Excellent room, with a separate toilet and bathroom; the whole place seems to have been recently renovated. A real plus was the bedside lamps – original and practical. Breakfast offered a decent selection.
I stayed at this hotel and had a truly excellent experience. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with great professionalism and courtesy, making us feel immediately at ease. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and well-maintained, with all the amenities needed for a relaxing stay. Breakfast was plentiful and varied, with fresh, high-quality products, perfect for starting the day. The hotel's location is also very convenient, ideal for getting around and exploring the surrounding area. Special thanks to the staff, always available and attentive to our every need. Jessica gave us a wonderful welcome. The Christmas decorations inside and out were beautiful, and the parking entrance was magical. The room was comfortable and well-heated. Kudos to the cleaning staff for keeping the hotel spotless. The staff were pleasant and professional. The complimentary bottle of water upon arrival was a lovely touch. The breakfast selection was excellent (local and high-quality products). Areas for improvement: the pillows were too firm, and there was no kettle in the room for tea lovers. Hooks should be added to the bathroom in room 19B.
Hotel with very friendly staff and lovely, well-renovated rooms
My wife and I have lost count of our stays at this beautiful establishment (hotel and restaurant). All the staff, and especially Magali and Joël, are impeccable, professional, and always in good spirits. We were greeted by the charming Jessica, then by the ever-smiling Magali, and in the evening at the restaurant by the incomparable Jordan (always smiling and with a kind word for every customer, efficient and very professional). Order and cleanliness reign throughout the entire establishment. What can I say about the quality of the meals and wines offered? Nothing, it was, as usual, very, very good. The value for money is more than reasonable. See you soon, and a big thank you to everyone.

Very good hotel
I stayed for just one night on September 12, 2025. The room was comfortable, as were the amenities. The hotel was very quiet and clean, located in a small, peaceful village just a few kilometers from Strasbourg and Colmar. Unfortunately, I couldn't have dinner because the restaurant was closed for the week, but based on the photos, it looked fine.

Very nice, quiet hotel. Clean, modern room. Impeccable welcome and reservation.
Overall, everything went well. The only difficulty was breakfast, which was only served from 8 a.m. In most of the hotels I stay at each week, it is usually served between 6 a.m. and 10 a.m., sometimes as early as 7 a.m. When I booked by phone, it would have been helpful to have made this clear. As I am used to having breakfast early in hotels across France, I didn't think to ask. As a result, I had to rush it so as not to be late for my appointment, which was 30 minutes from the hotel. It's a shame, because I come to the region once a month and could have stayed with you again. Despite the generally high-quality service for a 3-star hotel, this point remains a problem for me.

Excellent hotel, perfectly located for exploring Alsace from Colmar to Strasbourg. The establishment is located in a small, very quiet village near Strasbourg. It is very clean and very well maintained, the rooms are spacious and fully functional, the bedding is excellent. The buffet breakfast is generous and complete. Parking is easy on the street in front of the hotel and free. The welcome is worthy of the establishment, special mention for the lady who takes care of breakfasts.

I was pleasantly surprised
We received a very warm welcome at the hotel, where we had a spacious and very pleasant room with a well-equipped and practical bathroom. There was also a separate toilet. The room was very clean and the large bed very comfortable. We spent two very pleasant, quiet and relaxing nights. At the restaurant, the menu was varied and the food was of first-rate quality with a beautiful presentation of the dishes: simple but very good. A recommended stopover.
I recommend this establishment for both the accommodation and the food. Very warm welcome. The rooms are spacious, functional, clean, and very tasteful. The restaurant menu is very appetizing. The carefully prepared dishes are refined, delicious, and reasonably priced for the quality. We will be back 😊. And the cherry on top is that they accept dogs! The only tiny downside is the pillows, which are too hard.

As soon as you enter the reception, you feel like you're in a cocoon, a beautiful hotel establishment well run by the charming Magali. Thank you to the receptionist Jessica for her kindness and professionalism. Each member of staff was welcoming, pleasant, professional, and always with a smile and a little word for everyone. We dined at the hotel restaurant. The restaurant space is intended to be relaxed, without pretensions. It's successful and at the same time! The quality of the service is there; The cuisine is plentiful and at the same time inventive, quality. On the plate it's beautiful, and it's good! We slept very well in very comfortable bedding, the room is very well soundproofed and has all the useful equipment, in working order. The shower room is very well equipped and the toilet is separate from it. Upon waking up at the hotel, the breakfast was plentiful and varied (sweet and savory), with quality products, and it was very good. In conclusion, I recommend this establishment for absolutely any type of stay, whether as a family, as a couple, or for exploring Alsace. You will not be disappointed. The quality of the services and the products tasted is just more than adequate. This is our fifth stay here, and I can't wait for the next ones. Thank you to the entire team.

Great food, local specialties, nice ambience. Breakfast was also perfect. Room was simple but good, nice beds, clean, air conditioning. Quiet village from where you can also walk the dog or take a walk, close to the highway. In short, a great place for gourmets who want to enjoy the Alsatian kitchen (and wine) during a stopover.
It's always a pleasure to stay at Au Boeuf in Blaesheim. The quality of the welcome, the comfort of the accommodation, and the peace and quiet are all part of the experience. Added to this is the pleasure of the restaurant's cuisine.
