Very friendly staff, attentive to customers, helpful, kind, good and very generous food, frankly we are always very pleasantly welcomed and the service is top notch.
A lovely traditional Var Hotel. Very warm welcome, two well equipped roomsand everytging you need to visit Aups.

Our reservation (confirmed through the hotel's only official website - Logis) included an overnight stay and dinner for two in the hotel restaurant. Upon arrival, the hotel informed us that they had not received our reservation and redirected us to another hotel, which offered inferior services. We also had to have dinner there, in a restaurant that disappointed us, even though we had specifically chosen Le Provençal for its restaurant. We understand that a reservation problem can occur. What particularly disappointed us was the lack of apology and genuine effort to address the situation. We would have appreciated it if the hotel had sought a solution to at least partially salvage the service we had booked.
