Despite apparently having only 4 staying guests and 2-3 others the hotel provided a full menu dinner.
The location is superb, overlooking the river valley and the escarpment beyond. All rooms appear to have this outlook.
With only two rooms booked the hotel reception was not staffed when we arrived about 16:00. However a telephone number was shown and using this we were advised our room number and could clooect the keys.
We were somewhat nervous about this hotel because of poor reviews on booking.com. We felt these were entirely undeserved and were very pleased to have booked (directly) despite them.
A very efficiently run operation.
No one at reception. Room with cobwebs and spiders that I removed upon arrival. The toilet seat doesn't stay upright. (For a man, this isn't very practical). There's no holder for the shower head. It's not easy to take a shower with the shower head in your hand. We were strongly advised to eat in the evening. This hotel doesn't deserve a 3-star rating.

Perfect welcome and food. The room was clean and comfortable. However, the bathroom could do with a modern makeover.
Service was very poor, no one on reception, then couldn’t find our reservation. Had to wait 2 hours from ordering food to receiving first dish.
Quiet hotel with a beautiful view. The room is small but clean, there is no air conditioning but a mini bar would be welcome. It is quite frowned upon not to have dinner at the hotel, but they make up for it with the price of drinks at the bar. You must make all payments in the evening before returning to your room, I have rarely seen this in other hotels, trust does not reign, especially since they have our credit card number.
We were lucky enough to stay in a hotel where the charming staff were very attentive. The room was clean and comfortable with a balcony and a very pleasant view of the river. The breakfast is very good. But the best thing about this hotel is the food. Everything is delicious with perfect value for money. We will gladly come back.
Hotel with a very nice location, magnificent view! The room is quite adequate even if it is in its original state, quality bedding as well as the towels. On the other hand, a cold, aggressive welcome, inappropriate remarks from the manager. Customer relations need to be improved!

Well-located and well-maintained hotel. Friendly and welcoming staff. The restaurant is high-quality with a beautiful panoramic view as a bonus. The room is unpretentious but clean. Nothing to complain about, except that we will return the next time we are in the area.
Very warm welcome, spacious room, very comfortable bed, quiet, no noise (which is rare). Only slight downside: access to the shower is narrow (room 14)
Very nice hotel in a pretty village, we booked it the day before and arrived at the end of the day, very warm welcome, family suite with a very beautiful view of the valley and the Loue gorges, clean room with 2 bedrooms, a double bed and 2 separate beds, 2 toilets, a bathroom with 2 sinks and a bathroom with shower. Very good hotel restaurant with also a magnificent view of the region, we had the menu in the evening composed of regional products. Very good breakfast also with local and homemade products. The staff is super friendly. If you are looking for somewhere to sleep and eat in the region do not hesitate!

On arrival, late in the afternoon, we were told the restaurant was closed. Also no breakfast was available the next morning. The resevation for the hotel and restaurant was made 3 weeks before! We will never come back. Also, can a reservation made via Logis be trusted?

The +: the unique view from both the rooms and the restaurant as well as the excellent welcome with upgrade to a suite. Good bedding. Very good restaurant. The -: non-soundproof room (you can hear the neighbor's TV!) / the price of breakfast at €15 is a bit excessive despite an excellent pepper sausage! / No courtesy tray which is basic for a 3* hotel

Despite asking for confirmation that the restaurant would be open via a note on the hotel room booking application. When we got there the hotel was all locked up, so we rang the number of the door and were informed that the restaurant was closed that night and were strongly encouraged not to stay the night. Therefore we had no choice but to go elsewhere and cancel the booking. Customer service was appalling.

The price charged was different from the booking on the Logis website: €111 with a Schweppes instead of €98 when booking. It is stipulated that you must notify the day before for breakfast before 8:00 a.m., which I did, but there was also another guest. But no one there at 7:15 a.m. Coffee was taken directly from the machine in the breakfast area, with only the phone's flashlight providing light.
