Bon rapport qualité - prix en famille :
- point positif : accueil, très bon restaurant (su s'adapter à nos demandes), passer une bonne nuit
- point négatif : petit déjeuner très décevant poir le tarif (charcuterie moyenne), j'aurai voulu des oeufs brouillés, du lard...., j'aurai aimé la précision que l'espace spa est dans un autre bâtiment, néanmoins serviettes comprises, un peu de renouvellement dans la décoration des chambres, salle de restauration serait bien (changement de peinture, de moquette, prévoir 2 cabines pour ce changer au spa...)
Everything could have been perfect if I hadn't been woken up by the cleaning crew entering the room while I was sleeping. I could have put him back to sleep if the cleaning crew had been even slightly more discreet.
Auberge Ramstein is a fantastic base for exploring Alsace. In the evening, you're rewarded for your sightseeing efforts with first-class cuisine and very friendly, attentive service. We'd love to come back! Many thanks to the whole team!

The "Soirée Etape" (overnight stay package) was a joke! Beautiful hotel, lovely room with a terrace—that's the positive. But the "Soirée Etape" was a complete farce. The only option offered was a local cheese board and a bit of charcuterie. They might as well not have offered any other food service at all.
Inn ideally located in Alsace, quiet yet very close to tourist attractions. The chef's cuisine is a real pleasure, balanced with natural and local products. The dishes are tasty and vary every day. The service is dynamic and smiling.

Very well located hotel, comfortable room. Good quality breakfast with a good selection for the savory and sweet buffet. Excellent dinner, refined and tasty cuisine. Impeccable service. Swimming pool and whirlpool bath are a great place to relax after a beautiful day of walking in the surrounding area.

Very friendly staff, comfortable room, and a comprehensive breakfast. Despite my late arrival, they prepared a very generous meal tray for me. I highly recommend it.
It should be noted that you have to enter the key codes very slowly, otherwise the door won't open. The room was very nice and clean, but the TV's channel list was incorrect.
