General Terms and Conditions of Sale
The prices indicated are prices including VAT per room type and per night, for two people per room and for the date chosen. For each additional person there is a surcharge, the amount of which is also indicated.
The tourist tax is 0.40 per day and per person and is not included in the price shown.
Please note that a room that is damaged may incur an additional charge (50 per hour of damage).
Some hotel guests sometimes forget to inform the hotel of their drinks taken on the terrace, or of a change of table. In this case, we reserve the right to charge the amount of unpaid drinks to the credit card provided at the time of booking. The corresponding credit card receipt will be sent on request.
Our establishment has a real-time reservation system that is updated daily.
However, it is possible that duplicate bookings may occur as we also take reservations by phone and email. If this happens, we will do our utmost to find you alternative accommodation within a 60 km radius of our premises.
As soon as you have validated your reservation, we will send you a confirmation email within 48 hours. We kindly ask you to print it out: you may be asked for it on your arrival.
In order to confirm your request we will ask you for a credit card imprint. The card must be valid on the date of booking your stay. We do not take a deposit from your credit card.
Our booking system is secure and your credit card number and the personal data you provide us with are also secure.
If you do not wish to book in this way you can contact us by email or telephone to pre-book your room. We will then ask you to pay the price of the first night's stay plus a deposit of 30 per additional day of booking, by bank cheque within 5 days as a deposit.
The reservation takes effect from 4 p.m. on the day of arrival and ends at 11 a.m. on the day of departure.
3) Reception and service hours
For hotel rooms, you must check in from 4 p.m. on the day of your arrival at the reception desk at the Bar du Moulin de la Pipe and you must check out of your room by 11 a.m. on the day of your departure at the latest.
Concerning the services :
Buffet breakfast is served in the restaurant between 8am and 10am.
Lunch is served (for order taking): between 11:45 and 13:30
Dinner is served (for order taking): between 6.45 pm and 8.30 pm
We also serve a snack menu from 3pm to 7pm and more if possible.
4) Booking changes
Any change to your reservation must be requested by email or directly from our establishment.
This request for modification will only be effective once the hotel has confirmed its acceptance.
5) Cancellation conditions (excluding group bookings).
In the event of cancellation or modification of the date or duration of your reservation :
Up to 7 days before the date of arrival, we do not take any charges.
If cancelled later than 48 hours before date of arrival, or in case of no-show or change of plans, the hotel will charge the amount of the night cancelled and 30.00 for each additional night cancelled. If you pay by cheque, the deposit will not be refunded.
Between 48 hours and 6 days before date of arrival, the hotel charges 30.00 per night.
For Smartbox, Weekendesk stays up to 10 days before the date of arrival, we accept cancellations or date changes, after this time the box is lost.
6) Acceptance of the general terms and conditions of sale
By making a reservation through the website www.moulindelapipe.com, by telephone, by e-mail, by gift box or through the various online reservation sites you automatically accept these general terms and conditions of sale.
By validating the general terms and conditions of sale during the booking process, you are then bound, and your acceptance cannot be questioned. You acknowledge that you have read our general terms and conditions of sale and you undertake to respect them.
7) Miscellaneous information
? Some hotel guests sometimes forget to warn of their drinks taken on the terrace, or of a change of table. In this case, we reserve the right to charge the amount of unpaid drinks to the credit card provided at the time of booking. The corresponding credit card receipt will be sent on request.
? Under no circumstances may guests consume their own drinks at the bar, restaurant or on our terraces. Failure to comply with this condition will result in a charge of 25 per litre of alcohol, 10 per 75 cl bottle of wine and 5 per litre of soda, thank you for your understanding.
