Refus de prendre mon chèque cadeau.
A prétexté que j'aurai dû prévenir la veille au soir pour la comptable.
J'ai déjà remarqué plusieurs fois que le chèque cadeau n'était pas considéré comme un moyen de paiement.
Il y a souvent la volonté de le déduire de la facture.

la disponibilité et l'aide à l'arrivée m'ont été précieuses pour effectuer une annulation (suite à une ereur de ma part)
une seul bémol, que je n'ai pas contrôlé à l'arrivée; la cuvette des toilettes n'était pas nettoyée sérieusement, (ou pas du tout), alors que le reste de la salle d'eau "brillait", la chambre était propre.
C'est dommage pour un ensemble rapport qualité/prix très convenable

The Owner/Manager was particularly hospitable, warm and keen to show us around and relate the Hotel's history.

Bonjour. J'avais demandé une chambre coté route: je me retrouve coté parking, ce qui, avec la chaleur, a eu son importance puisque le soleil donnait, l'après-midi, de ce coté. Logement ancien donc assez bruyant (mais, j'ai l'habitude de voyager avec mes boules quies donc ca, je peux le gérer). Peti déjeuner du dimanche matin: pas de pain à 7h, ce qui, avant de courir un marathon, n'est pas l'idéal. Et, je finirais, dans les points négatifs par pas de canal + annoncé. Pour les points positifs, hôtel bien situé dans un endroit calme, personnel très agréable, bonne literie, bon diner et petit déjeuner du lundi correct.

Look at I got what I paid for and more. It is not a 5 star hotel. So I did not expect 5 star treatment, but I did receive it. The people were friendly and the service excellent. Rooms were quiet and comfortable and the bathroom facilities clean with a great shower. Restaurant and breakfast room comfortable with good food. it is my second time there.

Bon accueil. Mais le confort des lits canapés est à revoir. Insonorisation, on entend les gens courir dans le couloir et la femme de ménage trainer l'aspirateur , c'était pas cool vu l'heure qu'il était..

des toiles de poussier au plafond et sur les grille d’aération salle de bain et chambre des année 30, équipement dit (sauna ....) fermé le soir ,je fait 3 a 4 hôtels par semaine et ses la première fois que je suis très déçu ,petite note positif personnel et patron sympa

Très bien dans l ensemble trop petite salle de bain personnel très sympathique et direction très agréable

Accueil sympatique, petit déjeuner très léger, repas vraiment simple; viandes pars très petites . . . . . .Patrons très gentils, hôtel propre.
