In the restaurant of the Hôtel la Benoite in Salles Arbuissonnas in Beaujolais, our chef offers you a homemade local cuisine with a few specialities and produce using local supply chains as much as possible. Open 24/7 from April to October, for lunch and dinner. In winter, closes on Sunday evening, Monday all day, Tuesday evening and Wednesday evening (except groups).

Accueil à 20h 50 be méritant pas la classification Logis ..pas de repas chaud.plateau repas de quelques branchettes de charcuterie crue sans beurre. 1 peu de fromage perdu sur 1 assiette 1 misérable pana cotta en dessert. Le pti déj que du pain..confiture achetée....en effet j etais le seul hôte. Ce soir là..es ce que le travail était trop demandé.il aurait mieux ete de dire nous sommes fermé que accueillir dans de telles conditions.

La Benoîte, 2 Nous avions réservé pour les nuits de samedi 3 et dimanche 4/11. Nous sommes passés à La Benoîte vers 18h pour laisser nos bagages. Une employée nous donne la clef de la chambre avec le code de la porte sur la rue pour notre retour dans la nuit. Nous revenons vers 1h40. Le code est inopérant malgré plusieurs tentatives. Une voisine vient à notre secours sans plus de succès. Nous appelons le n° fixe affiché pour les situations d’urgence, plusieurs appels, aucune réponse. Il pleut. Nous appelons Booking. Un employé très serviable mais seulement anglophone essaie à son tour , de l’extérieur, sous la pluie, nous entendons les sonneries sans réponse. L’employé de Booking cherche un autre hébergement dans la région. Il est plus de 2h30. Nous remercions la voisine et nous rendons à Blacé, où elle nous dit que le propriétaire (?) possède un autre établissement . Nous appelons au n° affiché sur le portail , plusieurs essais, aucune réponse. L’opérateur de Booking nous rappelle , il n’a rien trouvé. Il est 2h50, il pleut toujours. Nous nous résignons à aller réveiller des connaissances de la région, et finissons la nuit sur un canapé. Dimanche matin vers 10h nous revenons à la Benoîte pour récupérer nos bagages et résilier la réservation de la nuit suivante. Explication «franche» avec l’employé présent, innocent et navré, paravent de son patron absent. De retour chez nous aujourd’hui, nous trouvons des messages de Booking concernant cette aventure, mais pas un mot du «patron» qui aurait dû répondre à nos appels et qui connaît notre n° de téléphone.
