A charming hotel, retaining its original character. The reception staff are very attentive. The food is good. Breakfasts are plentiful and varied, but the staff needs some training to ensure the buffet is well-stocked.
It's always a pleasure to come to this beautiful hotel, whose reputation is well established both in hospitality and its excellent cuisine. It's always pleasant to have a drink in the lounge with its magnificent fireplace. In short, an institution since the 1900s, a visit is a must!
A wonderful stopover! Top-notch staff and service.
The hotel room was outdated, and the bathroom, with its ancient bathtub, was difficult to get up from. However, the management and staff were excellent! Well done.

A magnificent hotel that has retained all its former splendor. Our room lacked a little charm, and the bathtub, which required climbing in to shower, was too small. This was probably due to its classification as an Eco Room.

The welcome by a somewhat grumpy employee is disappointing. Otherwise, the young staff is friendly. The food is decent, but nothing special. The pool is out of service and the sun loungers are unappealing because they are extremely stained! There are many dead insects on the woodwork in the restaurant. It is impossible to eat outside!

Pleasantly surprised. Comfort, exceptional restaurant.... One small downside; stuck in the elevator, impossible to contact reception. Freed after 10 minutes thanks to another customer who was passing by....
In its original state, which means renovations are needed, the essentials are there: bedding and cleanliness. For dinner, we preferred a nearby restaurant with more elaborate dishes. Otherwise, nothing to complain about for this old institution.
I like this hotel for its historical past which gives the place a soul but the renovations are not finished certain details of negligence could be easily corrected (hydrochloric acid in the toilets ashtrays on the terrace not emptied and not very aesthetic) and especially improvement of the restaurant: tables not very aesthetic and without tablecloth and a minimum of decoration which is a shame in view of the dining room which is superb finally the cuisine remains quite passable shame
Beautiful establishment, with a dynamic and efficient team, but which could do with a good renovation, overall. The rooms are a little tired, as are the bathrooms, and the restaurant, although very good quality, could also do with a good upgrade, in terms of decoration (a bit sad and cold atmosphere).
The hotel remains in its original state and there is no air conditioning. The food is very good.

Friendly welcome and well-located. Locally sourced food with a great team of young seasonal workers and apprentices. To be perfect, breakfast would benefit from offering boiled eggs and the option to toast your bread.
The only downside is no air conditioning in the room and the pool is not heated.

A warm welcome, settled into a fairly good-sized room, clean with bedding to my liking. A warm place and friendly staff, especially the brigade of young waiters, who were very attentive during meals. The breakfast was excellent, with a variety of very good quality products. Only one regret: not having been able to stay longer.
It's a shame that the garden is noisy at certain times due to the proximity of the street.
Very good, good welcome, good bedding. We had half-board, evening meals of very good quality. The only drawback in the scorching weather was the lack of air conditioning in the rooms, something to think about for the future. Otherwise, a pleasant stay in your hotel

Truly top, a beautiful hotel that has retained its old-world charm while remaining comfortable. The room was spacious and clean, and the breakfast was comprehensive and high-quality. The restaurant offers incredible value for money, with a team of attentive waiters. If you're in the area, this is the place to go.
Good for 1 comfortable night. Very comfortable room overall. Nothing to complain about the restaurant, it's excellent and there's a good selection. Very satisfactory breakfast, welcome tray with tea and coffee in the room, very appreciated. Just for the room, a little noisy because it's on a busy road in the evening and from early morning. No air conditioning so quite hot as soon as the temperature rises. And no non-slip mat in the bathtub. Too bad.
The hotel is located in a venerable house (over 400 years old), and the soundproofing is minimal. The rooms could use a refresh. This slightly surprising detail is more than compensated for by the staff's kindness, attentiveness, and the beauty of the setting. Dinner was excellent, and the service was attentive. A lovely experience.
