physical card and fill in the information on the form.

I have several loyalty cards, how do I get my loyalty pot back?

If you have more than one loyalty card and wish to recover your points/euros, please contact the booking Centre via this form.

My card did not work at the hotel, what should I do?

If you presented your card to the hotel or gave your loyalty number when you checked out and it did not work, this is a technical problem. We invite you to contact Customer Service via this form, specifying your loyalty number and attaching your invoice.

Loyalty pot and Euro Credits

How can I accumulate euros for each of my stays and meals?

Present your physical or dematerialised card at the end of your stay or meal, the loyalty pot is only awarded on presentation of the loyalty card. You will be able to find the balance of your loyalty pot in your "My Account" space 24 hours after your departure.

When will I see my euro credits following my stay?

After your stay, you can check the balance of your loyalty pot from your "My Account" area.
 
It takes 24 hours for the euros from your last stay to be credited to your loyalty pot.
 
For example: you stay on 1 January and leave the hotel at 12:15, your euros will be credited to your account on 2 January at 12:15.

I have made stays before my registration, can I accumulate euros?

Only expenses incurred after your registration date will be eligible for the ETIK Loyalty pot.

I have a new loyalty account, can I credit the euros from my previous stays?

If you had an ETIK loyalty account
 
To merge your old and new account, go to your "My account" area and click on "My card" and then on "Associate a new card". You will find your credited euros.
 
If you did not have an ETIK loyalty account
 
If you were not an ETIK member, you will not be able to credit any euros.

I forgot to show my ETIK loyalty card, can I earn euros?

To obtain your euros you can contact the hotel or our customer service via this form.

I want to know how much money I have in my loyalty pot, how do I do that?

Log in to your "My account" space, from the "My situation" section you will have the balance of your loyalty pot.

I would like to know the expiry date of my loyalty pot.

From your account "My account" under the heading "My loyalty pot", you will have a summary table showing the next expiry dates of your cheques.

How long do I have to get my euro credits?

The euros are credited to your ETIK account directly on site by the hotel at the time of your stay. They can be consulted 24 hours after the end of your stay on your ETIK loyalty account
 
However, if you do not see your euro credit on your ETIK account following your stay, you have up to two months after your stay to contact us.

Which means of payment are eligible for the euro credit?

All means of payment are eligible for credit to your ETIK Loyalty Account. 
 
You can for example pay by credit card, holiday vouchers, ETIK loyalty vouchers or any other payment method accepted by the hotel.
 
The credit of euros will be made on the total amount of your stay (if your rate is eligible to the loyalty program) and this whatever the chosen means of payment.
 
e gift cards and vouchers (in circulation until the end of 2023, some valid until the end of 2024)

My points/euros will expire, how do I keep them?

Loyalty cheques

I want to access my €15 loyalty voucher(s). How do I do this?

Your kitty must have been credited for 24 hours and have reached €15 in order for a loyalty voucher to be automatically created and visible in your account.

From your "My account" area, go to the "My vouchers" section where you can print or download your vouchers.

Example: a customer goes to the hotel on Monday at 3 p.m. At the end of his stay, he shows his loyalty card. Thanks to his stay, he reaches the €15 threshold on Tuesday at 3pm, and the voucher will be automatically created and available on Wednesday the same day.

I have loyalty vouchers, where and how can I use them?

Present your loyalty vouchers when paying the bill. Remember to check that the hotel belongs to one of the following brands: Logis Hôtels, Cit'Hôtel, Singuliers, Demeures & Châteaux, Urban Style and Auberge de pays. Don't forget that you can also use your vouchers for restaurants and takeaways.

I paid for my stay or bill in full with my cheques, do I accumulate euros?

If you pay for your entire restaurant booking or bill with your ETIK loyalty vouchers, you will earn euros in the same way as if you had paid without your vouchers.

I would like to know the validity date of my loyalty voucher

To know the validity date of your loyalty voucher, go to "My account" or on the Logis Hotels application in the "Loyalty vouchers" section and you will find the expiry date of your vouchers.

I would like to know the validity date of my loyalty pot.

To find out when your pot is valid, go to "My account" or the Logis Hotels application. There you will find the amount and expiry date of the accumulated euros.
