Hello, Comfortable hotel. Attentive staff. The only small downside, the noise in the street. Remember to ask for a room on the other side, if you want peace and quiet. THE best, Nathalie's Garbure served in the evening. A delight
We spent one night in the hotel, had an excellent dinner and a very good night, also delicious breakfast. We will be back for sure!

As soon as we arrived, a quick and cold welcome. You are barely looked at, here are the keys, breakfasts still have to be paid in advance as well as the tax... less than an hour later, I ask this same person "who seems to be the boss of the establishment" if we can have dinner. YES possible at the second service, in what name? My answer "room 210, since we are staying at your place sir. Proof of the nice welcome he had reserved for us an hour earlier. In short! We have to collect, make up the numbers and the rest doesn't seem so important. After all, we were just passing through.
A bit simple but extraordinary nice hotel near city center. Great grill restaurant, we had 300 g Entrecôte Special parking places for Motorbikes. Lightly and clean rooms

Après 2 nuits, nous avons choisi de quitter l'hôtel, même si nous avions réservé et payé plusieurs nuits. Nous ne pouvions tout simplement pas dormir dans la chambre car il y avait beaucoup trop de bruit venant du restaurant sur la terrasse et il faisait beaucoup trop chaud dans la chambre. Pourquoi n'y a-t-il qu'une couette d'hiver alors que c'est l'été ??? Vous ne pouvez vous enregistrer qu'à partir de 17 heures, l'attente sera donc extrêmement longue. Il est dit qu'il y a une terrasse pour l'hôtel, mais celle-ci a été transformée en restaurant dans la cour, c'est pourquoi nous avons été expulsés de la cour car nous ne voulions pas acheter de nourriture ni de boissons. Pour éviter que la pièce ne devienne trop chaude, il faut fermer les volets ou tirer les rideaux, pour se sentir enfermé dans une pièce sombre. Si vous ouvrez les fenêtres, le bruit du restaurant avec terrasse entre. Quand la nuit tombe, de grandes lampes éclairent le restaurant sur le trottoir. Il faut donc tirer les rideaux pour que ni l'air froid ni l'air frais ne puissent entrer dans la pièce.

Unpleasant welcome, despite our reservation, our aperitif taken at the hotel bar where the waitress kindly told us that we could take our time, we consequently arrived 15 minutes late in the restaurant area and the welcome was not the same by the manager of the place, asking us to eat quickly because the table was supposedly reserved 45 minutes later! The height of it is that 30 minutes later, half of the tables were free!!!! As for the dishes, the meat dishes announced at 300 g, must be closer to 180 grams... for a price of 300 g.... In short, move on

Cold welcome, the bosses are very discreet and not very warm. Strong smell of cigarettes in the room given to us...and we are not smokers...These are not the services usually offered for a Logis worthy of the name....
Allow the person who did our check-in to change jobs, in addition to a billing "error" (fortunately corrected at our request the next day), they sorely lack the smile, courtesy and professionalism to work at reception of a UNHCR. Thank you for her and the establishment which deserves better.

Clean and maintained hotel, small room but with everything you need including a hairdryer! Decoration a little old-fashioned. The boss is very pleasant.
Clean hotel, but no comfort, very small room. A stifling heat in the room despite a sluggish fan. Decent breakfast. The HUGE BLACK POINT is the noise from the bar and much too loud music below the windows which could not be left open. While we were dying of heat in the room. Supposedly a 2 star! But who awards the stars? If you are driving in the area, GO your way.

Very quiet at this season, very warm welcome, very good stay
One night stay at the hotel, for crossing the Pyrenees on a motorbike, little extra closed parking for motorbikes. Very warm welcome, charming owners and staff, we had dinner in the evening at the restaurant, excellent wood grills. We will stop there again during our next motorcycle trip without hesitation.
I recommend the hotel because it is well located in Luz. Philippe the manager is charming and has a lot of humor. The restaurant is good and the dishes are generous as well as the breakfast..

The room does not correspond to the one reserved and whose photo is on the website. Bedroom in the attic whose available surface, taking into account the sloping ceiling, is just under 9m2. Surprised that this establishment is referenced in a flattering way on Logis de France. The staff is great both in the restaurant and at the breakfast buffet. Only huge downside is the behavior of the owner towards customers and staff. Having known the previous owners it was a huge disappointment.
Room of questionable cleanliness (clean bathroom). It looks like a student room with its tiny bathroom where the mini sink is integrated into the shower cubicle…. Capricious wifi. The breakfast is just okay. For the price I have already and often seen better breakfasts. The staff is nice. On the other hand, the boss is extremely unpleasant, even odious, friendly as a prison door. I wonder how he can make the Logis de France network! The Logis de France network has accustomed me to better hotels both for the quality of the hotel and for the welcome. Hotel to flee.

Authentic and charming hotel in the center of Luz St Sauveur but a little set back from the main axis for the resorts (therefore rather quiet!). The rooms can be + or - modern depending on the price you pay. The dining room is very pleasant with its cocooning style and its fireplace. The tasty meals are based on local products with a touch of originality. The breakfasts are also fabulous. The owner's welcome may seem a little cold but he manages his establishment with great rigor and by insisting a little, you will see that he has a sense of humor! His wife at the reception will welcome you with kindness. We will be back for the 3rd time next year!!

Cleanliness of the room impeccable. Dinner and breakfast of good quality because everything is homemade, well done to the chef. A nice friendly warm and human place. In the mezzanine bedroom for 4, there is just a table / bench or chair to put these things down.
Hotel very pleasant and well placed in Luz St Sauveur. Convenient access, on-site parking, very clean room and good bedding. In addition, we ate very well there! The breakfasts were also excellent. Only the configuration of the breakfast needs to be improved: access to the various products is a bit cluttered. But I like the friendly atmosphere of this hotel! I will surely come back.
