A break in the heart of Sologne, a welcome respite during a busy work week, and an excellent restaurant, exceptional even though it was a set menu for an overnight stay.

Very beautiful place with a perfect welcome and refined cuisine

Small but well-equipped room, cozy shall we say with good bedding, and we especially ate very well at the restaurant in the evening. One disappointment, the breakfast which is not up to its price. A second: does not accept holiday vouchers; it's been years since I heard that.

I had a great evening, a very good meal and a quiet room. Perfect!

Very nice, very pleasant hotel. A very pleasant stopover to visit the region. This old coaching inn is superb and the welcome is perfect. The dinner is as delicious as it is superbly presented, the chef is an artist. (fruits, vegetables and various herbs are exclusively from the vegetable garden) Don't hesitate to stop there, it's the second time we've come here and we'll be back

A fantastic hotel for our stopover. Our family of four stayed in the family suite, which had two spacious bathrooms and two separate bedrooms. We also enjoyed a delicious meal with local, regional produce. The hospitality was excellent. And there was a lovely pool; the kids loved it. I highly recommend this hotel.

Excellent experience for lovers. Admiring this huge marquetry room and the very well-maintained property, in which one can rest on a bench to admire the vegetable garden or the beehives, or better still relax on the terrace. Impeccable cleanliness of the room and the living spaces. Excellent breakfast with local products. We would have appreciated one or two small bottles of water in the room.

This hotel and restaurant is run by real "pros"! A couple with experience (something different from the four-star establishments that abound and are too often complete shams). At La Diligence, everything is perfect: the comfort, the cuisine, the welcome. The establishment has been very well renovated, with beautiful materials, its vegetable garden is worth the detour, the swimming pool is pleasant. In short, you'll want to come back.

A wonderful stay! The hotel and its setting are magnificent, what a beautiful renovation and what a beautiful garden! The excellent surprise is undoubtedly the chef's cuisine, full of freshness and flavor and very nicely presented with herbs and flowers... The welcome is adorable! We recommend it with our eyes closed!!

A magnificent hotel where the charm of the renovated building has been perfectly preserved. The chef cultivates his own vegetable garden, making his dishes delicious and worthy of the finest gourmet restaurants. The service is impeccable, and the welcome is warm and attentive. I travel a large part of France on a stopover and I am disappointed with the value for money. The overall quality of the hotel/restaurant is okay, nothing more. I have found much better for the same price. What shocked me is that I did not like the meat offered on the menu (single menu on a stopover - no choice). Not that it is not good but just not to my taste. Well the chef did not offer me anything else and let me leave having only eaten the starter and dessert. I fell back on the bread! I find this attitude very average. I will not come back!

Very nice establishment, but 10€ for parking is absurd in this village! The restaurant is not one: only one menu (55€!) and no à la carte. The compulsory starter is the smallest portion of foie gras I have ever been served! Main course: salmon or quail! Nothing to complain about the quality.

Pleasant night Disappointing restaurant for a distinguished table! Only one menu, very limited choice, only one dessert We chose the quail where a fillet was missing!! In addition the dish was just lukewarm but the tastes were there The fireplace in the dining room was very pleasant

Pleasant welcome with attentive staff throughout our stay. Pleasant setting, the absolute calm is only interrupted at night by the roar of deer, the cry of owls and the croaking of frogs. Very beautiful dining room, being with children and grandchildren, we particularly appreciated the large and beautiful family table. High quality cuisine, regional products are accompanied by local wines. The establishment is very well located for visiting the castles of the Loire and discovering the mysterious charms of Sologne.

The restaurant is of high quality. The quiet setting is a plus. Unfortunately, due to the weather we were unable to enjoy the beautiful swimming pool. A step to recommend.

A very pleasant establishment, and with very good quality catering.

We were impressed by the large wooden staircase in reception. The wooden theme continued in the dining room which was very tastefully furnished. On entering the dining room we were welcomed by Madame and a large roaring fire. The food was different and tasty. From the furnishings to the glasses and dishes, everything was impeccably tasteful, making this a dining experience. Our room was spacious and pleasant and the bed was comfortable.

No heating in the room, TV channels not accessible, no choice for the evening stopover menu, no Saumur Champigny in 1/2 bottle.
