Very warm welcome, exceptional location, pretty park, very well maintained. A magnificent swimming pool which I did not take advantage of. I will come back in the nice weather for a dip 😂 Top-notch meals and breakfast. Thank you very much.

Although the room was clean and comfortable, we had hoped for the room and the chateau to be decorated, well...more like a chateau. But the service was good, and we were certainly comfortable. We enjoyed the spacious room and the lovely grounds.

I did not receive a receipt with detailed invoice for my stay. I have no clue what I paid for. I asked on checking out for an invoice and waited no no one could help. I have emailed the property several days ago but no reply and I may query this with my credit card provider if I do not get a satisfactory response soon.

I do not intent to put a bad re view on Tripadvisor as I would rather this be sorted out.

Room 3. Everything went very well, thank you. We just couldn't get the TV to work.

A truly beautiful surprise, from the entrance with its driveway and the castle high up overlooking a large park with a very large swimming pool, the rooms are not detracting from the environment and have all the necessary comfort, the welcome is warm and caring, the service is remarkable. Thank you for preparing breakfasts every morning, it was very pleasant. We will come back

A beautiful setting even in winter. Beautiful volumes. Lounges to relax by the fire or play, billiards, table football. A very good quality breakfast with local and artisanal products. Fresh bread and pastries. Possibility of squeezing orange juice.

I regularly stay at this very pleasant hotel. The castle is superb, the place is calm. The welcome is professional.

Here when you arrive it's wow!!! The setting and the building are so impressive. The welcome by Madame is pleasant and full of courtesy and Philippe the boss ready to help you out with a mechanical problem with my motorcycle. Really too nice. The accommodation is very attentive, fireplace and down duvet very pleasant at the end of the year. I would have enjoyed this place for several days I will come back Thank you

The setting is magnificent, the room very good, very clean, the owner and the young woman at the reception are very professional, kind, welcoming and good advice. We will return with pleasure to this enchanting place. The breakfast was perfect too.

I had booked to surprise my boyfriend, we were not disappointed, the person who welcomed us is very kind and pleasant, available if we have a question. We were able to enjoy the lounge as well as the billiards and table football. The bed was super comfortable, the room clean and the bathroom also with everything necessary. The breakfast had a wide choice. We will come back.

Very nice chateau-hotel in a quiet village only 10 minutes from Montauban. Very friendly employees and quiet room in charming environment.
The pool is superb on a hot day and the terras for dining and eventual working with view on the garden/pool is also nice. Correct breakfast.

Hotel called 1 hour before we where due to arrive & stated the hotel was closed .
We had driven for 8 hours and we where just dismissed over the phone , no please come try us again nothing .

Des petits détails sinon très bien. Mais volets difficiles à fermer, manque un peu de pression dans la douche...sinon ouvert h24, très beau etc

Very pleasant hotel due to its location, quiet and clean place, small downside on the fact that there is no small refrigerator in the room, and breakfast not very varied, scrambled eggs would have been welcome!! ! but if we have the opportunity to return to the area we will stay there again. A good team, very friendly and attentive!!! THANKS.

Great discovery, very beautiful place, relaxing with welcoming staff.

Complicated to find someone on arrival to collect our room, when we finally find someone (all alone) we finally manage to get our room and there is a terrible smell in the room and on the other hand normally upgraded thanks to genius we find ourselves in a normal room…. I'm going back down... Wait for the lady again and explain to her that it is not the room promised and that it smells bad so give me another super soft bed we didn't sleep and the same no upgrade…. The fault is booking it seems…. Anyway, breakfast where I ask for jam because there isn't any…..and not great either…. I will not go back and really disappointed….

The large swimming pool and the small one next to it are so beautiful, in a magnificent setting! Our room was very large and air conditioned.

Really nice staff thank you. No catering but no problem, help for restaurants around.

It's a pity that there is no catering on site, the room was very hot, it was impossible to open the window without being invaded by mosquitoes, luckily there was a fan, that helped us. saved the night, more cleanliness at floor level and sheets that were stained on the side, as well as the corners of the window edges, otherwise overall it was ok, very warm welcome, breakfast, correct for the price, and the very comfortable bedding, the swimming pool, the calm and green setting call for serenity. With some improvements we will be back.

beautiful place

Booked a 35m2 room with a view of the swimming pool and I got an 18m2 room with a view of the road. Room not air-conditioned with only one small fan for 3 which works on USB socket. No mosquito net unbearable heat no bathroom shower with a view of the road all passers-by can see us. Unpleasant staff, breakfasts some slice of ham and cheese orange juice not in a hurry. Accustomed to hotels in the region because I often travel on business, this is the first time that I have written a negative opinion.

Perfect stay! Beautiful chateau, great location, easy private parking, nice and friendly welcome. Swimmingpool is superb. The room (2 adults and one child 9yo) was spacious, clean and such a special experience.
Breakfast coffee was perfect, same for the croissants, pain du chocolate and everything else.
We had a perfect stay and will be back when we get the chance 🙏🏽

What a beautiful place to stay, felt like we had our own chateau for tla few days. Rooms were beautiful, breakfast was fresh and plentiful, pool was clean and the staff were amazingly helpful. Would definitely recommend.

The staff was very welcoming and nice. The outdoors are stunning and the swimming pool is great.

But the room was not at all as experted. It was very hot inside, without AC and there was a lot of mosquitoes. The bed clothes were for winter and there was no pillow to sleep, only the big ones to read.

We slept awful and we wouldn't recommend the hotel to anyone. Not worth it the price.

Beautifully appointed hotel that will have an excellent reputation. Only disappointment was the total lack of having room made up each day of my stay. I don’t mind making my own bed but rather expected it to be done and bathroom attended. However it does have great possibilities.

We arrived late but received a warm welcome and excellent service. We hadn’t eaten as the plane was late and some special refreshment was provided for which we were most grateful.

Improvement suggestions : no air conditionning, no hair dryer, no tissues in bathroom (for glasses or else).
But the overall stay was satisfaying, and I appreciated some little thinks like : real soap in bathroom, usb socket for phone charging...
