The hotel staff were very attentive to our needs. We stayed there because of the national brass band championship taking place in Forges-les-Eaux. We booked lunch for 17 people. Everything was done to ensure we arrived on time and fulfilled our commitments. The meal was truly excellent; all the guests, without exception, thoroughly enjoyed it. A big thank you to the entire team. We will certainly not hesitate to return to this hotel. Best wishes.

Currently undergoing refurbishment in certain parts of the hotel, the renovation certainly promises a renewal of the rooms which are quite old but well maintained and clean.

We received a very warm welcome from the understanding and attentive team (room and radiator provided). We greatly appreciated our host's kindness and our conversations. The meal was delicious and a new experience for us.

Slightly run-down, needed some attention to towel rail, hook on back of door, plug mechanism in basin. Quite an effort to get towels for both of us.

Always an excellent way to start and end our holiday in France. A warm and friendly welcome from the Patel family as usual. A real home from home. We travel by motor trike with trailer and it’s very reassuring to have a secure parking area with garage if required. The extensive menu for evening meal is always excellent as is breakfast. We’ll be back soon.
The hotel is clean but has dated decor and paintwork. The staff is very friendly. The location is convenient and quiet, and the bed is comfortable. The affordable nightly rate makes it a decent choice for those on a budget. The value for money is quite good.
Paying 27.50 for 3 for lunch and only having a baguette with jam is expensive.
Hello Clean room, friendly staff, nothing to say about that. The bad point is the customers who slam the doors day and night and they talk loudly all night No respect for other customers
Room was a bit of a trek to get to from the car park.
We arrived at the entrance from the back car park .
The door was being held open by a cigarette stand which was full of water & cigarette ends. This did not make for a good 1st impression :-( but we were actually really pleased at the end of our stay .
The is a small, basic, family run hotel, The staff were friendly & helpful with all queries.
The atmosphere in the rather small dining room was good and the home made food & choice was good. Options were also amended for child which was much appreciated.
Room was rather hot but a fan was given which helped & the cleanliness throughout the hotel could not be faulted !
We stayed due to location, parking & the fact that dogs are welcome and we were very happy at the end of our one night stay .
Really super friendly and helpful owners , location for cyclists on avenue Verte couldn’t be better plus bike storage available. Nice town in walking distance for bars and shops.

This may not be the ritz, but the place was very welcoming and most importantly I slept like a baby.
The staff were incredible and I could not be more grateful for their hospitality as they went above and beyond and could not recommend this place enough! Thank you for having me. 👍🏼

Terrible hotel. Shower in deplorable condition. Hygiene beyond disappointing. View of the rooftops. You can hear everything from the rooms next door.
We stayed overnight on our way back to the UK due to ideal location and very reasonable cost. The staff were most helpful.
