Great and pleasant.
The welcome was nonexistent, the room was dirty, the sanitary facilities were of very poor quality (the toilet wasn't fixed), the toilets in the rooms leaked, the breakfast was very meager (day-old bread and croissants), there was no cold cuts (only four slices of sausage at 7 a.m. for the entire hotel), the fruit juice was tasteless, and the cassoulet at dinner was dreadful (undercooked lamb instead of bacon, tough and tasteless sausage, and a very small and overcooked duck leg). In short, having stayed in many Logis de France hotels, I believe this one was the worst! We urge you to send a hygiene inspector, especially to the kitchen and the guest rooms.

A typical hotel of the region with character. Spotlessly clean room. Excellent dinner and breakfast service. Very warm welcome at reception. Keypad entry for late returns. A walk through the old village of Tarascon to the top of the tower is highly recommended.
Very good despite the alarm incident, which unfortunately wasn't the professional's fault. We managed to fall asleep, and breakfast was provided. We'll gladly return.

Very good stay, very pleasant person
A simply perfect stay. A family-run hotel, the managers are exceptionally kind! I have never seen such friendly, attentive, and accommodating staff, so generous with their hearts. All our requests were met and more, always with a smile! The hotel is very well located in the heart of Tarascon, and the view from the room is magnificent and relaxing. The room was clean and smelled wonderful. Everything was perfect. And the next morning, we were kindly offered a complimentary breakfast, which was truly excellent. This hotel is definitely worth a visit and richly deserves all the positive reviews, thanks to the hard work and dedication of the managers. Thank you again, Chantal!
Very warm welcome and very pleasant staff
We arrived with a booking made through Booking.com and were told they were full, that they were sorry but couldn't give us the room we had reserved because it was already occupied. After complaining for a while and seeing that we weren't going anywhere, our room suddenly appeared and they gave us the keys to the room we had reserved. I still don't understand why they did this, but I definitely wouldn't recommend the experience of being left without the room you had previously booked.
Very low-end hotel: dirty, very outdated furnishings, worn and broken floorboards, very cramped bathroom, moldy shower seals, damaged faucet, heating not turned on when we arrived. The room was cold, as expected for the season. Stained and yellowed pillowcases. As for the restaurant: amateurish and inefficient staff. In short, an expensive room for what it offers. Avoid at all costs.

Very friendly welcome, simple meals that were very good and plentiful for a very reasonable price.
Couette posée à nu sur drap et housse de couette par dessus, vide donc... Du jamais vu (et je travaille dans l'hôtellerie restauration depuis sept ans..). Aspirateur pas passé (poils en tout genre partout, miettes des précédentes, et même un cordon de la serpillière blanche..), inox salle de bain tachés, vitre douche calcaire, étagères poussiéreuses. Pour couronner le tout, la cuvette se détache et est bancale. Dès que l'on s'assoit, gros bruit de céramique. Gros tube de cuisine qui remonte sur balcon fait beaucoup bruit. Cadre de fleurs est moche et délavé mais ça c'est un détail.

Smelly and small room for 4 people. Avoid breakfast... stale and inedible croissants. Very poor quality pre-cooked bread... avoid!!!
A Logis professional client for 25 years, I always pay at the start. Here, when I arrive by motorbike, I am asked to pay before getting the key. So I had to pay as I go (room, then meal, ...) Ordinary meal: tartare, but I am offered a basket with sauces: the empty mustard pot, the mayo pot too. The fries are worthy of MacDo. If you are going to eat MacDo-style fries, you might as well go to MacDo. Finally, the bouquet: cleanliness of the room (room 22): the chair with a straw seat has a very questionable brown mark on the center of the seat: of course you cannot sit on it!!

Regrettable lack of air-conditioned rooms
Aging hotel, very disappointing but not very pleasant welcome, no air conditioning in a region like this, a person who comes to the rooms even though we had reserved 2 nights and all our personal belongings were there, no parking space and above all expensive for a room like we had. I do not recommend this establishment

Family-run hotel with a warm, helpful welcome. The room was a bit small but had a magnificent view of the river. The bathroom was a bit cramped.
Hotel with all lights off and door locked from 11:30! No night porter, reception no longer answers the phone! I stayed outside banging on the door for someone to come and let me in after half an hour (the owner maybe)!
