A very enjoyable experience. Friendly, helpful personnel. A clean hotel with excellent sporting amenities, i.e. lovely swimming pool and outside lounge area, a tennis court and a covered carpark for some but good parking otherwise. A very good breakfast for the price!

Booked a lake view room. I was offered a side sea view room with a view of a wall, which of course I said no. So I had to be content with a room in the attic. The breakfast room overlooking the parking lot - simply impossible! The young lady who is responsible for breakfast could use a course in: how to treat breakfast guests courteously. During breakfast she was very noisy in the open kitchen - it's impossible! The price-performance ratio is not right here at all!

The hotel is in a privileged location right on the lake. We used it for our transit. Hotel completely ok, cleanliness of the room very good. Reception staff, semi-friendly. We ate in the restaurant because it has a panoramic view of the beautiful lake. But we didn't like it at all! In addition, the waiter (tall, thin) was extremely unfriendly, completely impolite. Another guest complained about the sun shining on his face. Stepped behind us as we were sitting by the window and without asking just pulled the curtains closed so we couldn't see the lake at all. A bottomless cheek! That waiter shouldn't work there anymore! We wouldn't go there again, and we don't recommend it either.

The Management, the staff of the hotel and that of the restaurant, offer a very warm welcome and special attention. I can congratulate them for that. On the other hand, the somewhat aged state of the room (which could not be seen in the photos) as well as the cleanliness are not there. I had booked this hotel on photos with Booking but between the photos and the reality, there is a big gap. The hotel has the merit of offering access to the lake and a magnificent view from the room. So, if cleanliness and modernity are not essential criteria for you to have a good stay, yes I can recommend this establishment.

Ich habe nicht das Zimmer erhalten, das ich gebucht habe. Es hatte kein Sofa und keinen Ankleidungsraum. Es war unter einem nicht-isolierten Dach angebracht. Sehr stickig. Der Lift war kaputt. Der Aufgang zum Zimmer führte durch einen stinkenden Gang, der eine Baustelle war. Die Matratze bereitete mir grosse Rückenschmerzen. Ich musste sogar mehr bezahlen als bei der Buchung vereinbart. Eine Unverschämtheit.

Very good experience, a new stay in this establishment will be with great pleasure. Small flat in quality price due to current developments in accommodation. Small flat in bathroom equipment because, with mid-length hair, it is not easy to wash them with a non-suspended showerhead. But this did not spoil the stay, and the immediate proximity of the lake is exceptional.

Hôtel avec un bel emplacement, face au lac Léman.
Chambre un peu petite pour une soirée étape, petit bureau peu d'espace pour travailler, dommage.
Autrement sdb et chambre propre, bonne literie.
Restauration et pdj, très bien.
Accueil et service, parfait.

Excellent séjour à l’hôtel de la plage. Prix très correct pour des chambres sur le lac. Petit déjeuner super. Ne manquez surtout pas un repas au restaurant « le radeau » attenant à l’hôtel!

Super Lage direkt am Genfersee. Ruhig, eigener Swimmingpool und schöne Aussenanlage, das Frühstück auch für Europäer aus dem Norden ausreichend :D
Das einzige Manko war das sehr kleine Zimmer, da wir auf einer längeren Reise waren lag immer irgend etwas im Weg herum,
Trotzdem sehr empfehlenswert.

Et literie très bonne...mais je vous mets au défi de vous asseoir sur une des chaises de la chambre sans passer à travers....pour le prix on est en droit de s'attendre à une chambre un peu plus grande , une nappe sur la terrasse qui ne soit pas archi...déteinte par le soleil , des chaises de terrasse autres, et il est grand temps de nourrir le bois des balcons...bref , à 150 € la chambre...un petit air de vouloir faire du haut de gamme .....sans investir....dommage

Hôtel très joli au bord du lac et réceptionniste très agréable.
En revanche très déçus du serveur du restaurant qui parlait mal aux clients, qui nous a oublié( ainsi que nos voisins de table ) pour prendre notre commande, du coup service très très long.

Personnel très chaleureux et accueillant. L'agencement de l'hôtel nous a beaucoup plus, le restaurant au bord du lac et de l'autre côté la piscine, le terrain de pétanque et le parc très agréable. À proximité d'un super u, pas négligeable. À mi chemin entre Thonon et Evian. Nous y avons passé de très bonnes vacances. Nous reviendrons 😊

Emplacement idéal personnel sympathique hôtel propre restaurant de qualité à recommander pour un long séjour comme un week-end détente. Situé les pieds dans l'eau proche d'un parc et d'une plage surveillée piscine tennis que du bonheur...

Herrliche, ruhige Lage direkt am See zwischen den beiden Badeorten Thonon und Evian am Genfer See. Großer Swimmingpool mit Liegen. Licht durchflutetes Restaurant auf dem See.
