Arrived at hotel at 16:30 for 1700 check in, no one around. Note said to call a phone number, Did so and nothing but a recording. One hour later, 30 minutes past check in time, same thing, hotel locked and phone number only resulted in a recording. Asked at Tourist Office and they also called, receiving the same reply. Accordingly, left the area and went to another hotel. I will not pay for this hotel and will NEVER go there again. Terrible management and service. Only giving it one star because it was required. Actually, it is a minus 100 stars. Avoid this place.

Friendly and welcoming hotel and staff. However, the bathroom smells musty. Similarly, the choice of faucets that automatically shut off in the bathroom is annoying. The shower is very difficult to adjust. For dinner, the service in the dining room is slow: only one person for the entire room, despite being very active, ordering the dishes took almost 30 minutes. Finally, the cancellation policy announced on the website is almost abusive and incomprehensible.
Very friendly, bathroom and shower good,space and comfort ok. windows are well insulated they have to be,due to heavy traffic of commuters.

This hotel does not deserve 3 stars. However, it does deserve a serious renovation. Old and stained carpets on the upper floors, damaged bedroom furniture, cardboard behind the radiator, to try to reflect the heat, no power outlet near the bed (you have to choose: either charge the phone or turn on the bedside lamp...) ...In the dining room, missing wall lights and exposed wires, obsolete glazing,....
From my arrival to the departure formalities, I was taken care of by very pleasant people, with listening, kindness and efficiency. The person in charge of breakfasts (a real ray of sunshine) is always welcoming and in a good mood, the buffet is complete and of quality. As part of the half-board, the meals are varied, the dishes are well presented and delicious with a smiling service staff, taking great care of the guests. A big thank you to this great team.

As indicated in the booking email, I informed them of a 3 PM arrival instead of the 5 PM requested by the hotel. Upon arrival, there was no one to greet us. I called and left a message on the answering machine. No response. We returned at 5 PM. No one there. Luckily, someone had the entry code and let us in. Our key was waiting for us on a table. We went back and forth several times, but still no one at reception. The next morning, we had to knock on the door of the breakfast kitchen to get someone to help us and pay for our room. The hotel is in a state of disrepair. We were staying on the 3rd floor, and there were visible signs of a leak in the roof. In our room, about 2 square meters had been repainted to hide the damage, but the color didn't match the original. It was clearly just a cover-up. The bathroom was adequate. The windowpanes in the bedroom still had paint drips on them. That's why I think €100 for the room is too high, considering the hotel's dilapidated state and the poor service.
