Fantastic stay at this hotel. The welcome, the room, the bar, and the restaurant were all top-notch. The only slight drawback was the very poor internet connection, even with Wi-Fi, and some interference on the TV. But it wasn't a big deal.

Dirty towel, room must updated for that price.we had made reservation for restaurant 3 months earlier. At artival is was closed. They could have isend as a mail but did bit do that, very dissapointing.

We have stayed here many times before and we have always had dinner. This time we were advised by email that the restaurant was closed on the night we were staying. We were both disappointed because we could see that a group were able to have dinner. However I did speak with a member of staff who advised me that one of the chefs was unwell and the remaining one could only cope with the group dinner. It is always helpful to be aware of the reasons behind any change to the booking.
I think we would check whether a group was in the hotel before booking again.

Very well located hotel a few meters from the city (you can get there on foot) with a beautiful, very clean swimming pool. The place is very quiet, it was very relaxing. On the other hand, the hotel is a little old, especially the red carpet with the letters of the alphabet but you can see that there are modern things added over time. A refresh would make this hotel perfect. Small drawbacks: the price to stay there is high, the card to open the room and turn on the light is not practical and the sheets were not entirely clean when we arrived (old stains which I think did not come out in the wash and a bit found) but I think they were still changed so we did not make a complaint because the rest of the sheets were spotless, we would have seen it if they were too dirty. Spacious and clean room with a large comfortable bed. Lovely, welcoming and very professional staff. Special mention to Oksana who was incredibly kind to my husband and me when we met one evening at the pool closing time. We thank her again! 😊 We highly recommend this hotel and will be happy to come back!

Efficient and courteous welcome. Standard room quite small but well appointed. We appreciated the presence of a kettle with tea/herbal tea, the air conditioning, the separate toilet. The pool is a good size (we had the pool practically to ourselves). It would be wise to remind people via a sign, for example, not to eat around or in the pool and to take a look from time to time. We saw a family of about ten people set up for a real picnic, eating chips or similar in the water and putting bottles to cool in the pool! We had the unpleasant feeling of having invited ourselves into their home! We left.

Beautiful establishment located in a quiet area near the center of Semur-en-Auxois. The swimming pool is very pleasant during the hot weather. The staff is friendly and very professional. We had a pleasant 3-day stay.

Very warm welcome at reception on arrival and departure; staff generally very friendly; room with comfortable beds; separate bathrooms, very good. On the other hand, great disappointment with the catering; a dish with tough and inedible meat; we asked for a change, which was done with another dish at our request, but they forgot the bread that was supposed to be served with the dish and changed the waiter. Too bad.

While passing through, we really appreciated the quality of the establishment as well as the services. Located near major roads without the nuisances. We recommend it.

Fantastic hotel. Lovely room and great food. Location very convenient. Room was ready despite the fact that we had arrived early. Staff lovely and very efficient. Very glad that there was a pool to use all day because we could not do what we planned due to the extremely high temperatures.

Beautiful establishment located on the roadside, outside the village, large parking lot, very easy to access. Perfect room as far as 141 is concerned, on the ground floor with large window overlooking the park, quiet, bathroom with old-fashioned shower, minimalist hairdryer that fails when used for drying long hair and separate toilet very appreciable and deserves to be mentioned in a three-star hotel because it is often not the case, bathrobe and slippers. Beautiful swimming pool, very pleasant with very comfortable parasols and deckchairs. Only one regret, the rental of towels for the swimming pool at €3 which pushes us to use the bathrobe and/or the towels in the bathroom, I am not sure that it is financially profitable for the establishment because I do not think that many customers rent the towels!!! Second visit to the restaurant of the establishment and once again, imposed menu, impossibility of tasting the tempting menu, this time it is the chef who left!! Really very disappointed once again not to have been warned even though the reservation had been made and during our stay 15 days ago we had insisted on the fact that we had reserved for the restaurant. The imposed menu was very simple and does not allow us to judge the establishment on this point (Serrano ham and piece of beef). Breakfast in the form of a good, varied and plentiful buffet, however there are very few products presented at a time and you have to constantly ask for: milk, pancakes, croissants, ham, bacon. It's a bit unpleasant.

It was a very hot day (35 degrees) cycled 100 km so glad we were there but the reception was impersonal, uninterested. No refreshment was offered

My request for a room facing the back of the building was not taken into account and the hotel was full. So I cancelled my reservation.

Very enjoyable stay. Staff friendly and helpful, rooms very clean and had everything you needed and restaurant food and service good. Hotel has plenty of parking and is a 20 mins walk down to the town. Only 2 criticisms 1) decor very dated and 2) room doors are not soundproof

Hotel located about a 20 minute, slightly tough, walk from town centre. Good parking. Really nice bar area and a good breakfast. Room well appointed, comfortable bed and spotlessly clean.

Mauvaise expérience au petit déjeuner quand on est arrivé vers 9:00 hier matin, toutes les tables n’étaient pas débarrassées et le buffet était quasi vide ; il n’y avait personne en cuisine ; à la réception on ne nous pris pas au sérieux ; on a cherché dans les armoires des assiettes, des couverts et des serviettes et on s’est servi avec ce qui restait : un pain brioché et du fromage à tartiner ; après l’arrivée d’un deuxième couple dix minutes après, la dame de la réception a finalement réagi et encore 10 minutes plus tard on avait du pain et des petits pains. Mais les tables sont restés non débarrassées…pas d’excuses ou une remise sur le prix…

Very good dinner and spacious room

Very well located hotel offering a very pleasant environment. The services are perfect. The room is very comfortable and well equipped. The only downside of our stay is the evening meal because we were offered a menu supposedly included in the price of the room to finally tell us after signing the bill that there had been an error in the room number and that therefore we had to pay the entire menu. We therefore discovered the pain the next morning when paying the bill.

Regarding the hotel: the room 132 that we occupied was comfortable, welcoming, and the bedding very good. Unfortunately, urine coming up into the shower room ruined everything. We were not able to take a shower!

Dit is meer een etappe hotel (genre ibis), de kamers zijn groot genoeg voor één of twee nachten, maar als het slecht weer is, zit je toch maar tamelijk bekrompen op je kamer. De lounge is klein, alsook de bar, dus daar is ook niets te zoeken. Even tussendoor : de service van het personeel is uitstekend !!! en de hygiene is piccobello in orde !!! chapeau !!! Op de kamer heb je een mini koffiezetapparaat en een verwarmkan om thee te zetten, maar misschien was het beter om die te vervangen door een mini koelkast en een koffie automaat in de lounge te zetten,

The stay was good except for breakfast. The evening meal was very good. Unfortunately, there was no reference to the "Logis" card when checking out. What was unusual was that the restaurant bills were not handed out when checking out.

Good address. No vegetable milk at breakfast. I made the remark and the request. It seemed complicated. I was told that some customers came with their own food..That is not an answer. I am not going to come with my milk, my tea, my jam. Having a vegetable milk in a hotel does not seem to me to be an incredible request!

Great hotel on the edge of a stunning medieval town. Everything was good, the staff were very friendly and helpful. Always smiling. The only downside was the wifi was down and the pool was out of action which was a shame.

In the hotel there is no elevator to the rooms on the 2nd floor. No Wi-Fi in the hotel they say broken No TV in Italian language Upon arrival problems with the magnetic key and shower Dinner at high prices for the products served Hotel absolutely not in line with the costs

Magnificent hotel restaurant, a top team, you are great, don't change anything!

I like everything about our stay from the welcome, to a place to store our bikes, the room, aircon (it was a hot day), the meal on the terrace after a swim in their lovely pool. We chose the Burgundy specialties menu and were not disappointed as it was delicious.

When I arrived, the swimming pool was closed (because it had rained during the day) and not reopened... too bad, I had chosen this hotel for the swimming pool... truncated service offer, but not the price... Then, the The room given to me reeked of tobacco. It was changed quickly, but without much friendliness or apology

3rd year thst we hsve used this hotel en route to our holiday. Very friendly, welcoming, comfortable rooms and good restaurant

Very good hotel overall. However, a downside regarding the cuisine: Very little choice in the menus (2 starters, 2 main courses, 2 desserts) Insufficient quantity in certain dishes (Trout fillet with 3 half-leeks of a few centimeters) Legs of can (much overcooked) with only a limited lentil bed. On the other hand, the bourguignon is hearty and correct.

This is our second visit to this establishment and all the services remain at the top. I recommend

Only one negative point: the mattress pad under the sheet was shorter than the mattress... an accumulation of folds which were very annoying for sleeping!!

We without hesitation recommend the Logis Hôtel "Hostellerie d'Aussois" in Semur-en-Auxois where we stayed (four nights) in May 2024. The rooms and common areas are impeccable, the welcome is professional and cordial. The rooms are very well soundproofed. The hotel is perfectly located for a motorist arriving via the A6 (8 km via a secondary road) and has ample outdoor parking. Note that it is practically essential to have a car to stay there given its location. The breakfasts are of high quality and the room where they are served is very pleasant.

It's a shame that a flashing neon sign indicates that I haven't been changed and that the provision of hygiene products in the bathroom is minimal.

Très bon, hôtel, bien situé. Personnel accueillant. bar sympathique et bonne table du terroir.

Seul bémol : l'absence d'ascenseur (même pour un seul étage) et pas de proposition du personnel à l'accueil de porter les bagages, fut-ce en haut des escaliers. J'aurais bien sûr pu le demander mais j'ai préféré tester l'esprit d'initiative du personnel.

In the evening stopover (Commercial), very good hotel and perfect meal and breakfast, only the price is a little high.

Everything was perfect, just one detail: the pillows were too soft, but at reception we were told that it was possible to have memory foam pillows with the superior rooms. But when booking we didn't know. But that’s still a detail.

This brand is very good, both in terms of the hotel business and in terms of the restaurant and its staff; we therefore recommend it. As no one is perfect, it's a shame that the fireplace is only decorative on these rainy days even though it could give a very "cozy" feel.

A perfect balance between careful welcome, day and night, and real comfort in the hotel. The calm at night and the little birds in the morning add to the quality of the place. A small downside on the curtains which do not cover the side of the window, annoying light for those who are sensitive to it.
