A decent stopover. Average value for money considering the exorbitant room prices on Friday nights in winter, the eve of weekends and ski weeks.
Too expensive for what's offered. Okay for a 2-star hotel, but not up to 3-star standards. Poor soundproofing, chlorine smell in the hallways, a hairdryer fit for a doll, an outdated shower, and a damaged bathtub. At €350 a night, you expect better. The cleaning was mediocre… there was a sock under the bed left by the previous guests! Avoid this place.

Cold sauna despite prior request renewed at reception on arrival, flooded and slippery floor in SPA, no street number in your documents (for GPS), no toaster or boiled eggs (hard-boiled, useless)
Average for a 3-star hotel. The room was just okay, but the bathroom was very old and could do with a bit of a facelift: a questionable bathtub, a clogged drain, and a dangling shower head holder. The restaurant and relaxation area (pool and jacuzzi) were good.

The staff are struggling to satisfy customers. In the morning, one person to manage breakfast, the telephone and the cash register, it's not enough. For a 3 star, it's aging, stained and used floors, the stairs haven't been done in a week, let's not talk about the windows. The exteriors look abandoned. Breakfast is not worth €16.50 and the evening menus are too expensive. Room not air-conditioned. For me, does not deserve 3 stars.

Hello, I arrived at your hotel and fell because a plank at the entrance door had come loose. We booked two nights. We received a very warm welcome. However, on the phone, I wasn't offered the services the hotel provides, nor was the possibility of having dinner. On the second day, we waited in the hallway for someone to show us into the dining room, and someone else entered the restaurant, which wasn't part of the hotel, and refused us entry. At 8:00 PM, we had to leave and find another restaurant. The bathroom was a disaster and a disgrace; the bathtub was covered in rust. Luckily, I'm vaccinated against tetanus, but I'm diabetic. If I cut my foot, finger, or anything else, I risk developing severe septicemia because I can hardly stop the bleeding due to my condition and would have to go to the hospital. I found fecal matter in the toilet, and the toilet bowl was splattered with urine inside and outside. The carpets had dust bunnies in the corners that hadn't been vacuumed, the windowsills were dirty, and there was dust on the books available on the table. And to top it all off, I took photos to show your manager that the pillows weren't even properly arranged; the inner pillow was hanging out of the pillowcase. It's a disgrace; I think there's a problem. We paid for two nights, one with a Smartbox gift my husband gave me, and the other as a gift for ourselves. We couldn't even use the spa and pool because we didn't have our swimsuits. In the spa, dirty towels were lying on the floor, the spa itself was greasy, etc. My husband and I reported these issues to your manager, who, poor thing, was ashamed. I would appreciate it if the manager of the establishment could contact me. This is a disgrace to your establishment. (We came to check it out with the intention of returning with our children and friends, but we will not be coming.) We look forward to hearing from you or receiving a phone call. Considering the price we paid, this is unacceptable. Sincerely.
