We sincerely apologize that you were disturbed by the intercom noise at 2 a.m. This is the first time a guest has alerted us to this issue. We fully understand that this may disrupt your sleep, and we are taking note of this situation regarding the room. Fortunately, we rarely have guests who return at night.

It is a shame that this single incident cast a shadow over all other aspects of your stay (reception, breakfast, catering, room comfort, etc.).

If you ever come back to us, please let us know when booking that you require a particularly quiet room and we will try to provide you with a room away from those occupied.

Your comments are of particular concern to us, as we typically receive excellent reviews for our cleanliness and catering. Regarding the condition of the toilets you mentioned, we have identified a problem with the discoloration of the toilet floor in some rooms and have already taken corrective measures using specialized products to resolve this situation permanently.
Regarding the restaurant, our customers generally appreciate the quality of the food and we have no negative feedback on the prices offered.

We would have appreciated more details on the "aging" aspect that did not satisfy you in order to better understand your experience. Our rooms are regularly renovated, the bedding too, and our common areas are constantly maintained. Is it possible that our style does not correspond to your personal tastes? In any case, we are listening to your observations if you decide to send them to us.

We are delighted that you enjoyed the comfort of our bedding, our ample parking, and the quality of our catering. These elements are important to us, and your satisfaction encourages us.

For breakfast we have 3 cold drinks, several hot drinks, 2 homemade jams, Nutella, butter and salted butter, 2 varieties of cereals, cottage cheese, fruit yogurt, 2 varieties of cheese, 2 varieties of cold cuts, hard-boiled eggs, honey and agave syrup, bread, sandwich bread, gluten-free bread, gluten-free toast, croissants, pains aux chocolat, dried fruits (several varieties), muesli, fruits, pudding. All this at will for 11 €. :)
