very beautiful and large room (deluxe room 2nd floor sea view) with large balcony and a very beautiful view of Port Vendres
Hotel very well located for hiking and with a very pretty garden. Very nice parking. Very pleasant welcome. In short, we loved this stay.
Very warm welcome. We were even upgraded. Great approach from management. The rooms? I've looked everywhere, but there's nothing to complain about. Everything is perfect. Quality, functionality, cleanliness, everything is top-notch. We will definitely be back.

I choose a logis hotel special with a very good “distenque” restaurant, so we can have a special dinner, for a special moment. But in this special restaurant they alouwed dogs what we didn’t like at all. 6 tables in the restaurant with three tables dogs, 5 dogs. Terrible!!

We spent a very pleasant night on New Year's Eve. Quality bedding, spacious and bright room. Disappointed with the services offered for a price of €290 per night: few samples of hygiene products, only one bottle of water, beautiful view but slightly misleading photo because the view overlooks the rugby field and the port.
On arrival, although I had booked two evening stops, the hotel informed me that the restaurant was closed on the first evening; software error. I understand perfectly and I don't hold it against them. The hotel tells me that I will be upgraded to a very nice room on a high floor with a sea view. Well done and thank you for the gesture. But... No soap or shower gel No mineral water in the room other than that from the tap At the room rate, I find this regrettable and it is an area of progress in preparation. Regarding the evening at the restaurant: I am charged €10 for an Americano cocktail, barely 5 to 6 cl in my glass No water there either throughout the meal A dish served cold (Quail and seasonal vegetables) For finish and at the time of Check out, I go to reception with my ETIk checks, the person there asks me how they should proceed, an unreal situation, I therefore give up and pay my bill by credit card. I ask that my bill be broken down with 90€ the first evening (room) and 135€ the second evening (room + meals), the person in front of me tells me that she does not know how to do it, that there is no there will be no secretariat before 2 p.m.... My arms are falling! The new building is very beautiful and the rooms are very comfortable, but I think we need to improve in terms of service because that is your biggest deficiency.
