Restaurant Terminus

Good overall, but the music in the bar downstairs is too loud. We come to the mountains to hike. It's hard to recharge your batteries with the best hits of the 80s blasting until late at night.

We were greeted by a very kind lady who provided us with information about the evening meal, breakfast, and local activities. The gentleman serving breakfast was very friendly and had a great sense of humor (like a chocolatine!) Thank you to them both.

A very pleasant stay, a very warm welcome. Thanks to the hotelier's information, we discovered some superb places.

Excellent welcome. Ideal location. Beautiful room with mountain views. We highly recommend it.

The hotel is fine. However, one employee, who didn't identify himself, was extremely unpleasant. He did nothing but complain, and knowing we didn't speak French, he just kept speaking French rapidly. We offered him English as an alternative, but he ignored us. We had problems with the safe and the towels. He's a tall, middle-aged man with glasses.

A very nice little mountain hotel, the breakfast is excellent and very generous, the rooms are simple but everything is very clean. We had a very pleasant stay.

I missed having fruit at breakfast. The room was clean but it could use some updating.

It's so nice to still find places where we feel comfortable. The team is perfect. The restaurant service is very well managed by the young employee, and the dishes are delicious and generous!

The local staff were very friendly. We had asked if it would be possible to have our rooms before 5 pm. This wasn't possible, which we understand. We were a group with three rooms. The two rooms on the second floor seemed to have been renovated, unlike those on the first floor. We should mention the excellent quality of the evening meal we had at the hotel: not to be missed, there's no need to go anywhere else. The home-style cooking was excellent, with a good selection and high quality.

Overall, it was very satisfactory, especially the welcome and the quality of the meals.

Ideal for skiing

Well located, quiet, clean, good bedding. The bathroom is surprisingly small, with the sink in the shower due to lack of space. Breakfast is a bit limited.

Nice for a layover. Login procedure WiFi is a mess.

Hotel 2 min walk from the center of Luz! Attentive and warm welcome. We dined there, tasty quality dishes.

You deceived us. We canceled our reservation for two people within the established timeframe without any refund. We asked if it was possible to change a quadruple room to a double, but you didn't offer that option. However, when we arrived at the hotel, you accommodated us in small rooms, tailored to our needs, without any refund. You took advantage of us in the most shady way. We didn't have Wi-Fi.

Beautiful little hotel with a lovely bar area to relax. We had a room with beautiful Mountain View’s. Excellent service. Such a great family run hotel. We felt this hotel was more a 3 star hotel than a 2 star hotel. Correspondence before arrival from the hotel was also excellent.

We were very happy with our stay. Staff were extremly friendly and helpful. Hotel was clean and cosy.

Very friendly owner and staff, private parking to park the car, ideal location in the center of the village and close to the ski slopes, delicious breakfast and possibility of having meals on site at the restaurant which is excellent in particular the homemade garbure, clean room, comfortable beds, the only downside was the creaky staircase in our room to go to the toilet at night.

A very good stay at the Terminus in Luz. A friendly and professional welcome. Even if they are not quite new, the rooms remain comfortable and clean. We particularly appreciated the restaurant in a warm room and a family atmosphere, with authentic dishes and impeccable service. Adjacent parking and ideal location for walks in the city or hiking around. We will come back with pleasure.

A night for 2 after a day of skiing. Very warm welcome and very good room. Only detail, the soundproofing. You can hear a lot of people coming and going in the corridor. You don't want to sleep in. It's the peak season for skiing so it's understandable.

Nice surprise for a 2-star establishment! The decoration of the hotel and the room is very successful. Tasteful "cocooning" atmosphere. The fireplace is a plus! The welcome from the owner is very pleasant and the staff courteous and very friendly. The New Year's Eve meal was delicious and the plates very well presented. Bravo for the effort made for the compositions of the dishes! The breakfast is of the same order. It is really worth the detour. Keep it up, and customers will be delighted to come to your place!

Hello, Comfortable hotel. Attentive staff. The only small downside, the noise in the street. Remember to ask for a room on the other side, if you want peace and quiet. THE best, Nathalie's Garbure served in the evening. A delight
