The hotel is very well located, quiet, and the staff are pleasant.
Friendly, helpful service. Excellent cocktails and food at the bar.
Prima accommodatie op doorreis van en naar Spanje. Uitermate vriendelijke ontvangst bij de receptie. Al het personeel spreekt Engels en is zeer behulpzaam. Goede restaurants aanwezig maar verdient aanbeveling dit vooraf te reserveren. Uitgebreid ontbijt en ook hier hartelijk ontvangst door een dame die o.a. de koffie en verse jus d’orange verzorgd. Kamers, ook de goedkoopste, nog niet heel lang geleden gerenoveerd. Koffiezet apparaat aanwezig maar fles water ontbreekt. Nu is het kraanwater dinkbaar maar smaakt naar chloor ( ook het tafelwater in het restaurant doet dat). Flesje water zou dit oplossen. Parkeren is, zeker als je laat komt, soms een probleem. Elektrisch laden auto mogelijk maar zeer zeer prijzig en als je een hybride auto hebt is het goedloper om op brandstof te rijden. Dat komt omdat men naast een start tarief van € 1,08 de eerste 90 minuten €3,62 per uur betaald en daarna € 5,27 per uur. Dit naast het stroomtarief.Tijdig de stekker er uithalen om onnodige kosten te voorkomen. Het hotel waarschuwt daar overigens voor.
Good stopover, friendly and professional staff
We were on the Camino de Santiago. Emerging from the woods and the dust, a mirage. Beautiful, delicious, and above all, incredibly professional and friendly staff. This complex in such a small village is amazing. The associated facilities are fabulous. A bit out of place with our shorts and sneakers 😁 It's a small budget but fabulous, I hope to come back! Well done to everyone ⭐️⭐️⭐️

I love staying at Camillou's. The hotel is beautiful, the breakfast room is stylish, the welcome is warm, and the rooms are comfortable. The hotel's brasserie is amazing! It's an ideal spot for starting hikes in the Aubrac region.

We had a great stay at Camillou's. We appreciated the quality of the services, the friendliness and the availability of the staff. Special mention to Axel for his delicious cocktails 🍹 The breakfast buffet is varied and delicious, everything is homemade including the yogurts. We dined at the gourmet brasserie and we really enjoyed ourselves. We appreciated being able to go to the restaurant without having to go outside. It's a very nice discovery and we will come back with great pleasure 😊

Everything was absolutely impeccable; the welcome and service are impeccable, whether at reception, at the brasserie, at breakfast or at the Spa. The accommodation is comfortable (a little noisy because children were running around in the room above mine) and well-kept, the dinner stopover at the brasserie is delicious and perfectly well served, the breakfast is generous and the welcome excellent.

The welcome at reception set the tone for our very pleasant stay. The room and bedding were very comfortable. The evening meal at La Gabale restaurant was delicious. The breakfast was exceptional!

This is the third time we have stayed at Camillou's. This time we had a room for 3 people, even though there were 2 of us. It was a little less nice than last time.

The "goods" correspond to: - paid spa not specified when booking - very dark breakfast room, blinds closed. Atmosphere more like a cocktail than brunch, stifling - poor quality of toilet paper. Very competent and very professional staff, pleasant and available.

A very nice surprise! A warm hotel/restaurant, a very warm welcome, a lot of professionalism, a great spa (ideal after a day of walking), a delicious breakfast and a beautiful family story. In summer, the swimming pool and the garden must be very pleasant. The hotel is located 5 minutes walk from the train station and shops of Aumont-Aubrac.

I found the mattress a little soft and it would be great to have a towel dryer in the bathroom (to dry your things when you are a pilgrim on the way). Prima hotel. Kamers netjes maar nog al warm ( geen airco) en koelkastje ontbreekt. Geen gemis voor een nacht maar wel bij langer verblijf. Als je wat strammer van lijf en leden bent is het douchen in bad lastig. Badkuipbodem is spiegelglad en nauwelijks houvast bij in en uitstappen.
Parkeerterrein is nog al klein voor de omvang van het hotel en de beide restaurants ( niet behorende tot het hotel).

A great stopover! Family stay in one of the suites/apartments. Harmonious decoration, very pleasant and very well-appointed space. The bedding is perfect, like all the rest of the accommodation. The welcome is very professional, warm and attentive. The swimming pool is very pleasant after a somewhat hot day, we did not try the SPA. The breakfast is delicious, with high-quality local products, the breakfast area is peaceful indoors and super pleasant outdoors. We had dinner at the adjoining brasserie: everything was perfect: the ingenious and tasty dishes, the top-notch service, the super pleasant terrace. We will definitely come back, even if it means making a detour :).

A big downside. This hotel is listed as accepting connect VACATION CHECKS. Which had a preponderant character in the choice of this hotel in addition to the etik loyalty program. But it was not possible to use them...for a technical problem it seems! A tune-up with ancv is necessary.
