Excellent welcome and very generous breakfast.
It's so nice to still find places where we feel comfortable. The team is perfect. The restaurant service is very well managed by the young employee, and the dishes are delicious and generous!
Pleasant manager and staff, simple and comfortable room, excellent breakfast.
The local staff were very friendly. We had asked if it would be possible to have our rooms before 5 pm. This wasn't possible, which we understand. We were a group with three rooms. The two rooms on the second floor seemed to have been renovated, unlike those on the first floor. We should mention the excellent quality of the evening meal we had at the hotel: not to be missed, there's no need to go anywhere else. The home-style cooking was excellent, with a good selection and high quality.
Overall, it was very satisfactory, especially the welcome and the quality of the meals.
Ideal for skiing
Well located, quiet, clean, good bedding. The bathroom is surprisingly small, with the sink in the shower due to lack of space. Breakfast is a bit limited.

Hotel 2 min walk from the center of Luz! Attentive and warm welcome. We dined there, tasty quality dishes.
You deceived us. We canceled our reservation for two people within the established timeframe without any refund. We asked if it was possible to change a quadruple room to a double, but you didn't offer that option. However, when we arrived at the hotel, you accommodated us in small rooms, tailored to our needs, without any refund. You took advantage of us in the most shady way. We didn't have Wi-Fi.

Beautiful little hotel with a lovely bar area to relax. We had a room with beautiful Mountain View’s. Excellent service. Such a great family run hotel. We felt this hotel was more a 3 star hotel than a 2 star hotel. Correspondence before arrival from the hotel was also excellent.
