Booking conditions : To guarantee your reservation, we ask for your credit card number. No amount will be collected in advance, payment will be made on site. Please advise of any late arrival.

Reservations are possible based on our availability and the price applied corresponds to that in effect at the time of reservation.
Prices communicated orally are only valid for 24 hours and are subject to written confirmation. The hotel does not guarantee a reservation made through a travel agency until prepayment is made and valid.
The Printania Hotel has a Gulf Stream annex villa located 300 meters from the main hotel. This being an integral part of the hotel, we reserve the right to accommodate customers there. The Printania hotel reserves the right to refuse any pet in the rooms, in the common areas and in the restaurant. Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere in the establishment.
All prices given are in euros and include VAT. Prices do not include tourist tax. Hotel Printania reserves the right to make price changes at any time for reservations that are not guaranteed and therefore not confirmed.
Once the reservation has been confirmed, the price will no longer change.
The tourist tax is not included in the room price. This is set by the city of Dinard per day and per person and will be added to the final invoice.
A double room is a room with a large bed (1.60m wide or 1.40m wide) for 2 people.
A twin room is a room with twin beds (2 * 0.90 m). A triple room is a room
for 3 people composed of a double bed and a single bed.
Reservations can be made by telephone, by email or on site. All customers are required to check the terms of their reservation. These are final.
Breakfast is not included in the room price except in exceptional circumstances.
Payment for the reservation depends on when the reservation is made, the date
arrival and room type.
Customers must communicate by telephone a bank card number with the date
expiration or send a deposit check to guarantee the reservation.
The following cards are accepted: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Carte bleue
Cashier's checks are also accepted as collateral.
Holiday vouchers Reservation:
If the customer wishes to change their reservation after it has been confirmed, Hotel Printania will do everything it can to make the change but without guarantee.
The customer must notify by post or email 30 days before arrival.
Cancellation conditions:
The Printania hotel will guarantee the reservation with a credit card number. Refer to the payment point
No-shows and cancellations must be canceled 48 hours in advance, otherwise we will charge one night.
If cancellation is made less than one week before the arrival date, we will charge 50% of the

You must notify us 15 days before the arrival date to avoid any penalty.
A customer cannot claim a refund for their stay if it is shortened due to
whatever reason.

Arrival and departure times:
Rooms are available from 3:30 p.m. with exceptions (prior agreement)
On the day of departure, rooms must be vacated by 11:00 a.m. at the latest, otherwise the guest will have to pay for an additional night.
To guarantee a reservation with an earlier arrival than the normal check-in time, one night
additional will be charged
In the case of a late arrival (after 9 p.m.), the customer must notify reception by telephone at
prior notice or by written notification.

Responsibility :
The hotel is not held responsible for damage or theft of personal property whether in
the hotel or common areas
The hotel is not responsible for an accident or death caused by an external activity booked by the hotel
The Printania hotel is not responsible for any fact or external event which could have the effect of
consequence of the interruption of the customer's stay in the Printania hotel
Children under the age of 18 are the sole responsibility of their parents or guardian.

The Printania Hotel has private parking with a limited number of spaces and designated spaces

The hotel reserves the right to refuse any animal in the establishment. Complaints:
Each complaint must be immediately reported to the service manager or owner, which
helps resolve the problem quickly
If a problem is not resolved immediately or notified before the customer's departure, the customer must
be notified no later than 28 days after the customer's departure date.
The customer cannot claim any compensation if urgent and unannounced work must be carried out.
