Very quiet at this season, very warm welcome, very good stay

One night stay at the hotel, for crossing the Pyrenees on a motorbike, little extra closed parking for motorbikes. Very warm welcome, charming owners and staff, we had dinner in the evening at the restaurant, excellent wood grills. We will stop there again during our next motorcycle trip without hesitation.

I recommend the hotel because it is well located in Luz. Philippe the manager is charming and has a lot of humor. The restaurant is good and the dishes are generous as well as the breakfast..

The friendliness of the manager does not deserve this hotel to be affiliated with Logis de France! Not welcoming, lack of politeness, payment in advance

The room does not correspond to the one reserved and whose photo is on the website. Bedroom in the attic whose available surface, taking into account the sloping ceiling, is just under 9m2. Surprised that this establishment is referenced in a flattering way on Logis de France. The staff is great both in the restaurant and at the breakfast buffet. Only huge downside is the behavior of the owner towards customers and staff. Having known the previous owners it was a huge disappointment.

Room of questionable cleanliness (clean bathroom). It looks like a student room with its tiny bathroom where the mini sink is integrated into the shower cubicle…. Capricious wifi. The breakfast is just okay. For the price I have already and often seen better breakfasts. The staff is nice. On the other hand, the boss is extremely unpleasant, even odious, friendly as a prison door. I wonder how he can make the Logis de France network! The Logis de France network has accustomed me to better hotels both for the quality of the hotel and for the welcome. Hotel to flee.

It would have been nice to have been shown to the room. We were given a key to a pitch black room with the lights off and shutters closed..
The wifi was not working and our computers warned us not to use it or risk that our financial data would be stolen.
The manager was very friendly and gave us a good restaurant suggestion and made a reservation for us.

The excessive heat in the bedroom and the common areas bothered us a lot. energy crisis...

Authentic and charming hotel in the center of Luz St Sauveur but a little set back from the main axis for the resorts (therefore rather quiet!). The rooms can be + or - modern depending on the price you pay. The dining room is very pleasant with its cocooning style and its fireplace. The tasty meals are based on local products with a touch of originality. The breakfasts are also fabulous. The owner's welcome may seem a little cold but he manages his establishment with great rigor and by insisting a little, you will see that he has a sense of humor! His wife at the reception will welcome you with kindness. We will be back for the 3rd time next year!!

A great stay with owners concerned about the quality of service and amenities The hotel is very clean, the cuisine is of very good quality and made in house. Until breakfast with these excellent homemade jams.

Cleanliness of the room impeccable. Dinner and breakfast of good quality because everything is homemade, well done to the chef. A nice friendly warm and human place. In the mezzanine bedroom for 4, there is just a table / bench or chair to put these things down.

Everything ok. Very kind and organised

We had a very good stay at the Terminus Hotel. Very good reception and secure parking for the motorcycle. Ideally located in the center of town. Only air conditioning is missing.

Owners made us feel at home, with a great place where to rest and continue our bike tour. Everything was excellent: from late check-in to breakfast, or having a garage for the bikes, with even the possibility of taking a shower once having done the check-out.

Will come back for sure in our next visit, as soon as possible!

Convenient hotel for excursions into the Pyrennees. Small but adequate an quiet rooms with nice views. Decent restaurant and nice breakfast with local produce. Helpful owner. Only the decor needs some modernising and prices in high season are on the high side.
