        The general conditions of sale and the special conditions form a whole which form an integral part of the contract of sale and whose global acceptance is obligatory before the conclusion of the sale. The reservation request entails acceptance of these conditions of sale and full and unreserved acceptance of their provisions.

        Thus, the regulations paid upon reservation (30% deposit) validate the acceptance of the contractual proposals and are therefore not refundable in the event of subsequent cancellation.

        1) FIELDS OF APPLICATION:
        These general conditions of sale apply to sales transactions concluded by the Management of the establishment with private customers. Sales transactions concluded between authorized reservation centers and private customers may have specific special conditions. In this case, these specific special conditions of sale apply.

        2) CAPACITY:
        Any client acknowledges having the capacity to contract, ie being of legal majority and not being under curatorship or guardianship.

        3) PRICE:
        The prices are indicated in euros, VAT is always included. The prices indicated only include the services strictly mentioned in the reservation.
        To the prices mentioned in the reservation will be added, during invoicing, the additional services provided by the hotelier during the stay. (The tourist tax, drinks, additional services requested).
        The applicable prices are those in force on the day of the reservation. The prices can vary according to the central reservations, only the price indicated in the confirmation of reservation is contractual.

        4) PAYMENT TERMS:
        - The payment of the deposit upon direct reservation with the hotelier is made by credit card only, the card must have a validity date later than the date of stay. The 16 card numbers and the validity date will be requested.
        The pictogram on the back of the card is not required, for customer safety.
        - The payment of the stay on the internet at the time of booking is made by secure payment.
        - The balance of the stay is made with the hotelier on arrival, an invoice will be issued on the day of departure which will include the additional services provided during the stay (drinks, meals, etc.) to be paid before departure.
        Payment is by credit card, cash, ANCV holiday vouchers.
        The rules for stays:
        For one night:
        For a night not reserved in advance, payment of the entire service before handing over the keys, by credit card or ANCV check payment
        Cash: ID will be required.
        For a stay of more than one night:
        Payment of deposit only by credit card (30% of the amount of the stay) the balance on arrival.

        5) PRICES CONDITIONS

        5) on the websites of approved reservation centres, the rates in force are those applied at the time of the request made.
        TOURIST TAXES :
        Per night and per person over 18: €1.65.
        HALF BOARD: prices vary according to the age of the children, the number of people in the room.
        Half board includes room, dinner, breakfast. Excluding drinks, per person and per day.

        From the 3rd person in the same room, unless otherwise indicated on the approved reservation centers, reduction of:
        - 25% per additional adult.
        - 30% for children under 12 years old.
        - 50% for children under 5 years old.
        BREAKFAST :
        Buffet breakfast: €13 per person.

        VARIOUS :
        Free reception in the room for children under 2 years old, with the contribution of your travel cot, breakfast offered. The presence of a child must be notified before booking.

        6) USE OF PREMISES:
        The rules of the establishment must be respected.         - CUSTOMER RECEPTION :
        Reception: Open 8 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. and 5 p.m. to 9 p.m.
        ARRIVAL :

        - contract review and payment of the balance of the stay
        - presentation of the stay (access, parking, timetables, various questions, etc.)
        - return the keys
        In the event of late arrival or outside reception opening hours, the customer must notify reception beforehand. In this case, the "check-in" will be carried out at the earliest the next time reception opens.

        Arrival after 8 p.m.: notify reception. No service after 9 p.m.

        DEPARTURE :

        - return of keys.
        To save time, please pay the bill the day before departure.
        In the event of a hasty departure with absolute impossibility of carrying out the "Check-out", the customer must notify reception (emergency number: 0384600215 or 0659502920), payment is then made immediately remotely (Carte Bleue VAD)

        - USE OF COMMON AREAS (restaurant, bar, lounge...)
        The common areas are accessible during opening hours for customers.
        In particular, the establishment does not provide specific bar services after the evening restaurant service. These spaces therefore close at the end of the evening service, no later than 11 p.m.
        - FREE WIFI: ask for the code at reception
        - NON-SMOKING ESTABLISHMENT: Smoking areas exist outside. It is forbidden to smoke inside the establishment.
        - FIRE ALARM: The establishment complies with fire standards and has the appropriate sensors (smoke heat). All prohibited behavior (cigarette smoke, dismantling of detection installations or covering of the sensor, cooking in the rooms) having the effect of triggering the alarm will be sanctioned. A flat rate of 100 euros would be due and deducted to clean up nuisance caused by smoking or cooking, which is prohibited in the rooms. The Management also reserves the right to exclude a client who has set off the alarm by smoking in the room or in the hotel corridor.
        - GARAGE :
        Closed and free garage for motorcycles and bicycles. (anti-theft for bicycles).

        Communal public outdoor car parks, free and unsecured, are available for our customers along the traffic lanes.
        - SAFE AND VALUABLES:
        A safe closing by personal combination is available to customers in the rooms. This closed space is used to store personal documents.
        However, the Management declines all responsibility in the event of theft or damage to objects in this place or in the rooms.
        No guarantee or insurance is provided by the establishment, no recourse is possible. Each customer remains responsible for his property.
        In addition, we do not accept the handling or guarding of valuables or collector's vehicles or vehicles in the closed garage. (only bicycles and motorcycles).
        - FORGOTTEN PERSONAL EFFECTS:
        Following many forgetfulness of personal effects, the return by Colissimo of an object is invoiced at a flat rate of 15 €.
        This is a fixed price which includes the service provided by the hotelier for postal procedures.

        Forgetting more important luggage: reshipment on postal estimate.
        Forgotten effects are not kept for more than 15 days.
        - FORGOTTEN RETURN OF THE ROOM KEY: billing of 10 euros.
        - DEGRADATION :
        The customer is required to report any damage or object of the establishment taken away by mistake. Any damage or missing item will be charged at replacement value.

        7) RESERVATION / VALIDATION OF THE CONTRACT
        The customer has obtained and validated the quote for the desired stay (date of arrival, date of departure, configuration of accommodation).

        7.1) Direct reservations with the hotelier:
        The customer validates the sales contract by paying the deposit. (30% of the amount of the stay).
        The customer receives a confirmation of the stay by email or by post.
        This stay is then non-modifiable and the deposit is not refundable in the event of cancellation.
        7.2) Online booking:
        Official site of the establishment:
        The customer validates the sales contract by giving his bank details for the secure payment of the amount of the deposit (30% of the stay)
        This stay cannot be modified and the deposit is not refundable in the event of cancellation.
        Site of approved reservation centers:
        The customer validates the sales contract according to the special conditions proposed and accepted. The mentioned conditions apply.

        8) CANCELLATION:
        8.1) Cancellation of a stay, general:
        -A cancellation must imperatively be the subject of a cancellation letter (paper or electronic message) recalling the dates and characteristics of the stay ordered.
        -In all the cases of cancellations below, a lump sum of 20 euros of administrative costs is deemed to have been acquired by the hotelier and will be deducted or not returned to the customer.
        - If the customer does not show up and has not canceled his stay: the stay (reserved formula) is due and charged in full.
        8. 2) Cancellation of a stay, all year round, whatever its duration:
        - cancellation no later than 28 days (4 weeks) before the date of arrival: The sums paid (deposit) are due and non-refundable.
        - cancellation less than 28 days (4 weeks) before the date of arrival or no-show on the day of arrival: the reserved stay is due and charged in full.
        Any stay started and postponed by the customer is due in full.
        8.3) Reasoned cancellation:
        In the case of a cancellation linked to an event (health, major impediment, etc.) covered by cancellation insurance integrated into the means of payment for the deposit or the stay (credit card, etc.)
        The hotelier will provide the customer with an invoice showing the sums paid on reservation.
        However, the hotelier invites the customer to check the conditions of application of this insurance directly with his bank.
        8.4) Event dates:
        For specified dates (event, races etc.) special booking conditions may provide for specific cancellation conditions which will be recalled and accepted at the time of booking.
        These special conditions apply for these periods.
        8.5) Cancellation of stay ordered from approved reservation centres:
        The specific conditions of proposed and accepted cancellations apply.
        8.6) Cancellation related to the context of COVID 19:
        8.6.1) Impossibility of making the stay by the client:
        In the event, and only in the event of confinement of the customer's region or our region following government measures (Prefectural Order) making it impossible to carry out the stay, this stay is canceled and the sums paid by the customer are fully reimbursed without compensation or additional obligations.
        8.6.2) Closing of the host institution:
        In the event of closure of the host establishment following government measures or following a contextual decision by the establishment's management, stays may be canceled within the time limits of the government measures or at the latest 1 week (7 days ) before the start date of the stay.                     ARRIVAL :
                    On arrival, the customer goes to the reception for the “Check-in”:
                    - contract review and payment of the balance of the stay
                    - presentation of the stay (access, parking, timetables, various questions, etc.)
                    - return the keys
                    In the event of late arrival or outside reception opening hours, the customer must notify reception beforehand. In this case, the "check-in" will be carried out at the earliest the next time reception opens.
                    Key collection: only from 5 p.m.
                    Arrival after 8 p.m.: notify reception. No service after 9 p.m.

                    DEPARTURE :
                    On departure, the customer goes to the reception for the “Check-out” before 10:30 a.m. for an effective departure at 11 a.m. maximum. Any departure after 11 a.m. will be subject to an additional charge of one night.
                    - review of invoicing and payment of the balance of the services of the stay (services, consumption, etc.). No complaint can be taken into account later.
                    - return of keys.
                    To save time, please pay the bill the day before departure.
                    In the event of a hasty departure with absolute impossibility of carrying out the "Check-out", the customer must notify reception (emergency number: 0384600215 or 0659502920), payment is then made immediately remotely (Carte Bleue VAD)

                    - USE OF COMMON AREAS (restaurant, bar, lounge...)
                    The common areas are accessible during opening hours for customers.
                    In particular, the establishment does not provide specific bar services after the evening restaurant service. These spaces therefore close at the end of the evening service, no later than 11 p.m.
                    - FREE WIFI: ask for the code at reception
                    - NON-SMOKING ESTABLISHMENT: Smoking areas exist outside. It is forbidden to smoke inside the establishment.
                    - FIRE ALARM: The establishment complies with fire standards and has the appropriate sensors (smoke heat). All prohibited behavior (cigarette smoke, dismantling of detection installations or covering of the sensor, cooking in the rooms) having the effect of triggering the alarm will be sanctioned. A flat rate of 100 euros would be due and deducted to clean up nuisance caused by smoking or cooking, which is prohibited in the rooms. The Management also reserves the right to exclude a client who has set off the alarm by smoking in the room or in the hotel corridor.
                    - GARAGE :
                    Closed and free garage for motorcycles and bicycles. (anti-theft for bicycles).
                    The Management declines all responsibility in the event of theft and damage to equipment.
                    In addition, any material stored in this closed place must be the subject of a declaration specifying the nature and value of this material as well as the storage conditions. The management reserves the right to refuse storage or to provide additional provisions.

                    Communal public outdoor car parks, free and unsecured, are available for our customers along the traffic lanes.
                    - SAFE AND VALUABLES:
                    A safe closing by personal combination is available to customers in the rooms. This closed space is used to store personal documents.
                    However, the Management declines all responsibility in the event of theft or damage to objects in this place or in the rooms.
                    No guarantee or insurance is provided by the establishment, no recourse is possible. Each customer remains responsible for his property.
                    In addition, we do not accept the handling or guarding of valuables or collector's vehicles or vehicles in the closed garage. (only bicycles and motorcycles).
                    - FORGOTTEN PERSONAL EFFECTS:
                    Following many forgetfulness of personal effects, the return by Colissimo of an object is invoiced at a flat rate of 15 €.
                    This is a fixed price which includes the service provided by the hotelier for postal procedures.

                    Forgetting more important luggage: reshipment on postal estimate.
                    Forgotten effects are not kept for more than 15 days.
                    - FORGOTTEN RETURN OF THE ROOM KEY: billing of 10 euros.
                    - DEGRADATION :
                    The customer is required to report any damage or object of the establishment taken away by mistake. Any damage or missing item will be charged at replacement value.

                    7) RESERVATION / VALIDATION OF THE CONTRACT
                    The customer has obtained and validated the quote for the desired stay (date of arrival, date of departure, configuration of accommodation).

                    7.1) Direct reservations with the hotelier:
                    The customer validates the sales contract by paying the deposit. (30% of the amount of the stay).
                    The customer receives a confirmation of the stay by email or by post.
                    This stay is then non-modifiable and the deposit is not refundable in the event of cancellation.
                    7.2) Online booking:
                    Official site of the establishment:
                    The customer validates the sales contract by giving his bank details for the secure payment of the amount of the deposit (30% of the stay)
                    This stay cannot be modified and the deposit is not refundable in the event of cancellation.
                    Site of approved reservation centers:
                    The customer validates the sales contract according to the special conditions proposed and accepted. The mentioned conditions apply.

                    8) CANCELLATION:
                    8.1) Cancellation of a stay, general:
                    -A cancellation must imperatively be the subject of a cancellation letter (paper or electronic message) recalling the dates and characteristics of the stay ordered.
                    -In all the cases of cancellations below, a lump sum of 20 euros of administrative costs is deemed to have been acquired by the hotelier and will be deducted or not returned to the customer.
                    - If the customer does not show up and has not canceled his stay: the stay (reserved formula) is due and charged in full.

                    The hotelier will provide the customer with an invoice showing the sums paid on reservation.
                    However, the hotelier invites the customer to check the conditions of application of this insurance directly with his bank.
                    8.4) Event dates:
                    For specified dates (event, races etc.) special booking conditions may provide for specific cancellation conditions which will be recalled and accepted at the time of booking.
                    These special conditions apply for these periods.
                    8.5) Cancellation of stay ordered from approved reservation centres:
                    The specific conditions of proposed and accepted cancellations apply.
                    8.6) Cancellation related to the context of COVID 19:
                    8.6.1) Impossibility of making the stay by the client:
                    In the event, and only in the event of confinement of the customer's region or our region following government measures (Prefectural Order) making it impossible to carry out the stay, this stay is canceled and the sums paid by the customer are fully reimbursed without compensation or additional obligations.
                    8.6.2) Closing of the host institution:
                    In the event of closure of the host establishment following government measures or following a contextual decision by the establishment's management, stays may be canceled within the time limits of the government measures or at the latest 1 week (7 days ) before the start date of the stay. The sums paid by the customer are reimbursed to the customer, without other compensation, or obligation of relocation or other, or additional justification from the establishment.
