I am used to traveling and hotels, this one is particularly clean, whether it is the room or all the common areas. Great welcome and smiling, excellent restaurant, impeccable and very pleasant service. Very complete breakfast, breathtaking view of the valley. Congratulations to the whole team. It was one of my best experiences in hotel accommodation.

Perfect stay! Very well equipped hotel with swimming pool, billiards, table football, several indoor and outdoor terraces. Magnificent view. Very welcoming staff. And the restaurant is also of excellent quality with a good quality / price ratio.

Wonderful establishment that is worth the detour. We can only compliment the pleasant and dedicated staff, the quality of the equipment and the very interesting value for money. The evening meal was excellent and the breakfast quite exceptional. We were delighted with our stay.

Very nice hotel with services worthy of the stars. Be careful however with the maintenance of the flowers on the balcony. Good restaurant with fresh products. The only downside is the seasoning (not spicy enough, lack of pepper and other condiments)

Beautiful hotel offering several varied spaces (indoor swimming pool, spa, solarium, games room, cozy lounge). Small downside lack of towels at the swimming pool, no safe in the room and little water pressure.
Just disappointed by the breakfast...no scrambled eggs even though it was planned for breakfast, not really original for 17e for breakfast, I should have skipped this service...moreover I arrived at 2 p.m....our room was not ready we had to wait even though it was planned to take possession of the room at this time..

Available and attentive staff, a comfortable room, quality cuisine and a beautiful panorama.
We had asked for an extra bed, nothing in the room, the bathtub drains almost no water, as a result we take a shower in 40cm of water and hairs come up from the drain. Not to mention the nauseating smell that emanates from it. I'm 1m90, as a result, in the toilet I have to spread my feet to close the door. Sliding bay excrement hard to open. Restaurant: we had the starter, main course and dessert menu, the whole table. Foie gras supplement, served with a brioche placed on cereals… filled with moths and moth eggs. It happens but deplorable service “ah but you eat that? » when talking about cereals (sesame, flax etc.) No gesture or explanation other than the waitress who seems quite lost. Deplorable Result: 2 paces and two children for 400 euros per night with meals, why not but the services are not at all up to par
Magnificent four-night stay in this establishment ideally located between Cévennes and Gard. Kind and attentive staff, large air-conditioned room, exceptional view from the restaurant and breakfast on the large terrace with lots of flowers, very pleasant swimming pool and bright surroundings, sober and careful decoration of the interiors and very appreciable leisure facilities (billiards, table football , air-conditioned rest room, comfortable outdoor spaces, etc.). We highly recommend this establishment, thank you again to the whole team!
Mooie Ligging in de Cevennes, schone kamers en vriendelijk personeel. lekker ontbijt compleet goede koffie (altijd belangrijk) ;-) mooi uitzicht vanaf het ontbijtbalkon. zwembad inpandig wel met lekker ligbedden buiten .

A magnificent hotel, very clean, with a top team, attentive and super helpful! The restaurant offers exceptional, refined dishes, while having a breathtaking panoramic view! The room on the ground floor lacked nothing, spacious and warm, equipped with a kettle and pods for hot drinks that can be enjoyed on the small, very cozy balcony. The only small downside is the size of the toilets, slightly narrow but separate from the bathroom, so what more can I say... Apart from thank you for everything the hotel can offer us!! ☺️

The professionals of this establishment are very smiling and empathetic; The room is very comfortable and we slept well there. We spent 2 very pleasant days. We had a room facing the mountains. We were able to have evening meals and breakfast on the terrace with a magnificent view The swimming pool has a perfect temperature compared to the outside. Mention very well for the reception and the general atmosphere of the service.
Quality establishment, the place and the building are pleasant and well maintained. The services are up to expectations. The room was large and bright. We regret a large shower instead of the bathtub and inefficient air conditioning (which will certainly be repaired) I highly recommend this beautiful hotel and its restaurant.
