After requesting an explanation for this, I was told it was a mistake. Something like this must not happen!!! The offered quality of the room and the gastronomy does not meet the expectations of a 3 star hotel.

We enjoyed out 1 night stay, although not sure our room could be classed as a "superior room" it was quite small and cramped. We had a nice warm welcome when we arrived which was nice. Dinner was very good, a small menu but all freshly cooked and very tasty,. Easy parking in the grounds. Breakfast was a bit of a disappointment, just a croissant and a bit of French bread each, orange juice and coffee (no other choice), there was the offer of a yoghurt but not as good a breakfast as in other hotels we stayed in this holiday

Check-in can only be done after 5:00 p.m. The restaurant is not open on Fridays from November until the end of April. This information has to be notified to customers. If we had known, we would not have chosen this hotel.
Disappointing and sad setting in a drab little village. Basic evening cooking and the most basic breakfast (1 glass of fruit juice, 1 croissant and 1 piece of bread 😱 and 1 hot drink)
