Accommodations
The accommodations in our structure are studios, apartments, houses and villas.
We remind you that accommodation provided to rent for a specified number of occupants cannot, under any circumstances, be occupied by a greater number of people. An infant is considered an occupant in its own right.
The price includes the overnight stay for 1 to 12 people depending on the selected rental (example: the price for a rental occupied by 4 people is calculated per dwelling and not according to the number of people occupying it), water, gas, electricity, parking your vehicle close to your accommodation (subject to availability) and access to the infrastructures.
All our accommodations have minimum equipment, kit with cleaning products and toilet paper (to be completed by you during your stay), beds are made on arrival and towels are provided (pool towels Are not provided).

The interior layout or decoration may differ slightly from the photos but does not affect the capacity.
Swimming pool
La Chaize has an indoor swimming pool heated at 32°C, open all year round from 9.15 am to 8 pm. Free use for La Chaize guests, however pool towels are not provided. The client must take the necessary precautions to ensure the safety of the occupants, especially children.
End of the stay cleaning
If you do not want to do the cleaning, La Chaize can do it against a fee. The cleaning fee does not include washing and replacing the dishes or emptying the garbage.
If you prefer to do the final cleaning yourself, the accommodation must be restored in good working order. You will need to clean the bathroom, living room, bedroom(s). The floor must be vacuumed and washed. Regarding the kitchen, the dishes should be washed, dried and replaced. Bed linen and towels must be left in the shower. You will be able to empty your bins in the area provided for this purpose.
OUR PRICES
All prices are quoted, in euros and taxes included.
They do not include: tourist taxes (prices are set by the town), breakfasts, eventual pet fees, options such as baby kit, barbecue and additional services.
Accommodations
During saturation periods and in the high season, the minimum stay is 7 nights. In this case arrivals and departures are from Saturday to Saturday or from Sunday to Sunday, depending on the rental.
In other cases, the minimum stay is two nights.
Tourist tax
The tourist tax is a local tax on tourist stays, the amount of which varies according to the town, depending on the period of stay and the periods of collection. This tax applies to persons aged 13 and over.
It must be paid on arrival.
YOUR RESERVATION
Booking in advance
A deposit of 25% of the total amount of your stay will be asked upon booking. If you wish to pay by French bank check, cash order or bank transfer, this must take place within 7 days of your reservation, otherwise we reserve the option to consider your option canceled and will be able to re-rent your accommodation.
The balance must be paid 30 days before your arrival date without any reminder from us, otherwise we reserve the possibility to consider your reservation canceled and can apply the cancellation fees.
Last minute booking
For reservations made less than 1 month before the date of arrival, full payment must be made at the time of booking.

PAYMENT OF YOUR STAY
La Chaize accepts the following methods of payment: French bank check (to be made payable to La Chaize), money order, bank transfer or credit card.
ARRIVAL / DEPARTURE
Arrivals are between 3pm and 8pm.
Departures before 11am.
In case of late arrival after 8pm, please contact La Chaize by telephone at +33 2 51 39 04 62.
Non-refundable : Free cancellation up to 59 day(s) before arrival.
Beyond that, the fees charged will be progressive according to the cancellation period:
- 59 day(s) before arrival, 25% of the total amount of the stay will be charged.
- 30 day(s) before arrival, 100% of the total amount of the stay will be charged.In case of no-show, 100% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
CANCELLATION OF STAY
Any cancellation of stay by the customer must be notified by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt and will be taken into account on the date of receipt. Your mail should be sent directly to the Hotel / Residence La Chaize, 23 avenue de la Victoire, 85330 Noirmoutier en l'Ile, France.
If the cancellation of the customer, on the date of reception of the letter by ?La Chaize?, intervenes:
- More than 60 days before your arrival date, the deposit will be fully reimbursed by ?La Chaize?.
- Between the 59th and the 30th day before your arrival date, the deposit of 25% of the total amount of the stay will be retained by ?La Chaize?.
- Less than 30 days before your arrival date or no show, 100% of the stay will be retained by ?La Chaize?.
INTERRUPTION OF STAY BY CUSTOMER
An early departure of the stay by the customer will in no case give a refund of the sums paid.
CANCELLATION INSURANCE
Our prices do not include a cancellation and interruption insurance. However, you can subscribe one with the company Gritchen Affinity according to their specific conditions available on the website: http://souscription.safebooking.com/la-chaize/?lang=en
In order for the cancellation guarantee to be valid, the insurance must be subscribed within 48 hours of the reservation of the trip.
RESPONSIBILITY
?La Chaize? cannot be held liable for any loss, theft or degradation of personal effects within the premises.
Some precautions can help you avoid any inconvenience: for example, lock your windows and your front door before leaving your rental.
CLAIMS
Any complaint relating to your stay must be sent by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt within 30 days following your stay at ?La Chaize?, 23 avenue de la Victoire, 85330 Noirmoutier en l'Ile, France.
In the event disputes: the traveler has the possibility of using the dispute resolution platform available on the site https://webgate.ec.europa.eu/odr to resolve their dispute.
