Bonjour,
L'hotel était complet et je me suis retrouvé à la rue avec ma femme et notre enfant de 1 an.
La gestion de l'hotel est à l'ancienne via un livre de réservation mais il n'y a pas de communication avec booking et logis hotel. Donc lorsque l'hotel est complet, les centrale de réservation continuent d'accepter les demandes. Nous étions 5 personnes ce soir là à ma connaissance à se retrouver sans rien.
Pour sa défense, la propriétaire avait perdu son mari la veille. Mais ça ne change pas la manière dont sont effectuées les réservations.
Il est tout à son honneur de gérer encore son établissement à son âge mais il serait temps de passer le relais à une personne plus compétente en terme de réactivité, connectivité et modernité...

Hôtel tres bien situé. Propriétaires toujours dynamiques et proche des clients . Hotel familial et chaleureux qui contraste avec la froideur des chaînes hôtelières.

Bonjour,
Très déçu par cet hôtel, les images sur le site de l'hôtel ne reflète pas la réalité. La chambre était petite, mal aménagée et très vieillotte. La chambre que nous occupions était en pente. Le mobilier à l 'intérieur était très sommaire et en mauvais état,peu d'espace de rangement (nous étions en moto). En ce qui concerne la terrasse extérieure, même constat,la pelouse n'est pas tondue,les tables et chaises ont mille ans, les luminaires complètement délabrés,bref une catastrophe. Nous sommes arrivés le jour de l'instauration
du passe sanitaire et personne ne nous l'a demandé durant tous le séjour. En plus le prix des chambres est prohibitif en regard des prestations. En conclusion, hôtel à fuir où alors en dernier recours si plus rien ailleurs. Cet hôtel ne mérite pas (où ne mérite plus) de faire partie du label Logis hôtel. Je tiens à votre disposition une dizaine de photos concernant tout ce que je vous ai dis. Cordialement.

Homely , family hotel. Friendly welcome, Covid restrictions in place. Our evening meals in the restaurant were very tasty. We had a room with a small balcony overlooking the garden and river which was delightful. We would have appreciated a kettle + tea & coffee sachets in the room. Hubby said it was a shame that the garden wasn't more enticing. We would happily stay here again if in the area.

Nous étions admiratifs et éprouvons un respect profond envers le couple qui gère depuis 40 ans cet excellent établissement, monsieur a 84 ans et madame 82, travailleurs et serviables, ils nous ont aidé à chauffer nos plats de réveillons (achetés emporté froids) dans leur four, ainsi nous avons pu passer notre réveillon de Saint Sylvestre agréablement dans notre chambre propre, bien chauffée et confortable. L'hôtel a un sacré passé puisque Napoléon III et l'impératrice Eugénie y sont descendus à maintes reprises. En plus il y a un parking gratuit juste à 50 mètre de l'hôtel.
