WONDERFUL. BOTH THE ACCOMMODATION AND THE VILLAGE... THE FOREST, THE LAKES, THE CITY WITH ITS MEDIEVAL OLD TOWN...
A worn mattress, upon arriving in the room, we immediately notice a gondola-shaped bed with a hollow in the middle of the bed, so a blocked back the next day...
It's hard to call this hotel cozy when the room's toilet is housed in a cramped closet! Nevertheless, everything was clean. The restaurant also disappointed us: limited wine selection and out of stock. And we weren't convinced by the freshness of the products (the taste of foie gras was masked by very strong seasoning, very mushy shrimp, salad with brownish traces) despite a very good piece of meat. In short, there is room for improvement. However, it is worth noting the kindness of the waitress who did everything she could to make the meal enjoyable.
Disappointing hotel services, compared to usual Logis
Well-maintained hotel with good food. The reception lacks a smile, however. Room (1) is comfortable and meets the chain's standards, with good bedding. However, there is a dull noise all night. Is there an air conditioning system somewhere?
Another great stay in a Loggis de France
The hotel's exterior entrance with the carpet on the floor has clearly not been cleaned for weeks. It was really dirty! It's not the best effect! No lemonade to present me with a mint diabolo when it's a common drink in France! Monday evening, many dishes were missing compared to the menu given for the stopover evening! These are incomprehensible things for a hotel-restaurant that only survives on the consumption of its customers. This was the second time I've been to this hotel - I'm going back a third time but also to see if efforts have been made. The clientele was also largely foreign and I'm a little ashamed for France to serve our visitors in this way.

Decent room, poor soundproofing but this is caused by the age of the building.
I habe write, I 'm coming between 14h -15h. I call them, it was raining cats and dogs. The Woman didn't see the point, that she was late and didn't see that she could apologize. What a pitti.
The location ist great, at the other day, the owner had apologize.
Rather spartan room with no charm, poorly lit and poorly soundproofed, with no available outlets near the bed. Bathroom area with no privacy (no door or curtain separating the bathroom). Breakfast was not very interesting. But easy parking in front of the hotel.
Although I was aware that this is a small hotel, the reception on arrival and the accommodation were both disappointing. The bed was the most comfortable thing in a room that was sparse and dated, with few amenities and the smallest bathroom area imaginable. The shower was powerful and the water hot but it wasn’t a pleasant experience due to the quality of the shower (it was so powerful it moved out of position and had to be handheld). The sink area was minuscule. I stayed for four nights and the towels and toiletries were not replenished. The wardrobe was extremely small. There was a kettle but only two tea bags and sachets of coffee and the paper cups were espresso sized. The room was extremely hot with no air conditioning and on my second day the cleaner opened and left the window open which allowed insects to enter. The room faced onto the street and was really noisy even with the windows closed and the noise from the adjacent room and the room above was awful. I was also advised I needed to pay the night before I left even though the booking had been prepaid through booking.com
All in all, it’s a place I wouldn’t recommend nor would I return to. I booked for the convenience of being close to where I was visiting but think that there are probably better chambres d’hote nearby that are competitively priced.
Great place to use as a stop over on route across France. Bedroom was clean. Restaurant served beautiful food. Only negative was the breakfast bread could have been fresher
It was very hot when we stayed there and without air conditioning it was unbearable. We asked twice for a fan which was finally provided to us but its effectiveness was more than limited due to the temperature in the room! We had to get up in the middle of the night to open the window and were disturbed early in the morning by the noise from the street. We have stayed in this hotel many times to go and see our son who lives 4km from St Léonard de Noblat but in case of strong heat we will not return, too bad!

soundproofing to be reviewed
A lovely getaway in a charming village.
The rooms are comfortable, the bedding is very good, the bathroom is large and the toilets are separate. The building is maintained but lacks a little soundproofing. If the neighbors are not discreet, it can be heard very well. Too bad.
Pleasant and friendly welcome, very good, nothing changes
It was a good weekend ... but the quality of the service does not correspond well to the category of the hotel - given the quality of the bedding and the dimensions of the bathroom. The service in the restaurant (2 hours for 2 dishes), was a little long. We can excuse it but have noted. It is a whole .... acceptable .... but which presents shortcomings for the category presented. Courage to the young managers ...... they can improve!
Expensive for a so-called 3 star..... the room is ok, the bed very average and the bathroom not at all pleasant.... with rough towels! they will scrub you instead of drying you pleasantly

Alright, maybe there's a socket missing next to the bed, but maybe I didn't see it.
Very nice hotel but room not soundproofed. We could hear walking in the room above until 1am and noise below because the room was located above the kitchens. Plastic mattress protector not very pleasant.
Hello, this is why I put disappointing 1- when we arrived, no one at reception, waiting 10 minutes before a waitress from the restaurant saw us and came to act as receptionist 2- when we arrived in the room, we noticed that the toilet was in a small cupboard without ventilation without being able to close what served as a door and which no longer closed 3-loud noise from the air extraction in front of the door all night 4-bathroom without extraction so steam everywhere 5-mediocre breakfast, stale pastries and not at will, sticky cheese

shower room ok but nothing more, worn and rough bath towels = very unpleasant. the investment is great for the restaurant, just needs to improve a bit in terms of rooms and it will be almost perfect.
The hotel could do with a little makeover. The toilets, however, have recently been renovated. The wifi works well but to get it you don't have to follow the written instructions. Ask at reception. Errors in details: no power outlet available near the bed, the kettle's power cable was too short, it had to be placed on the floor to plug it in...

Very good reception. Help with luggage assembly. Free garage. TV assistance with changing the remote control. Excellent breakfast. Access a little complicated due to the party in the park.

Slept very badly, soundproofing needs to be reviewed
A hotel in the same vein as the Logis de France. Family hotel with welcoming people. Be careful for people with walking difficulties there is no elevator. But for the others ... you will have a pleasant stay. And the region is magnificent.

We had reported that the shower was not working very well and had asked for someone to come and no one came!! This hotel should not be part of Logis de France and totally spoils the reputation of Logis!!

Very friendly staff who know how to welcome. The manager is very cordial, just a small complaint about the squeaking of the bedding. On the other hand, whether it was the hotel or the restaurant, everything was perfect.

The reception was excellent. I arrived early after walking in the rain on the Chemin de Saint Jacques. I was allowed to check in early and the nice receptionist provided me a bottle of iced cold water. I felt welcomed.

We are never disappointed by accommodation in France, in terms of value for money. Here in Saint Léonard de Noblat, the staff is welcoming, the food excellent, the breakfasts well stocked and the rooms comfortable, nothing to complain about.

Perfect welcome and the village is very nice for a romantic weekend. The hotel restaurant is a quality gourmet restaurant which offers - and this is quite rare to note - wines at reasonable prices.
