Restaurant la Bastide de Cabezac

We had a good sized and clean room and a comfortable bed. A welcoming couple were helpful and the chef created an excellent dinner. No buffet breakfast was a delight. How Logis used to be many years’’ ago.

A great place for a stopover on your way through. Ample parking. Pleasant surroundings, but not easily walkable. Breakfast options are limited, and dinner is on the pricey side.

Professional and very helpful staff... Restaurant is OK but nothing exceptional, bland risotto, average veal... Cheap breakfast but the quality is not there, spend 15€ and get real freshly squeezed orange juice, real homemade cakes, eggs or omelettes... Hotel room and decor a bit old-fashioned, 130€ a night in the depths of the Minervois... there is no sea view...!!! The level needs to be raised to justify the price overall... really nothing to say about the service... if that's the case, it needs to be cloned...😉

Very good value for money, you'd think you were back 20 years ago for the decor, the service, the kindness and what's more the restaurant is great....

Very friendly welcome by the hosts, give good information. Rooms a bit disappointing, only one socket in the room, none in the bathroom.
Fridge in both rooms not working. As breakfast is only served quite late it would be advised to provide coffee or tea in the room as amenities

After reading all the reviews before booking, I was eager to go to this LOGIS. Nothing to say about the welcome, it's very good. The floor of the room needs to be reviewed in terms of washing. My feet were all black and dirty when I got into the bathtub... The meal disappointed me a lot: - average starter (tuna tartare): it lacks seasoning. The tuna itself is okay. (scallop skewer: 1 decent scallop out of the 4 offered. It's too few. The others were small and frankly without taste or interest. The list of desserts offered did not thrill me either. I waited in vain for the digestif included in the meal... I've come to terms with it. I could have complained, but I also believe that given the price paid, the service must be at least at the minimum of what one can expect from a standard. Decent breakfast. The cheeses at breakfast need to be completely reviewed... Fresh bread would be good too (a little hard). Given the price paid, it's far too expensive.

Super pretty, quaint, and quiet hotel. Carefully decorated and with a pleasant atmosphere. The rooms are pretty, and the staff is pleasant and friendly. The bedding is okay. The only downside is the very weak Wi-Fi.

A wonderful discovery! This was my first visit to La Bastide Cabezac, and I was pleasantly surprised from the moment I arrived. Arriving in the parking lot, the beautiful building and the view of the castle in the background immediately set the tone. The welcome was perfect: smiling, warm, and very professional staff. You immediately felt welcome. The room was spacious, clean, with impeccable bedding—no complaints, truly comfortable. The restaurant is simply fabulous! Delicious, generous, and refined cuisine, served on the terrace by the pool… A real pleasure. The breakfast is just like the restaurant: excellent, varied, and high-quality. A wonderful discovery that I recommend without hesitation. See you soon!

A short stay in Aude at this very pleasant establishment. From the welcome to the room to the meals. A beautiful place. To be repeated.

Friendly and welcoming staff. Hotel with ample parking. Pleasant room (pool side) with authentic decor from an old country house. Breakfast with personalized order the day before (wide selection) for table service. Adjustments are possible in the morning with attentive staff. Very good value for money for the excellent dinner menu.

Two remarks: poorly heated room, although I'm really not a chilly person :-) but I was cold... It would have been nice to arrive in a heated room. Another remark regarding the stopover evening: it's a shame to only offer "main course + dessert" and not "starter + main course". Otherwise, a beautiful establishment, quality products, good services overall.

I am satisfied overall with the room as well as the evening meal during the stopover. EXCEPT that I spent a sleepless night because of the neighbor in the room next door who was VERY noisy all night.

The welcome is very pleasant, the staff is charming but it is cold everywhere in the hotel and the stopover evening is not up to the price in view of the quality and quantity of the menu offered.

Very friendly welcome, beautiful establishment. The quality of the services and the comfort of the bedding are top. However, the room I occupied did not have a desk, which was not practical for working.

Everything was perfect. Great idea to order breakfast the night before which brings table service up to date and avoids waste. The restaurant menu is top notch with excellent value for money.

This is an excellent hotel!

Convenient stop en route to the Pyrenees. We dined in the restaurant and thought it really good value. We had to preorder breakfast but that was no inconvenience and in a way is good as it helps to avoid waste

Breakfast no eggs? And a bit expensive for what we have had to be honest…
Shower was very shitty, water goes everywhere on the floor

Prijs kwaliteit een aanrader. Van begin tot einde. We werden vriendelijk ontvangen. Mooie nette grote kamer. Genoten van een lekker diner en ontbijt. We waren op doortocht naar Spanje. We kwamen daar aan om 14u30 en mochten al op de kamer. Op die manier konden we de buurt op ons gemak verkennen. In de buurt een olijfbedrijf, de moeite om eens langs te gaan. Een kasteel naast het hotel. Op Enkele kilometers een pittoresk dorpje Le Somail aan Canal Midi, zeker doen! Nog een belangrijke voor ons onze Border Collie was zeker welkom. Voor ons was het dik in orde.

Nuestra experiencia fue genial, sobretodo gracias al personal que es súper amable. El hotel es muy bonito, con unas instalaciones con mucho gusto.

Eigenlijk alles, vanaf de vriendelijke ontvangst tot het einde. We hadden een mooie kamer met uitzicht op het zwembad. Het gezellige restaurant heeft een erg goede keuken met heerlijke menu-keuzes. Dit hotel is echt een aanrader, wij waren hier 4 nachten.

Nothing to say about dinner and breakfast: everything was perfect. Room side, details to improve to deserve a very good: very very noisy mini-fridge; in the bathroom, the bathtub is missing a side wall and a non-slip coating.

Perfect from start to finish

Living in a castle, very picturesque! Beautifully renovated rooms, attention is paid to sustainability. The manager and the staff are very friendly and polite. Even my dog would book again at the Chateau in a heartbeat!
