Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the quality of the set menu; breakfast didn't offer much choice. The staff were pleasant and the hotel was clean.
I've been choosing Logis Hotels for business trips for years. This is the first time I've been disappointed; the room was poorly insulated, and the other guests were noisy (music, shouting, TV... the walls weren't soundproofed). Furthermore, to get hot water in the morning, you have to run the tap for 15 minutes (room 220); so you have to shave with cold water and start your shower with freezing temperatures. The sink drain was also clogged (I reported it to the night manager in the morning). On the other hand, the evening and night staff are welcoming, dedicated, and friendly. This doesn't change the fact that it's my worst stay with this chain; I apologize to the staff who are completely blameless and whom I respectfully salute. In addition, there was no Wi-Fi that night.
This hotel and restaurant should be removed from the Logis Hotel catalogue; it does not fit the profile. Very disappointing.
The receptionists are very efficient and very friendly. They are very attentive, which is very pleasant.
The evening meal was very processed and bland. The mattress was on its last legs.
Unacceptable for a place to stay. Room was adequate. Reception was decent. Food was bland. Breakfast lacked cold cuts, with the excuse being the presence of a group, so the breakfast served was the €12 option and not the €16 one included in the overnight package!! No compensation, of course. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
The staff were welcoming and professional. However, I find it odd that I had to sign a document authorizing the hotel to deduct €60 from my credit card in case of damage, given that no inventory was taken upon arrival or departure…
Noise in the hallways at 5:00 AM, hairdryer in the room wasn't working
New hotel in the chain. A few imperfections to improve! Very warm welcome. Very good restaurant.
