It was hot in the room, especially at night. It was difficult to leave the window open as it faced a busy road...
No complaints about the welcome or the staff; however, we booked a suite as a treat, but we were very disappointed. The jacuzzi was no longer working, the hammam was out of order, the room was dirty, the suite's amenities were broken, and the doors, countertops, and decor were badly damaged. We clearly expected a higher standard, and it was nowhere near what was advertised. Despite our complaint to the receptionist, no compensation was offered.
A very pleasant and well-located hotel. Quiet and with a friendly staff. One minor drawback during our stay: the parking barrier remained open day and night throughout our entire stay. It's difficult to pass in the corridors leading to the rooms when housekeeping is in progress, as the corridors are very cluttered with laundry carts, vacuum cleaners, and their electrical cords, which are dangerous for elderly and/or visually impaired people. Perhaps this needs to be reconsidered... But at the same time, it's understandable; the cleaning has to be done somehow.

Hello, I find that the center isn't updating itself enough, especially the restaurant. Its basement dining room and background music are depressing. The fact that the floors and rooms aren't air-conditioned will also be a real problem in the future.
Excellent welcome, very pleasant staff, and very comfortable beds – isn't that what matters most? In the prestige room, is it possible to have herbal teas instead of just coffee? Expanding the breakfast offerings (fruit salad, several varieties of bread, etc.) would be fantastic. Despite the heat and the lack of air conditioning, we slept well!
No amenities, that was a surprise. No kettle, no coffee...
Plus the wifi is insecure, that's annoying, It blocks a lot of apps on performant phones and laptops.
I don't think I'll go back there.

The "Prestige" room was a misnomer: I reported upon arrival that the shower drain was clogged. I was told the problem would be fixed that day, so I politely declined their offer to change rooms. I shouldn't have, as nothing was done during my stay despite repeated requests. Also worth noting is that the Wi-Fi is unusable (overloaded) from early evening onwards.
Disappointed by the reception. I requested a room facing the parking lot, but they told me my reservation didn't correspond to that side and didn't offer me another room or tell me if the hotel was full. There was no air conditioning in any of the rooms.
Overall, a good stay, comfortable room. However, the shower drains were blocked, so not very pleasant.
A very good hotel, however, we booked two privilege rooms and they weren't the same size; they weren't comparable in terms of space, which is understandable. Furthermore, it would be interesting, even very useful, to install air conditioning in the rooms (at least in the "superior" ones). There's no satellite TV either, which is a shame, and the Wi-Fi doesn't work, but overall, a good stay. The breakfasts are decent but nothing exceptional.

Excellent stay!
A major issue to address is the emergency room access procedure in the middle of the night. A staff member opened my room door at 2:45 AM without knocking (so as not to wake me). Accompanied by her wife, she was looking for the husband of the woman (who has cognitive difficulties) who might have entered my room. While her actions were legitimate and I understand her, the method was completely inappropriate. It took me a good hour to calm down (and I only found out the reason the next day). My chest felt tight, and I even considered calling emergency services... You really need to formalize a procedure and share it with all the staff. Otherwise, the hotel and staff were excellent, no complaints there. Except for this clumsy incident.
The room was very clean, the staff very kind and welcoming, I was very satisfied.
We had a very good stay; the hotel was comfortable with a spacious room, private parking, and the staff were very professional and friendly. One small drawback: the restaurant was closed on the evenings we were there.

A welcoming and easily accessible hotel. The rooms are spacious. The staff at reception and in the restaurant are excellent.
The "privilege" room was clean, the bedding impeccable, but the bathroom was cramped with a very basic shower cubicle. The coffee machine used plastic cups; I prefer real mugs. There was no bottle of water as advertised, and no reading light on either side of the bed, but a large LED strip above it, which is annoying if one person wants to read and the other sleep. A few small things that would make this room truly "privilege" are missing.
I highly recommend this hotel.

The rooms are spacious and elegant. The reception staff are pleasant. The downsides: the sauna was out of order, so access was impossible even though it's included free of charge in the room price. The jacuzzi, which is an extra charge, wasn't working properly either, which was a shame. We would have appreciated some kind of compensation.

It's always too hot in these rooms (or the bedding), a fan isn't enough. Otherwise, it's always a pleasant experience, with welcoming staff and clean common areas. We appreciate the parking, although it's sometimes too small. It's a shame not to have a small bag of tea or instant coffee (which is usually provided free of charge in ALL hotels). The restaurant is very good, the lounge bar is accessible, and the free sauna/hammam (with reservation) is a real plus that makes up for the lack of tea in the room :)

The two buses full of kids were a bit of a nuisance, but we understand the importance of filling the quiet weekends, being a Logis hotelier myself. Breakfast is a little complicated, but apart from that, it's a great hotel.
Nice hotel, lovely decor, well-equipped gym, full breakfast, very comfortable bed. I was cold the first night, which is normal since it's May and the heating is off. I mentioned it to reception and they were very responsive and provided a portable heater which did the job. The only downside was that the sauna was out of order, and that's a feature that made me choose the hotel, so its unavailability was a real shame.

Le côté détente : Les 30 min de hammam/sauna inclus dans la réservation sont un vrai plus. L'hôtel propose aussi un accès jacuzzi en supplément (25 € pour 40 min), ce qui est une option sympa pour compléter l'expérience.
La flexibilité : Réception 24h/24 avec des horaires très confortables (arrivée dès 14h, départ jusqu'à midi).
L'accessibilité : Le parking gratuit est très pratique. L'hôtel est idéalement situé pour rejoindre le centre-ville ou la Brest Arena rapidement en voiture.
Nous n'avons pas testé le petit-déjeuner ni la salle de sport, mais l'ensemble des services (dont un restaurant sur place) semble de qualité. Pour le tarif payé lors de notre séjour, le rapport qualité-prix est tout simplement imbattable. Une adresse que je recommande vivement !
Very well located. The snacks and the small lounge allow you to spend a pleasant evening in front of a virtual fireplace.
Breakfast wasn't up to the standard of this accommodation. Perhaps because it was the weekend. It was a continental breakfast, but without any local specialties. The quality was acceptable, but there was a lack of restocking during service: pastries, scrambled eggs, and hard-boiled eggs were only available on Tuesdays, and none on Sundays or Mondays. The rooms are quiet, functional, and clean. Parking is readily available on weekends. The reception staff are professional. I wasn't able to try the restaurant or bar as they are only open Mondays and Thursdays for business travelers. A few drinks and snacks are available at reception. It's well-located for public transport, with tram and bus D providing easy access to the city center.
I have enjoyed this hotel for years, but I am very disappointed by the removal of sports channels (Canal+, Eurosport…) in the rooms, which was one of my main criteria for choosing this hotel.

The hotel is very well located with easily accessible parking. The room was a bit dated, lacking electrical and USB outlets. Both the room and bathroom could use updating.

This type of station is generally installed and managed by companies specializing in this type of service. Furthermore, their installation could lead to the use of the stations by vehicles belonging to people who are not hotel guests, which we wish to avoid in order to guarantee availability for our guests.
That being said, we have taken note of your comment and we are considering upgrading our current facilities to 30 kW charging stations, which will optimize charging while remaining suitable for our customers' needs.

It had been a long time since I'd had such a great customer experience. Right from the booking stage, things looked promising because, by booking directly, I was able to reserve a charging point for the night (which isn't always the case). I had booked a single room and ended up picking up my son upon returning to the hotel around midnight, and they moved us to a twin room free of charge (except for the tourist tax, of course). Waking up with a splitting headache, I asked the receptionist if she had an aspirin. She told me the hotel didn't (due to regulations), but she took one out of her bag for me. In short, with a great night's sleep and a good breakfast, it was a perfect stay.

I chose this hotel for my stay because it was just a 20-minute walk from the main campus of the University of Western Brittany (UBO) where I had some meetings. The breakfast was surorisingly rich and varied. The hotel is spacious and well equipped. There is a metro being constructed in Brest so some roads around the hotel were temporarily closed. My room (107) was spacious, clean and contained complimentary tea/coffee service. I did however have a broken bulb and a very spotty internet/WiFi connection - so much so that I could not use my laptop. The bath/shower had no curtain; so quite a challenge to wash properly without making a mess on the floor!

The bed is a bit small. A 140 cm bed in a hotel today is below the hotel's standard in my opinion. The breakfast at 14€, even if it is very generous, also seems excessive to me. So we didn't take it because it is almost a quarter of the price of the room. Access to the hotel was complicated because of the roadworks but this is not the fault of the hotel.

My stay was ruined by the completely unprofessional and disrespectful behavior of the front desk staff. My pre-booked sauna/hammam time was mismanaged, causing a 25-minute delay. Just minutes into my session, an alarm was sounded for no reason, forcing me to cut my time short.
When I went to the reception to ask why, the employee rudely admitted that her colleague had set off the alarm despite being told not to. This is not the level of service you expect at a 3-star hotel. Save yourself the trouble and book somewhere else.

Charming hotel, reception open 24/7 with the possibility of dining at any time of the day or night. Incredible restaurant, a menu with starter, main course and dessert for €30 or just main course and dessert for €23, given the quality of the products, the price is very reasonable. Very good hotel, room with very practical kitchenette. Spacious room and bathroom. I appreciated the included 30-minute access to the sauna and hammam. The bedding is very good. No air conditioning, personally that doesn't bother me. There is a fan. The only downside is the room on the ground floor where you can't open the blinds too much at night to cool down because it looks directly onto the street. Otherwise, everything was very good. The welcome, the bedding, the room. We were even able to leave our motorcycle helmets on the day of departure while we made a final visit.

I had not been warned that there was work going on right in front of my room. Having no air conditioning, and it was very hot in the room, they had put an old fan that was broken (the head did not hold and blew down.) In addition it made a lot of noise, so I had to open the window. The surprise in the morning, woken up by the backhoe dumping the pieces of road into a truck! I think they could have found a room at the back of the building, I don't think the hotel was full

Room on the ground floor overlooking construction work: impossible to open the window (noise, risk of seeing someone enter, passers-by who see directly into the room ....) and when it is hot, especially in the absence of air conditioning, it is really not pleasant. Very small and not very pleasant bathroom. Breakfast: very noisy common room, without window. The large common tables are not particularly appreciated. The quality of the products is quite average.

Unfortunately our room was on the same level as the passing road and there was a traffic light. People would stare into our room as they were waiting for the treffic light to turn green. Also there are currently road works in progress. It is quite noisy.

I booked a room with a large bed and ended up with a small bed. I'm 1m83 tall and my feet were dangling all night. A very difficult and uncomfortable night. However, the room was clean. The hotel's parking lot is not locked after 9 p.m. No greeting from the person who manages breakfast. A lamp in the room doesn't work. The receptionist wanted me to pay for my stay even though I had already booked it online. I had to wait 10 minutes for the receptionist to return my room card, but there was no one at the reception desk.

We come to this hotel as a family twice a year and are very satisfied. The free, closed parking is a big plus....the well-decorated dining room...; beautiful hotel, however the shower is very cracked; (watch out for leaks!) there is no longer a small bottle of water in the room... When I booked my stay (via Egencia), I had requested a quiet room. Located 5 meters from the street, it wasn't very quiet, and a rolling noise (like a washing machine) was constantly audible. My primary expectation in a hotel is quiet; this is more important than automatic room assignment.

Very good reception. Well soundproofed rooms and very good bedding. In the evening stopover, disappointed by the catering, far from the standards of a Logis hotel. Far from home cooking. Limited choice of breakfast. No jam, nor scrambled eggs and bacon. Mixed experience.

Great stay, very comfortable, quiet and pleasant. Only one small hiccup, the reception was very expeditious... They even explained to us the breakfast times, the closing times of the doors, what to do if we come back late at night, etc... Too bad the arrival at the hotel was botched

We enjoyed our short stay at the Logis Hôtel Center. The free parking is secure at night. The hotel decor is modern and chic. The room is spacious, the bedding is good quality, it had a small balcony, and a roller shutter, a big plus in our eyes! Although we did not take advantage of it, the hotel has a sauna, hammam and jacuzzi. The breakfast was plentiful and varied.

Very expensive breakfast for what you are offered.
Still an excellent stay and an impeccable welcome. But a few points to improve if possible: -There is no more bottle of water in the room. -At the buffet, it is not easy to fill the hot water in the teapot. - a wider choice of dishes for dinner in the room would be a plus... - a wifi connection (impossible last night when it usually works...).

Having booked 2 rooms almost a month before my arrival, it was very unpleasant to learn at check-in that the 2 rooms were 4 floors apart. Practical when traveling as a family (2 adults and 3 children). After thinking about it, we decided to take only the triple room, the children could sleep at the grandparents'. We were made to pay for the room straight away, we were given the key, but here again another disappointment: the room we were filmed in had not been made! Unmade bed, full trash cans! At 8:15 p.m., the cup was full! And when I learned that they could not reimburse me, I thought that this hotel was on the verge of a scam! The clientele targeted by this hotel was clearly refugees and returnees. None of the people we met in the entrance hall spoke French. Hotel to avoid from now on.

I am disappointed by this stay with first of all, impossible access to wifi on 2 different computers (limited wifi and dns problem) At the restaurant, they take my order and after 35 minutes of waiting and following my request on the deadline, I am told that the menu has not been taken into account. I have to reorder with the main course which is no longer available and that I have to change knowing that I arrived at the restaurant at 7:10 p.m. while taking my shower, problem of temperature which is not regulated with the water which goes from hot to cold. Finally, 20 minutes of waiting for the check out because the person is alone at the reception. I ask if it is possible to make a reservation for next Thursday. I am told that there are too many people and that I have to call back. LUNAR !!!!

Good hotel. Very spacious room. Toilet area with separate toilet: very good. All clean. Small downside for breakfast, it's still better to squeeze oranges than lemons!! They weren't all the rage, super acidic while a squeezed orange juice in the morning has fans.

I would say that in terms of bedding, sleeping on a mattress wrapped in plastic was not great, we were very hot, otherwise the hotel was nice and the receptionists very pleasant.
