View the hotel's answerTwo days before my departure I was informed by email that my reservation was canceled because the hotel was full!!!! After requesting an explanation for this, I was told it was a mistake. Something like this must not happen!!! The offered quality of the room and the gastronomy does not meet the expectations of a 3 star hotel.

We enjoyed out 1 night stay, although not sure our room could be classed as a "superior room" it was quite small and cramped. We had a nice warm welcome when we arrived which was nice. Dinner was very good, a small menu but all freshly cooked and very tasty,. Easy parking in the grounds. Breakfast was a bit of a disappointment, just a croissant and a bit of French bread each, orange juice and coffee (no other choice), there was the offer of a yoghurt but not as good a breakfast as in other hotels we stayed in this holiday
