Perfect location. Cramped room. Only one stool for a double room. Tiny bathroom. Small window.
Some difficulties understanding the overnight stay rate, with or without breakfast, difficulties with the included meal... perhaps a small configuration error without the application? Excellent bedding, but noisy air conditioning (maintenance required?) and no Wi-Fi network in the room. Excellent breakfast in a splendid room.
Very warm welcome. We came for a concert at the Arena des Sable d'Olonne, and took the bus (round trip) whose stop is less than 5 minutes from the hotel. The breakfast room is very pleasant and worth a look.
A first but good experience. Just a stone's throw from the embankment, this city-center hotel enjoys a great location on a quiet street. The rooms are quite small but very comfortable, recently renovated. The air conditioning is efficient and quiet. The hotel's private parking lot is full, but the public parking lot is a 4-minute walk away.

Everything was perfect.
Hotel was locked and dark on arrival.
No notification that I had a deadline to check in, until about 15min before arrival - how do you check emails whilst driving? Hotel could have phoned to find out where I was but nothing and no response to the phone number provided (I rang 26 times). No response to emails to the hotels or requests for refund.
I am really disappointed by the services offered. No bottles of water, the minimum for two people coffee herbal tea for a room that is supposed to be more expensive with a higher level of service. In terms of hygiene, no cotton buds, wipes or anything else... The room is really cramped. We wanted to take the cushions that were offered in addition above the wardrobe but they really smell like vomit and that is really horrible. And when it was time to leave, well, I had already been charged even though I wanted to use my logis checks even though I had put my credit card as security and not as the main means of payment. We will never go back there again.

Old charming hotel very well renovated and maintained, very comfortable room and bathroom, very warm welcome and very well located. The private parking is very appreciable.

Great experience, but the breakfast buffet was really bad. Unfresh industrial croissants and tasteless fruit juice, all for a price that is way too expensive. Other hotels have cheaper breakfast rates and much better quality.

Room described as "comfortable", lack of light in general in the room, toilet window which opens into the room for playing sports... In other words, avoid opening it to evacuate bad odors. Shower to be reviewed, leaves water everywhere, and no WMC identified in the bathroom… result in a lot of water and steam after a shower. Lack of light in the bathroom. Room a little dated fortunately the furniture enhances everything. Top quality bedding. TV the same. Be careful of the slightly dangerous steps to go to the toilet.

Équipements de bonne qualité mais tarifs presque dissuasifs hors saison. Des toilettes séparées mais où on a du mal à passer les jambes. La literie et les services sont plutôt de bonne qualité. Attention cependant au prix du spa (vue décevante) et du parking.
