OUR SERVICES.
Bedrooms :
The rooms can accommodate one to six people. We also have a room accessible to people with reduced mobility.
All rooms have their own bathroom with sink, toilet and shower or bathtub.
Some rooms have a terrace.

Interior layout or decor may vary slightly from photos but does not affect capacity.
Pool :
La Chaize has an indoor swimming pool heated to 32°C, open all year round from 9:15 a.m. to 8 p.m. Its use is free for La Chaize guests, however pool towels are not provided. The customer must take the necessary precautions to ensure the safety of occupants, particularly children.
OUR PRICES.
All our prices are indicated, in euros and including tax.
They do not include: tourist taxes (the price of which is set by the municipality), breakfasts, the package for your pet, options such as baby kit, and additional services.
Bedrooms :
During periods of saturation and high season La Chaize reserves the right to impose a minimum stay of several nights.
The tourist tax is a local tax on tourist stays, the amount of which varies according to the municipalities, according to the period of stay and the collection periods. This tax applies to adults (18 years and over).

YOUR RESERVATION.
A bank guarantee is required for all stays at La Chaize.
Reservation requests for a stay of four nights or more must be subject to payment of a deposit of 25% of the total amount of your stay.
If you wish to pay by bank check, cash order or bank transfer, this must occur within 7 days of your reservation, otherwise we reserve the right to consider your option canceled and may re-let your accommodation.
The balance will be paid on site.

La Chaize accepts the following payment methods: bank or postal check (to be made payable to La Chaize), cash order, bank transfer or credit card.
To pay the balance on site, La Chaize also accepts holiday vouchers.
La Chaize is approved by the National Agency for Holiday Vouchers (ANCV). If you use this payment method, they will need to be completed.
ARRIVAL DEPARTURE.
Arrivals are between 2 p.m. and 8 p.m.
Departures before 11 a.m.

CANCELLATION OF STAY.
For any cancellation made less than 48 hours before arrival, the deposit will not be refundable.
In the event of a bank guarantee and for any cancellation less than 48 hours or no show on the same day of your arrival, the amount of the first night for short stays (equal to or less than 4 nights) will be debited from your bank card, for stays exceeding four nights, 25% of the amount of the stay will be charged.
