Perfect two night stay. Hotel with lots of small lounges including a panoramic one and a magnificent terrace. Not to mention the covered swimming pool with deckchairs inside but also on a beautiful terrace.

Perfect stay! Welcoming staff, glorious views, beautiful terrace, pool and areas to relax and enjoy. The restaurant was outstanding and creative. Great value and service. It was a little hard to find but well located in a beautiful part of France.

Very nice establishment, multitudes of lounges for a drink or a rest. The panoramic view from the restaurant terrace is to die for. The staff are charming and very attentive. I recommend this hotel with eyes closed. We allow ourselves to make two remarks: the room key system needs to be modernized (the key is from another age) and having a safe in the room seems essential to us.

Très bien dans l'ensemble. Signalisation sur la route, pour l'entrée, pourrait être améliorée.

EVerything perfect except service in the restaurant. Our aperos were forgotten and we had to send back the desserts as we had not got the cheese. The dinner could have been a little more creative.

Superb hotel beautifully run by a lovely family! The photos on the Logis de France website are not recent, the decoration is much more modern/pretty in the restaurant and the common areas! The restaurant is excellent (special mention for the desserts!!) and the varied and qualitative breakfast. My only regret, the cold swimming pool and the very weak wifi, but it did not mar our stay! We will come back with pleasure!

Ongelooflijk hotel,heel proper heel vriendelijk heel goed verzorgd ontbijt en het avond eten is zoals alles heel goed. Prijs kwaliteit is het zeker en aanrader. Bij dit alles krijgt je ook een ongelooflijk mooi zicht van op de balkon van u kamer. Voor ons was het een ongelooflijk ervaring, wij komen zeker terug.

Tout était parfait dans cet établissement à tel point que j'ai prolongé mon séjour. De plus on y mange très bien! Je recommande vivement cet établissement.

Almost perfect stay. Only downside and given the heat, a dilapidated air conditioning in the room. Too bad because the hotel is also furnished with great taste and the common areas are very comfortable. The very pleasant swimming pool, perhaps it would be necessary to provide parasols outside to be able to take advantage of the solarium during the day because it is impossible to get on the deckchairs during the day. The restoration is of high quality and the terrace offers a magnificent view of the Cevennes. Note particularly the kindness and availability of all the staff.

I recommend it if you are spending a short weekend in Anduze, a superb hotel in a magnificent setting, we had a pleasant stay. Everything was very good from our arrival until the end. The staff is really attentive to listening, everything is done to make you feel comfortable and have a pleasant stay.

Everything went well, we were immediately contacted to find out if we had any special requests and the answers were given quickly. No problem finding the hotel, it is clearly visible and yet when you are in the room you have the impression of being isolated so much the view in front offers you a landscape full of greenery, of mountains. The calm is there, the decoration is top notch both in the corridors (old piano, old stroller) and outside with this magnificent 2cv, great contrast with the interior of the room which remains modern, no trace of bad taste. . I appreciated the staff who are very nice, who let us go to the swimming pool at 8 p.m. when it was supposed to close. The staff is also very smiling. Everything went well, I recommend it to everyone.

Tout était parfait. Un plus : une piscine idéale. Un restaurant gastronomique et une terrasse magnifique. Vraiment, on reviendra.

Sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Empfang und Service. Die junge Chefin spricht deutsch. Ausgezeichnete französische Küche und Weine. Abgeschlossenes Parken unmittelbar am Haus. Leider ist Anduze nicht abseits der Hauptstraße fußläufig zu erreichen. Man nimmt dann den Wagen, was angesichts der zahlreichen Parkplätze in Anduze auch kein Problem ist. Bedauerlich ist, dass man vom Hotel auch nicht an den Fluss kommt, da ein Campingplatz dazwischen liegt. Trotzdem insgesamt ein sehr empfehlenswertes Haus für Ausflüge in die Cevennen, zur Ardèche oder im Roussilon.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel. L'accueil est excellent. Les chambres très propres et très confortable, la piscine superbe, le restaurant de très bonne qualité. Nous recommandons vivement l'Hôtel de la Porte des Cevennes.

A hotel in a touristic environment should be able to provid english speaking staff. The lady who checked us out was very kind and spoke very good english, the lady who helped with the checkin procedure, not a word.

The room smeld cigarettes and sitting on the balcony was not a pleasure with people smoking on the balcony above.

Garden view should be called brick wall view. Very disappointing.

Ravie du séjour dans cet hôtel. Gentillesse du personnel. Reviendrai avec plaisir. Seul petit bémol repas toujours identiques tous les jours. Il manque un mets par jour qui changerait.

Hôtel très joli. Bien situé. Accueil parfait. Chambre spacieuse calme avec une très belle vue. Piscine exceptionnelle. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel. Restaurant plutôt bon mais il faut faire des progrès sur l’organisation du service qui est assez long.

Expérience très agréable. Repas excellent dans un cadre magnifique avec vue dominante. Serveurs et serveuses sympas.
Chambre agréable avec vue sur la vallee.Juste petit bémol la moquette au sol a revoir et l enseigne lumineuse verte à faire disparaître pour améliorer le cachet de l hôtel.

Nous avons passé 3 nuits dans ce très bel hôtel très bien situé et vraiment au calme.
Nous avons été séduit par la beauté du site avec sa Vu imprenable sur la Vallée,
la gentillesse et le professionnalisme du personnel toujours à l'écoute et très réactif ainsi que les repas très raffinés également.

Tout très bien, super piscine et terrasses. Seule deception était le Wifi qui était lent, pas fiable - pour 2 nuits sur 3 pas de connexion dans la chambre. Hélas c'est très souvent comme ça dans les hôtels en France...!
Petit déjeuner était bien, mais cher à 14€. Personnel très accueillants. Très bon diner mais le vin était cher.
