Another stay and always the same satisfaction with both the quality of the accommodation and the catering. Pleasant welcome and kindness from all the staff.

Very warm welcome. And very good restaurant.

A good overnight stop not far from motorway. Comfortable room and bed. Bathroom small but functional. No tea or coffee making facilities in room or drinking water which is a shame. Private parking available but can be tight. Very good meal in restaurant.

A big disappointment when I opened my room #102. Musty smell, no effective ventilation, mold on the windows, humidity on the glass, cobwebs with no light given the cleaning to be done around and in front of the ground floor window, the toilet bowl broken and finally the towels in poor condition. All for the sum of 97€ including breakfast. Being professionally itinerant I change hotels every day which allows me to have the opportunity to compare the quality/price ratio. I had a very bad experience.

The hotel and restaurant are decent. The aperitif is a bit lacking, especially for a three-star hotel. The welcome was quite cold; we didn't feel very comfortable. We felt like we were in the way, bothering them.

Disappointing environment... poorly maintained terrace, paths. Room not air-conditioned in this heat... Views of the noisy parking lot and road.

Had a one night stopover on our journey back through France. Our room was basic but clean and met our needs. Evening meal in the restaurant was excellent.

Unfortunately, we had to cancel on the day of our arrival. We were stuck on the A9 due to the forest fires near Narbonne...force majeure. It looks like we'll have to pay the full amount anyway! That would be disappointing and will affect our choice of this hotel. That's sad.

Decent quality but the staff were a bit cold. The shower, although clean, had mold in the corners.

Friendly welcome, everything was done to make life easy for us with our 2 little ones! Very good bedding and excellent meal! We will be back!

Excellent hotel with excellent cuisine.

This hotel is very disapointing, closes at 18,30, no drinks and a closed restaurant. Also the pictures on the booking site dit not match the reality. Very outdated , the rooms are acceptabel but the building itself was dirty and old. Not what to expect for that pricelevel. Disapointing suchmuch that i left without spending the night there.

We had a very pleasant stay at Le Bourguignon. Welcomed by a boss who is very passionate about his job! He shares good advice with his guests and, in all honesty, his sometimes very surprising professional experiences! We really enjoyed it! His cuisine is particularly succulent and will remain in our memories! Passing through the region, we will very gladly return!

Crowded and very small place for breakfast, even with smelling dogs.
Smelling bedroom, smoke not allowed but smoke smells all around.

The reception was very warm. You could be addressed in 3 languages. The room was modestly furnished.

Good stay, clean and friendly hotel. The only downside is that there isn't much variety on the menu for someone who doesn't eat eggs or meat.

Very pleasant stay with the quality of the cuisine and the helpfulness of the owners in the foreground. Small downside, when we arrived (very early 3:10 p.m.) while the reception was scheduled from 3:00 p.m., the hotel was closed and we did not have the opportunity to quench our thirst. This is a small detail which in no way alters the quality of the stopover in its entry with the quality of the cuisine to be highlighted

Worst breakfast ever, the rest is ok

My wife hurt her knee in the morning before we arrived, and could only move on crutches, the owner kindly placed us in a ground floor room suitable for disabled people. Our dinner was delicious, and breakfast good.

A delight, location, food facilities meets all our needs

Lovely hotel with a fantastic restaurant. Room and bedding were very good. TV reception bad and difficulty with WiFi. Bathroom shower was a bit challenging and it would have been nice to have a curtain at the bathroom window !!(room 304).
Overall though good stopover for us and will return!

In its original state, a renovation of the rooms would be welcome.

Everything is fine, the only downside is that the room needs to be made more welcoming and the bedding needs to be reviewed.

The rooms were ideal for what we wanted. One observation for my room would be that the bed was not near any light switch, a bedside light would have been ideal.
The meal we had in the restaurant was exceptional.
All the staff that we encountered were very helpful and attentive.

Very friendly & helpful staff

I have stayed at this hotel several times but not in the last few years, so I was interested to see whether it was still as good as I remembered. I was not disappointed. The hotel is in the attractive, historical, small town of Beze in easy reach of the motorway. Our room was comfortable and good value for money. The highlight was our evening meal in the cosy restaurant with a blazing log fire. The food was excellent.

Hello, I have a problem regarding a reservation made on December 10th at the Logis-Hotel Le Bourguignon establishment located in Beze. Following the reservation, I noticed that the number of beds planned in the room was insufficient, so I contacted the hotel directly to see what could be done (adding an extra bed or something else). I was told that there was no possibility. So I requested the cancellation of the reservation, which was confirmed to me directly by telephone. That day I received an email from Logis-Hotel including the invoice for the night with the amount being debited by credit card, even though I had cancelled the reservation by contacting the establishment. I contacted the hotel, which told me that it had sent me several emails asking me to cancel it myself, emails that I had not received. (I only received the emails from Logis-Hotel). I am aggressively dispatched and the owner hangs up on me. Please understand that if I had received these emails I would have made the cancellation although I thought that it had been automatically managed by the hotel during my phone call. We have trusted logis hotels for a long time for our reservations and hope that you can find a solution to this unfortunate problem. I also have a reservation for the night of January 4 for an establishment referenced logis-hôtels. Counting on your return. Best regards,

Very pleasant and attentive staff. The food is excellent! The building is tired, single-glazed windows so you can hear the street very well and room doors from another age, you can also hear the corridor very well.

Beze is a lovely town to break a journey from Provence to Calais. Good logis and excellent dinner.

Great experience, too bad I had to leave my car on the road because there was no more space in the parking lot, badly parked vehicles which limited additional spaces.

Not very welcoming and misleading parking charge while booking!! To quote ‘oh well you have paid for it now’. Had to change room as radiator broken and room was too hot although this was not a problem. No WIFI code offered and as we had been backwards and forwards to reception a couple of times already so we didn’t bother with it

First , I choose this hotel because it was not alternatives. Reviews seems to be OK , unfortunatelly not for the hotel.

The location is OK for the restaurant .
Very good food , really good ... but the service and the relation to the customers it was very unfriendly ...seems like the personal is tired , waiting for vacation and too many people arrive . And again , and again . Tiredness ...per general.
This is my personal observation and opinion !!!

The hotel !!! Probaly I had the smallest room possible in my life in the hotels .
Just a paranthesis : I spend almost 150-170 days from a year in hotels in whole Europe , sometime Asia or America .
So, I know the life in the hotels !

Apart of the smallest room ( maybe 8 sqm ) , but also dirty , spiders every corner , Everything old and bad maintened .
I couldn't wait to leave the hotel !

Access to the room is not worthy of a Logis de France hotel, you go through an old-fashioned lounge, rather untidy; however, the room and the bathroom are spacious, the bedding comfortable.

Dark room on the ground floor, hot. A small window overlooking the parking lot and the road, not allowing it to be left open at night while there is no air conditioning. Bedding is adequate. Cleanliness left something to be desired with stains on the ceiling. Towels clean but rough.

Quit location in a cute village. Friedly staff. Dinner at the restaurant with local food was good. Our room was neat but insufficiently ventilated upon our arrival.
Bathroom is spacious and well equipped.
The cobwebs on the ceiling at the reception were a minus

great discovery for us! Very friendly welcome, excellent meals, very pleasant terrace, sufficiently spacious rooms, quiet at night. All in a village that is worth the detour.

Several points are negative: Cleanliness of the room, clogged bathroom sink, defective window handle. Lack of parking for residents. The overcharge, at the restaurant for a small piece of chicken for our dog billed at the price of €19.50, corresponds to the dish “Chicken supreme with port sauce”. We requested the cancellation of the third night for professional reasons, the salon in which we were attending closed on Saturday evening instead of Sunday evening. Refusal by the owner and billing for the third night 125€ and to top it off, the additional costs for the dog of 10€. As a professional we stay 6 nights per month in hotels throughout France and cannot accept this behavior.

The staff was very friendly and the location of the hotel was very nice. The room was large and adequate. The restaurant was particularly nice.

The website pictures of the hotel were misleading, on arrival at reception the area looked messing and not welcoming. Our accommodation was very dated and of poor quality. The room generally was in need of being updated. Dirty light fitting, peeling and dated wallpaper and dirty windows. A list of instructions in the room e.g. “ stop the water in the show when you soap”, “ do not let water run continuously when you shave” and “ Do not let water run continuously when washing your teeth “. There were other instructions on the list of what not to do which gave a really negative and unwelcoming greeting.

As promised, they had a room on the ground floor for us. However, no 2 beds.

It's not a luxury hotel but it's friendly. The food is very good but plentiful and the restaurant is very pretty. Very clean room.

We felt very welcome and at ease.

We stayed seven nights 16th to 22nd May...longer than most folk.
Reception on arrival was efficient...we were even expected
Room was clean, tidy. bed was comfortable.
Breakfast in a typical French Logi was excellent. and the room, again, clean and tidy.
The restaurant was superb....both as a room, and for the food !! The choice was good, and the cuisine really excellent.
The Chef is to be congratulated.
In this day and age one does not often get good value for money, but one does here.

A night with the family on the way back from vacation. Simple, relaxed and efficient welcome. An appreciable value for money, a breakfast buffet at least equivalent to that of the 4-star hotel left in the morning. A village and a host that are worth the detour.

Very friendly owners. The accommodation and check in were very pleasant. The hotel is located in a lovely little picturesque village. The little breakfast was quite copious. We enjoyed the evening at the Bourguignon restaurant and the dishes were excellent. We will definitely return.

Easy parking adjacent to the hotel. Small and very simple rooms with shower room and toilet but excellent bedding and very quiet at night. Restaurant: very beautiful, very warm and bright decor where what is on the plate is a real treat and served with great attention and kindness. The breakfast is very generous and varied, served in a pretty, freshly decorated room. We leave the hotel with the feeling of having had an excellent night and an excellent time. The village is also to be discovered. You have to go around it on foot, to the source without forgetting the convent.

Good hotel, quiet, parking. Good table, very good value for money

We have stayed several times in the past. The big attraction is the excellent restaurant. After a five hour drive knowing that there is a welcome beer and fantastic food makes the journey worthwhile.

Small spacious hotel room and from the first steps in the room you are surprised by the sound of discontinuous gurgling in the radiator plumbing. The room located in the old part of the establishment (high above the Bar) has a bathroom in poor condition (sink and drain not properly fixed, significant mold on the ceiling, presence of tufts of hair coming out of the shower drain.
