Very satisfied with our stay, both in terms of accommodation and catering.

Good but not at this price

beautiful location, lovely and attentive staff.. Remarks: 1) it's a shame there isn't a shower curtain around the bathtub..so as not to get wet everywhere I took my shower sitting down..not very practical 2) one of my black clothes fell to the floor in the wardrobe under the suitcase rest (room 36) and I picked it up full of dust 3) we are regular customers of the restaurant, we are boarders, we each had a menu (59 and 49 euros) an aperitif and a bottle of wine..I won't hide from you that the extra 1 euro 50 for whipped cream on my companion's dessert made him a bit grumble.. he argues that for such a total spent, he would have appreciated the commercial gesture of offering the extra whipped cream! Apart from these 3 very slight things we were delighted and will gladly come back! Thank you to the whole team!

Very nice location

Location on the immediate shores of Lake Geneva. No road nuisance, as it is a dead-end road. Family establishment for several generations, so necessarily more endearing than the impersonal hotels of our time. My lack of evaluation of the WiFi connection is due to the fact that I did not use it. Room billing a little high for 90 cm bedding, but on the one hand compensated by strong points in other areas, and on the other hand in high season and in a privileged location.

Very good reception and availability of the staff. Free parking available very appreciated. We find the breakfast a little expensive (15 €) even if it is of good quality. For example we would have appreciated being able to order omelettes, fresh fruits are limited and no pressed fruit juices. Comfortable room, shame that the left side of the balcony is obscured by a wall. Balcony not used unfortunately due to smokers on the neighboring balcony. Blocked sink (forgot to specify it at reception)

Very good 8-day stay, only downside no air conditioning (hard in hot weather) and very unstable wifi.

Ideally located hotel but very "old", small room with a style that needs to be refreshed (even the toilet seat yellowed by time), no air conditioning. Soundproofing needs to be reviewed. Friendly staff overall but not very concerned with details at breakfast or in the restaurant (lack of cutlery, bread, water, etc.). Restaurant: poor value for money, poorly seasoned main courses (we didn't finish them) positive point on the desserts You pay for the location

We had a very pleasant stay in this beautiful hotel, ideally located on the shores of Lake Geneva. Very welcoming staff, comfortable room with the essentials (air conditioning, kettle and nice hairdryer), comfortable bedding. Complete sweet and savory lunch. A beautiful swimming pool with sun loungers. A beautiful park and beach next to the hotel. And a very beautiful restaurant on stilts with a breathtaking view and good quality homemade dishes. Cleanliness and maintained interior and exterior spaces No false notes, thank you again!

Beautiful! Fantastic location, very friendly staff, pretty rooms, top cleanliness. Pool and outdoor area are also great. The restaurant attached to it is in the higher price range, but there is a cheaper one next door at the beach, which is also good. Supermarket and bus stop nearby.

This is the third year that we have come to the Hôtel de la Plage and we have never been disappointed. New this year, small apartments for rental, functional and tastefully decorated, including ours with a lake view, fantastic... We will come back for sure!

In the evening stopover you are not given the choice of dishes. The evening stopover menu only offers 1 starter, 1 main course and 1 dessert. You like it so much better if not for a change go to checkout. (€7 extra to take a beef steak instead of veal)

Great establishment on the shores of Lake Geneva. Pleasant staff. Quality room. Evening stopover so no menu choice (dinner and breakfast). Average dinner (weird tasting meat). Very good value for money.

Bedroom on the 2nd floor (elevator broken) under the roof without air conditioning with a broken fan in over 30 degrees! Room without decoration, with miscellaneous dilapidated furniture: a battered and stained armchair, a lampshade in poor condition and stained. A headboard with a rim that prevents sitting while watching TV. Promiscuity: and soundproofing: the room opens onto a small balcony shared by the neighboring room with windows very close to each other. You hear the conversation from the neighboring room (window open or closed. window open we are at the neighbor's house Cramped bathroom with risk of entering the bathtub. Hot water on the 1st day, cold water on the 2nd. Sadness of breakfast: l "ambience, the products offered and their presentation or access. Unacceptable value for money even with a view of the lake: 190 euros per night. We do not recommend this hotel.

We booked three rooms for the whole family. None had air conditioning during summer, two of three were not renovated. Mine had five big spiders on the ceiling. Decoration is old fashion. Reception facility very awkward. And you have to pay close to 200 euros a night or

Séjour décevant dans cet hotel qui pour moi a 1 potentiel énorme mais qui n'est pas exploité dommage, car l'emplacement au bord du lac est 1 vrai plus mais cela manque vraiment de confort que ce soit dans le mobilier de jardin, autour de la piscine , de même que dans le salon qui fait face au lac. Nous nous attendions vraiment à mieux que cela et nous n'y retournerons pas!!

Top location, staff and employees, swimming possibilities, parking, restaurant, park. Don't expect too much from the breakfast, not even from the built-up area (village, shops, restaurants), but from nature.

Hotel very well located on the shores of Lake Geneva. Very nice view from the dining room. On the other hand, very average room decor, 2 banal wooden boxes as bedside tables, not great for a 3 star! Problem with the key to the room, the neighbor opposite opened the door to our room by mistake, so it turns out it's the same lock ... we notified the management who must have seen the problem but we never got a sequel...

Direkt bei der Ankunft ein Upgrade zum Appartment erhalten ohne Aufpreis. Alles sehr sauber. Grosser privater Parkplatz mit viel Schatten. Direkt angrenzend an See und grossen Park mit alten schönen Bäumen. Essen im Restaurant war vorzüglich. Personal sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Würd ich jederzeit weiterempfehlen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Top Good Team

We spent 6 days in this nice and somehow charming hotel, with mixed up furnishing - with all different rooms in reference to space, furnishings and location. The rooms are rather too small for 2 people if you stay for some days, because in some rooms there is not enough space to put the cloths for 2 people (even for 1). Some have, others do not have a tresor. Some rooms have limited view and face a wall which was one of the 3 we had. We had 3 different rooms on the 1st floor which showed to be a good choice. There are rooms on the ground floor beside the passage to the breakfast room. Our biggest one, room Nr. 11 had a really nice lake view and morning sun. It had a modern bathroom with a pleasant shower and provides a bit more space than the other classic double rooms. Even so, I would not like to have to share this one either. And I would not rate the other 2 rooms as high as the one with lake view. Good to know, this room 11 faces the restaurant where it can be quite noisy due to guests sitting and chatting outside at night. BUT the windows are perfectly soundproof - that is why I had a good sleep despite the outside noise. In addition, the public beach is right beside the hotel which means activities until night during warm summer time. We liked the hotel pool area very much - it was clean and there were enough comfortable sun loungers, great shadow providing trees, various sitting places with small tables and the pool water was perfectly refreshing. At the pool area there was a big dog visiting us each time we were having dinner there. We were a bit fearful as we did not know how he would behave. Unfortunely we forgot to report it. Probably the owner does not know about the dogs side trips. All went good - the dog disappeared after sitting a while beside us staring at the food.
