? Presentation of a valid imperative upon arrival at our institution, in accordance with the law of identity.
? Financial guarantee either:
o Communication of 16 BC numbers + expiration date (excluding security code)
o Payment by check for one night or 30% of your stay
o Bank transfer for one night or 30% of your stay.
Parking alert
? Vehicles that have lowered or a spoiler, can not access the car park from the hotel.

? Access to health or wellness areas are prohibited to minors and pregnant women.
? The sauna is mixed (nudity allowed)
? You will be charged all costs involved:
o rehabilitation of damages proven by you in your room
o replacement of missing items in your room (bathrobe € 280; € 30 ecolabel shell etc ...)
? Clauses immediate exclusion without compensation or notice:
o an animal in your room Presence.
o Presence of a supernumerary person in your room
o Tapage nocturne or breach of the peace and sleep of our customers by you.
o Presence of smoke or tobacco odor in your room to tobacco.
Cancellation conditions : Without warranty cancellation 24 to 2 euro per night
Cancellation up to 48h before:
The first night or 30% of the total stay will be charged on your credit card.
Below the cancellation within 48 hours or no show:
The entire stay will be charged
Cancellation during a shortened stay:
The entire stay will be charged.
With the guarantee cancellation 24 to 2 euro per night
Cancellation up to 24h before:
The amount of the cancellation insurance will be charged on your credit card.
Cancellation during a shortened stay:
The amount of the cancellation insurance and overnight the day of your departure you will be charged.
Cancellation within the period of 24 hours or no show:
The amount of the guarantee and cancel your first night will be charged on your credit card. The trip is canceled
Comments Internet & Procedures
As part of our insurance contract review, any comments deemed excessive or unfounded will face under sections 1382 and 1383 by the anti vilification 1804 02 09. The author s fined s can reach 12,000 euro which adds s damages and interest as provided by Article 131-41 and in the manner stipulated in Articles R624-2 and R 624-3.
We reserve the right to blacklist anyone we assigning a rating less than or equal to 7 proved without reason.
