GENERAL SALE CONDITIONS - HOTEL “LA CHAIZE”.
OUR SERVICES.
Bedrooms:
The rooms can accommodate from one to six people. We also have a room accessible for people with reduced mobility.
All rooms have their own bathroom with washbasin, toilet and shower or bathtub.
Some rooms have a terrace.
Description of the rooms can be given on request by calling +33 2 51 39 04 62 and on our website www.hotel-noirmoutier.com.
The interior layout or decoration may differ slightly from the photos but does not affect the capacity.
Swimming pool:
“La Chaize” has an indoor swimming pool heated at 32°C, open all year round from 9.15 am to 8 pm. Free use for “La Chaize” guests, however pool towels are not provided. The client must take the necessary precautions to ensure the safety of the occupants, especially children. “La Chaize” can under no circumstances be held responsible for accidents or bodily injury in the swimming pool area.
OUR PRICES.
All prices are quoted, in euros and taxes included.
They do not include: tourist taxes (prices are set by the town), breakfasts, eventual pet fees, options such as baby kit and additional services.
Bedrooms:
During periods of saturation and in the high season “La Chaize” reserves the right to impose a stay of several nights minimum.
Tourist tax:
The tourist tax is a local tax on tourist stays, the amount of which varies according to the town, depending on the period of stay and the periods of collection. This tax applies to persons aged 13 and over.
It must be paid on arrival.
YOUR RESERVATION.
A credit card guarantee is required for all stays at “La Chaize”.
For requests of reservations for stays of four nights or more, we ask for a deposit of 25% of the total amount of your stay to be paid.
If you wish to pay by French bank check , cash order or bank transfer, this must take place within 7 days of your reservation, otherwise we reserve the option to consider your option canceled and will be able to re-rent your accommodation.
The balance will be paid on site.

PAYMENT OF YOUR STAY.
“La Chaize” accepts the following methods of payment: French bank check (to be made payable to “La Chaize”), money order, bank transfer or credit card.
ARRIVAL / DEPARTURE.
Arrivals are between 2pm and 8pm.
Departures before 11am.
In case of late arrival after 8pm, please contact “La Chaize” by telephone at +33 2 51 39 04 62.
CANCELLATION OF STAY.
For any cancellation less than 48 hours or no show on the same day of your arrival, the amount of the first night for short stays (equal or less than 4 nights) will be debited from your credit card, for stays exceeding four nights, 25% of the amount of the stay will be charged.
MINORS.
“La Chaize” reserves the right to refuse unaccompanied minors by their parents or guardians.
ANIMALS.
“La Chaize” accepts small dogs against a fee.
Only one dog is allowed per room, they must be up to date with their vaccinations.
Dogs must be kept on a leash in the hotel and cannot remain alone in the room during your absence.
CLAIMS.
Any complaint relating to your stay must be sent by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt within 30 days following your stay at “La Chaize”, 23 avenue de la Victoire, 85330 Noirmoutier en l'Ile, France.
LEGAL INFORMATION.
In accordance with Law number 78-17 dated January 6, 1978, every buyer has the right to access, modify, rectify and delete personal data relating to him and communicated to the company in connection with the purchase of stays.
The buyer can exercise this right directly at “La Chaize”, 23 avenue de la Victoire, 85330 Noirmoutier en l'Ile, France.
