Magnificent site, everything is truly wonderful
Okay but expensive considering the quality of service. The restaurant was very disappointing; the fondue wasn't really fondue (I think it was cut with cream). We were asked to leave breakfast for being 5 minutes late. The spa was okay.
Great stay. Excellent breakfast. Very nice restaurant experience.
Very comfortable accommodation and attentive staff. Excellent meal at the restaurant with fresh produce.
The hotel contacted me at 7 pm to inform me that there was no one to greet me. I had planned to arrive around 9:30 pm. I was therefore forced to use the service entrance and the stairs, and the hotelier generously offered me the room on the second floor instead of the one on the third floor he had originally reserved for me. I should mention that I had booked the best room in the hotel, the Privilege Suite, for €155 a night in the off-season. At that price, I didn't even have breakfast, and the hotelier didn't even have the courtesy to offer it to me as a gesture of goodwill, not even a coffee and a croissant. Yet he should have, because I'm about to describe my experience, which was far from commensurate with the price paid. First of all, the room is very kitschy, like a chalet, but straight out of the 90s. At that price, you have no view whatsoever, except for the parking lot. The bedding needs replacing; I was literally sinking into the mattress, and the pillows are the cheapest kind you'd find at IKEA. The TVs are very small, one in the living room and one in the bedroom. However, you don't get the same channels in both rooms, so I started watching a movie in the living room and wanted to finish it in the bedroom, but it wasn't possible because channel T18 isn't available in the bedroom, and it was impossible to program it because everything was locked on the TV. As for the bathroom, which looks quite nice, there was a huge leak at the faucet connection... as if that wasn't enough, the soap dish must have been poorly attached, and all the soap had leaked into the shower tray. I only realized this when I went to use the shower and there was no soap left; I understood what the stain in the tray was. The towels are ridiculously small. Actually, it's a bit like a mediocre, poorly maintained Airbnb. It's no wonder they're short on guests, because you can easily find much better options for less money on the Airbnb app. I made a big mistake coming here because I booked at the last minute, so I wanted to be sure of a warm welcome, and as you can see, that wasn't the case. So I thought I'd warn anyone who reads this.
Excellent family weekend. We will be back.
Highly recommended
Short but very good stay
A very pleasant surprise... a perfect welcome, a magnificent room, and a superb restaurant and breakfast. A wonderful stay... I'll definitely be back.
Delighted with my stay at this establishment. Perfect, personalized, and pleasant welcome. A feeling of well-being.
It's a warm and wonderful place, it was just perfect.
Excellent hotel, very welcoming and pleasant staff, both in the hotel and the restaurant. The only slight drawback was the pool, which wasn't heated enough.
Country, hotel and staff with a "natural soul", overall very good; except for the room in the annex, very comfortable but without a window opening directly to the outside but onto a corridor, not corresponding to 4* for a stay of several days.
Everything was perfect, however the pool and jacuzzi water was cold, which was a shame as we couldn't enjoy them. The welcome, meals, and breakfast were perfect!
Class, charm, kindness...
EXCELLENT
A word of advice: if you're looking for a stopover around Gap, head to this hotel. A top-notch welcome, a perfect room, and excellent food.
Very nice experience during an evening stopover...perfect welcome, heated swimming pool, quality meal and spacious room with very comfortable bedding...I recommend without any moderation.
It's hard to comment when everything is perfect!!
Very nice establishment with lots of services in a small mountain village near Gap, worth trying without hesitation.
The customer experience. This is what made us leave the big hotel chains for Logis. And, until now, we were satisfied. After two reservations, we noticed a gap in this customer experience. Where we used to find expertise, interpersonal skills, and good manners, we remain skeptical to this day.
Charming, well-equipped, and comfortable establishment. Remarkably clean as well.

A very positive experience with welcoming and available professionals
