Hello, this is the first time I've stayed in a hotel where, instead of soap, there's only shampoo. When I pointed this out, I was simply told I could wash my hands with it… No, no, and NO. The room was stifling, and the air conditioning didn't work. The soundproofing is terrible, both from outside and from the landing and neighboring rooms. When a neighbor takes a shower, it sounds like they're in your bathroom. Breakfast offered very little choice. Nothing justifies the price, €160 per night, no less. Two stars at most. Disappointed.

A big thank you for the welcome, the professionalism and the good tips from Cédric. On the other hand, we were very disappointed by the room (no closet or storage chest of drawers, poor soundproofing). The pastries, cakes, brioches at breakfast seemed to me to have been made the day before. It is better to get up early to benefit from what is offered (2nd day no croissant, nor scrambled egg). The office space with a PC no longer exists... In summary, I do not recommend this hotel for a long stay. Ideal for a professional clientele or for a one-night stopover. Valérie. L

Staff of uneven quality: from poor to good. Impression of a high turnover. Architecture that is supposed to be original, but in reality unsuitable for a stay of several days: bathtub in the middle of the room. Useless and unsightly, because a bathroom has a shower and everything necessary for the toilet. No wardrobe for clothes, only one IKEA sale-type chair. On arrival the air conditioning "broken" (in my opinion it was turned off) and the person at reception did not know what to do. Result, half the night, impossible to sleep, temperature of 26.5 ° C real. We will not return to this establishment.

The hotel is a true gem. The furnishings are modern and chic, with a unique color scheme that lends the hotel a pleasant freshness. The shower in the bathroom is very nice and spacious. Only the storage space and towel hooks throughout the bathroom were a bit limited. The staff is very friendly. The lovingly prepared breakfast buffet is particularly noteworthy.

I wrote to the hotel one day before arrival asking how wide the beds are. I was given the answer that most of the rooms have 180cm wide beds. Just two rooms would have a 160cm wide bed. I asked for a room with a 180cm wide bed. We booked the second highest room category! At the end we were assigned a room with a 160cm wide bed! Very disappointing!

I had to cancel my reservation for medical reasons (my mother was urgently hospitalized) and they refused to refund me. A commercial gesture would have been welcome, but there was no empathy from this establishment. No kindness or empathy.

Impeccable welcome, nicely decorated rooftop room for a great breakfast! The only big problem is storage: a barely accessible bar on which is an IKEA shoe rack lying fallow, and underneath a piece of furniture with two shelves that are also difficult to access... a shame

A wonderful little boutique hotel right in the heart of Arcachon. Perfect location between the train station and the beach, with everything within walking distance. Very personal and beautifully decorated.
The breakfast was one of the best I’ve ever had – so much delicious and healthy food, enjoyed on the lovely rooftop terrace. The staff were attentive and very friendly.
The only downside was the limited storage space in the room – it felt a bit cramped even for one person.
Overall, I truly enjoyed my stay and would be happy to return!

I had a very pleasant stay at the Urban Style Victoria Boutique Hotel. Room 104 is bright, modern, comfortable, and pleasant. I note, however, that the storage facilities are too limited and impractical. The bedding is very comfortable, and the bathroom is new and practical. There is a suitcase stand, a desk (thin but welcome), a safe, and a refrigerator that is useful if you bring drinks or food (the hotel also offers to provide drinks - soda cans for €3.50, for example). The room is equipped with reading lights on both sides. Breakfast is served on the 4th floor, nicknamed the rooftop. The morning welcome is very friendly, the room is pleasant, with welcoming tables and a bright room. However, I found little diversity in the products offered or some of them poorly presented (dairy products, cheeses, fruits). The breads were very fresh, but the cakes did not seem homemade. The English breakfast was limited to scrambled eggs with crème fraîche and bacon. I repeat that it was fresh but I found the whole thing expensive for the choice. On the 4th floor, a good initiative, a water fountain (still or sparkling) with free access for all. I add that the Utban Style Victoria Boutique hotel is located close to the train station (very quick access) and the beach and a 10-minute walk from the city center. Arcachon is a clean, safe city that respects its culture and its past. The seafront is very well laid out.

We had one of the rooms that led to beautiful, relaxing patio, which was the main reason we chose this hotel, and we loved that. Breakfast, served on the pleasant roof area is excellent, thoughtful presented. The room is designed in very urban style (no closet), but with a good shower. Details that tarnish the stay. Coffee was available, but the used coffee capsules weren't replaced the next day, frayed towels, a leaking shower hose, and above all, soundproofing that was absolutely not up to the standard of a luxury hotel?!? Noise in the nearby rooms and the noise from the rooftop was very present from 7:30 a.m.

Lovely hotel, great location, comfy beds, nice bathroom.
Check in was not good, the young lady on reception wasn't at all happy to see us, not sure if she was having a bad day but it really wasn't a good first impression for us. I nearly left she was so rude. Everything else about the hotel was great and the young man who checked us out the next day was delightful, super helpful and friendly.
