Séjour très agréable; un petit bémol, le chauffage dans les chambres: il serait moins couteux de baisser la température la nuit à 19°C (et une grande partie de la journée) et monter à 21 lorsque les clients sont dans la chambre. 20°C en fin d'après midi lorsque l'on rentre donne une sensation de froid.

Die vereinzelten "nur" 9 Punkte ergeben sich durch die klemmende Schranktür und durch die oben am Türrahmen nicht abschließende Zimmertür, was aber dem überaus angenehmen Aufenthalt absolut keinen Abbruch getan hat. Das WLAN hat nicht funktioniert, was aber möglicherweise an der Sicherheitseinstellung des Smartphones lag. Es hat ansonsten einfach alles gestimmt. Wir werden gerne wieder kommen.

Après un week-end d'agapes, nous avons apprécié le confort et la propreté de cet hôtel bien situé dans Eguisheim.
De plus l’accueil y est très agréable.
Bon rapport qualité/prix et mention spécial pour le petit déjeuner qui, bien que servi sous forme de buffet, est proposé à un prix correct.

Es war nirgends vermerkt, dass die Hotelgäste für die Mahlzeiten Tische reservieren sollten. Obwohl im ganzen Ort die Restaurants ausgebucht waren, wurde uns, trotz freien Sitzplätzen, von der unfreundlichen Bedienung nicht mal eine Suppe serviert.

Sehr angenehmes Ambiente und sehr freundliches Personal. Leider war es zeitweilig ein wenig laut (Nachbar Winzerbetrieb). Die Lage ist sehr gut, man ist in wenigen Schritten im Ortszentrum. Die Zimmer sind zwar klein, aber es war alles da und man konnte sich wohlfühlen. Besonderes plus: Man konnte sich morgens einen Kaffee im Zimmer zubereiten.

Our one negative comment is regarding the soundproofing with the adjoining room (which is usually used when families stay and want an interconnecting room). We would happily stay another time but avoid that particular room.

Ontbijt was zeer goed en uitgebreid in een gezellige sfeer en de bedden waren van zeer goede kwaliteit. De schuifdeuren van de kleerkast waren geforceerd en een TL-verlichting die op je zenuwen werkte met haar geflikker. Het bedieningspaneel van het toilet viel er steeds vanaf.

Juste un petit bémol dans la chambre que nous occupions pour la salle de bain / wc qui n'était séparé de la partie couchage que par un rideau. Excellent service, personnel accueillant et à l'écoute. Hôtel propre et soigné, décoration correcte dans les chambres, j'aurais toutefois souhaité une décoration plus campagnarde en accord avec le charme désuet du village, mais il s'agit là d'un avis purement subjectif. We had a room at the front of the hotel, even though it was a quiet village when traffic went past in evening/night/ early hours it was very very loud and woke us up! The weather was extremely hot and the room had not a/c . The room did have a small fan and when we asked at reception they gave us another larger fan and 2 complementary bottles of cold water.

Ne sont pas avares d'informations, que ce soit sur la région, la qualité des vins que l'on peut déguster . Avons pu découvrir des saveurs régionales grâce à la patronne de l'établissement tout en restant ouverte à l'écoute du client pour modifier un met si besoin. Sehr guter Service. Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Moderne Zimmer, gut ausgestattet. Das Hotel hat eine gute Lage. Idealer Ausgangspunkt für Radtouren. Schön, dass die Fahrräder gut eingestellt werden können. Es war ein schöner Aufenthalt, wir haben uns wohlgefühlt. Danke!

Hôtel agréable et confortable. Personnel avenant et souriant. Attention de ne pas prendre une chambre qui donne dans la rue. Cette dernière est très bruyante et il n'est pas possible d'ouvrir la fenêtre pendant la nuit sous peine d'être gêné. Or la chambre n'est pas climatisée et cela devient vite étouffant.

Dommage du fait que l'établissement est rénové, qu'il ne soit pas équipé de climatisation ou alors mettre un ventilateur comme beaucoup d'établissements font par forte chaleur.

Top Preis-Leistung, super Lage, freundlicher Empfang, jedoch das Bett war sehr hart und nicht wirklich zu geniessen. Zudem war es im Zimmer heiss und auch das geöffnete Fenster vermochte keine grosse Abkühlung. Weiter sollte das Putzpersonal informiert werden, wann ein Gast abreist. Sie wollten bereits um 8:30 und um 9:00 unser Zimmer machen kommen (Latest Check-out 11:00) und weckten uns zwei Mal - keine Karte für nicht gestört werden war vorhanden. Alles in allem sind wir mit dem Aufenthalt jedoch zufrieden. Danke.
