Excellent welcome. Authentic inn, well located in Blois.

Excellent location, very friendly welcome, excellent food, pleasant room and bedding but very uncomfortable shower/WC area.

While traveling for work, I stumbled upon this haven of peace where I received a warm welcome. The Madame de Sévigné room… perfect! Spacious, with quality bedding… I highly recommend it and will definitely return.

Beautiful inn in a beautiful town. We loved it. Thierry and Laurent are excellent hosts, we couldn’t have asked for more. We had Grande Chambre 2, so we had plenty of room. The meals were wonderful, hearty French cooking. Thank you to all the people who helped to make our stay perfect. We would definitely recommend it.

Very friendly owner, spotlessly clean, good breakfast, parking either on street or in the public car park nearby, and a 10-minute walk from all the major sights in Blois. We didn't get a river view as we booked at the last minute, but having seen them the front facing rooms have a wonderful river view. It is a very atmospheric 300+ year old lodge. There is no AC, but we stayed on a day which was 26 degrees and were perfectly comfortable with the supplied fan.

The two owners are friendly and welcoming. The restaurant is very good, the breakfast is plentiful, and the basket of croissants is truly generous! The room, Mme de Sevigné, is charming.

We received a very friendly welcome. The hotel is family-run and located in a 16th-century house. The two owners have lovingly furnished it and managed to combine the charm of a venerable building with modern comforts. The hotel is very centrally located, yet it is an oasis of peace.

This small inn is full of charm, quiet and very close to the city center and the castle (5 to 10 minutes on foot). Comfortable beds, impeccable hygiene. We were able to park for free right in front. Otherwise, there is a large free parking lot on the banks of the Loire right next door. The breakfast was perfect with delicious croissants and everything you could want. As for the restaurant, it was so excellent that we had dinner there and then lunch. The dishes are generous and delicious, not to mention the desserts (exceptional chocolate fondant)! We would happily return to the same hotel!

Quiet and well-located hotel near the historic center of Blois. The room 3 we booked was really too small, prefer a larger room even if a little more expensive. Very good breakfast, very clean and quiet hotel.

We had booked 2 rooms, a triple and a double. The triple was great, large, very comfortable!! The double was a little disappointing in terms of size: Really small as was the bathroom, but neat, clean, pretty. An establishment with a lot of character. A very warm welcome. We recommend this hotel without hesitation

I really appreciate the charm of an older Hotel instead of the Standard Novotel-Ibis etc... We had a very Nice spacious thee Person room. Very pleasant owners and very clean. Walk to the City Center is Nice & short so no better Location possible. Public parking in front of hotel was free 18 of the 24 Hours but when arriving let it might be Full.

Only positive things. Excellent location. A charming establishment, unpretentious but oh so welcoming. Not to mention our host, whose kindness and friendliness many hoteliers should emulate. In short, if you're passing through Blois, don't hesitate to visit the oldest inn in the city; you won't be disappointed.

Cuina excel·lent. No us perdeu el sopar ni deixeu d'esmorzar a l'hotel. Aliments de molta qualitat, cuinats amb gran coneixement culinari que ténen com a resultat plats exquisits.

We had a great stay at the Hôtel Côté Loire Auberge Ligérienne. It is ideally located on the banks of the Loire, very quiet because it is a little set back from the road. We occupied the very spacious triple room. Excellent welcome from the owners, as was the meal served on the terrace. Everything went wonderfully well. Recommended if you want to have a nice time!

It's a hostel! Don't look for modern and great comfort, but the "old-fashioned" side has a crazy charm! The managers are kind and remain professional... So the value for money is there, we will return without hesitation.

Everything was first class apart from the bathroom.
The evening meal and breakfast was absolutely wonderful!

The hotel was everything and more than we anticipated, which included the welcome, the charming ambiance, and a dinner that was a gourmet experience. The breakfast was copious and choices were excellent. The croissants were almost worth fighting over, large with crispy exterior, soft center and surely made with good French butter. We had a child so in a larger bedroom. A fan is included for warmer evenings.
Just an observation, we were forunate that a parking space became available right outside the hotel just as we arrived, otherwise there is public parking nearby, but could be a bit interesting in high season.
Hotel is in an excellent location for walking to the Royal Chateaux, restaurants and shops etc.
We would definately stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at Hôtel Côté Loire Auberge Ligérienne. It is conveniently located right next to the river bank. There is a paid parking lot next to the hotel, but there are also several free parking spaces right outside the hotel. We had a nice spacious triple room on the second floor facing the lake. The hotel restaurant serves delicious traditional French cuisine. We highly recommend this hotel and its restaurant if you are exploring the Loire Valley region.

Ideally located for exploring the historic center of Blois, you can do everything on foot! This hotel is incredibly charming, a perfect contrast to the sanitized standardization of hotel chains, where everything is the same no matter the city. A special mention for the welcome and the advice. It has a little feel of a family guesthouse, AUTHENTIC? with an old-fashioned charm where you feel so good!

The manager was very helpful and communicative. He helped us escape the heatwave by letting us in early. We were traveling by bicycle.
Bicycle storage was perfect.
Breakfast was very good.
The restaurant (for dinner in the evening) was excellent!

I have nothing but superlatives! A warm welcome, a very nice room, an excellent dinner with staff always ready to answer questions and provide information about the region. The breakfast was also great...in short...only very good. We will come back if we pass by.

A pleasure to come for the welcome and the place

Convenient location for cyclists traveling the "La Loire à vélo" cycle path, and reasonably priced. The house and inn are steeped in centuries-old local tradition and individually run. A very personal, friendly welcome, with advice on sightseeing, and an excellent dinner in the cozy arcade. We liked the decor with its antique furniture, but it might not appeal to everyone, as did the steep staircase and the fact that the room window overlooked the wall of the neighboring house. But for us, that was part of the charm of the house.

Enjoyed our stay at the inn. The room was small, but more than made up for it with a very warm welcome and impeccable food. The breakfast was very good. We would love to come back. A highly recommended place.

Petit hôtel charmant, excellent acceuil, et parfait pour se promener au centre-ville. Petit immeuble historique très joli, tout près de la Loire et du château. La chambre était propre et calme, le lit confortable.

Notre réception très tôt, à midi, était très accueillante. Nous avons pu prendre la chambre directement.
