L’hôtel est vieillissant et malgré des efforts de rénovation, il est très mal entretenu. Des petites choses pourraient être faites pour améliorer les conditions par exemple le robinet de la salle de bains qui est mal fixé, le luminaire qui tient avec du scotch, les lampes de chevet qui ne fonctionnent pas. Les chambres n'avaient pas été chauffées avant notre arrivée, il a donc fallu attendre le lendemain matin pour avoir enfin une température confortable.
Un vrai nettoyage serait également le bienvenu (toiles d'araignée et insectes morts dans la salle de bain !). L'hôtel est peut être vieillissant, mais ça n'empêche pas de le nettoyer correctement.
Si l'accueil a été très chaleureux à notre arrivée, le départ a en revanche été beaucoup plus froid et impersonnel. Manque de compréhension pour la facturation des chambres, la personne n'a pas été en mesure de répondre à mes besoins.
