This is our third visit to the Auberge du Poids Public in Saint-Félix Lauragais. Nous avons de new été ravis. The service is impeccable. The cuisine is excellent and a sommelier nous accompaniment in the selection of wines. The plus, the view on the paysage is magnifique. The tranquility of the lieu nous apporté a sentiment de bien-être. Nous and returns with pleasure.

Superb address, gourmet stopover. Very pleasant, warm, attentive and professional welcome, which is rare these days. Our room was spacious and comfortable, well decorated with good bedding, we were upgraded to the suite with a magnificent view. In the hallway there is a well-stocked welcome tray with coffee, tea, cookies, bottled water and it is discreet. Hotel is very well maintained and quiet with a breathtaking and relaxing view. The restaurant welcomes us in a pretty room with a cozy atmosphere overlooking the valley, the tables are well set and comfortable. The refined, creative menus live up to the expectations of fine gourmets. From appetizers to desserts and more, a delight for the taste buds. Great attention to the customer by all the staff, impeccable service of great professionalism. A traditional establishment with a family spirit that has become rare today. We will return with great pleasure to this establishment.

Very friendly welcome, both when we arrived at the hotel last night and this morning for our breakfast at the bar. We had a little trouble parking because the hostel next to the hotel is very popular. There is therefore no private parking for hotel guests. The bedding was decent, the radiator heating had been turned on, which was very welcome. But there is also air conditioning. The bathroom, in particular, the sink seemed a little old, but everything was very clean. A positive point, a space upstairs at the level of the rooms which allows us to have fresh water, tea, herbal tea and coffee.

The auberge was recommended to me by a friend and was absolutely delightful. My room was spacious, well furnished and impeccable and the staff were all charming. I had dinner in the hotel and really enjoyed the restaurant (they had just received a load of fresh local mushrooms and had a number of off-menu specials). The nearby village is worth a visit too.

We were cycling on the road, a concept that is growing; a bonus would be an independent bike storage room. Saint Félix is located on a cycle route, an important argument for cyclists is the secure storage of bikes and their equipment.

We stayed here for 6 nights while helping friends with their daughters wedding, that was just down the rd from the Auberge. The staff were very accommodating and helpful. We only had one meal in the hotel with friends and it was very good. Though the ‘whole’ lobster that was sold to us as a main course … was infect a very small tail! A bit naughty really…

We had booked the annex apartment in the garage and the suite for 3 people. The only reservation I have is that the annex apartment has 2 rooms of very unequal comfort. One of the two rooms is small, dark and without a view. This means that the price equivalent to the suite in the hostel does not seem justified to me. My comments only concern this apartment. My friends who occupied the suite are very satisfied.

Quality of welcome, very well soundproofed accommodation, first-rate food and therefore exceptional breakfast. The establishment is worth the detour.

We stayed for our Wedding Anniversary and it was fantastic. Right from the first moment. The receptionist was really lovely and welcoming as was the young lady who worked through the night. The hotel is very well located to enjoy the charming village of St Félix Lauragais, especially since we were treated to the street music festival. Very good atmosphere but less easy to park. I really liked the welcome and the room. However, I had problems connecting to the Wi-Fi, as 4G didn't work. When the problem was resolved, the speed was slow. Unfortunately, I had a large file to download. For the overnight stay, I would have liked more choice. The meal was not in line with the hotel's reputation. I will still return.

We were greeted warmly on arrival and informed our room had been upgraded at no charge. This room was exceptional! We ate in the restaurant in the evening and had a delicious meal with impeccable service. Not cheap but it IS Michelin star.

I took the option of a stopover with a meal, there are a few very small drawbacks: It is announced that a pitcher of wine is included when booking, it is in fact a (small) glass of wine. I was not offered an aperitif, I had to ask for it, nor how I wanted my beef cooked. I suppose that the service is a little less attentive for a stopover meal, but everything was very good, quality, and the service is great apart from that. On the hotel side, you can hear the noise of the pipes (especially early in the morning), which must be due to an aging building, but it doesn't show, the decor is great, and the hot drinks area is a real plus. In addition, I was upgraded to a comfort room! The breakfast with a view was perfect. In short, I recommend it!

We had booked the hotel suite which is very well appointed and comfortable. Unfortunately we were unable to enjoy the magnificent terrace as the door was blocked. The management tried in vain to remedy this shortcoming and made a commercial gesture that we appreciated. The New Year's Eve dinner was incredible and the staff always so efficient and attentive.

It was a gift with a cassoulet tasting menu, cocktail and overnight stay on site. I regret that at the time of the aperitif the waiter did not advise us to take the cocktail included in the package! So we had an extra charge for the glass of champagne. The only false note otherwise everything was succulent and the staff very friendly and above all professional. The hotel very pleasant. And another good note for the breakfast with a very pleasant waiter!

Hello, comfortable hotel, and very well kept. However, offering a calf's head as a main course in the evening seems very risky to me. Otherwise, nothing to complain about.

Everything was very good, we would come back. Room ready from noon instead of 3 p.m., pleasant welcome, nice meal with good products, all on the terrace with beautiful weather. Perfect.

Just one "nuanced" remark: it is surprising that all the rooms are on the first floor, not served by a lift but by a rather steep staircase, with a swing door at the top of the flight of stairs, which makes access to the landing difficult.

After a very satisfactory stay 2 years ago, service downgraded. Sluggish air conditioning, neon lights giving up the ghost, pieces of meat crumbled and difficult to identify in the cassoulet which tasted very good.

We arrived very late around 11:00 p.m. The person waiting for us welcomed us with courtesy and kindness. The room was very well appointed and tasteful. The breakfast is plentiful, and our server was charming. In short, the establishment is to be recommended and we will come back.

Catherine and I had a very good stay, as part of a gift package. I really enjoyed the cassoulet, accompanied by a food and wine pairing. The afternoon was devoted to an 8 km hike (on the hillsides around Saint-Félix-Lauragais). And the next morning (Saturday) we took advantage of the Revel market. P.-S. I didn't comment on the WiFi connection as we didn't use it

After a first experience having dinner one evening we made a little detour after returning from vacation to go back! The rooms are very comfortable with an exceptional view of the countryside. The breakfast is great with quality products. The dinner lived up to our first experience!

Room 4, at the entrance, the room seems beautiful, then big disappointment, The view blocked by a 3 m high wall 1.50 m from the French door. the radiators are hidden by the curtains were discovered in the morning which unpleasantly reduced the heat of the room., please warn customers before offering this room

We were looking for a stopover near Castelnaudary and the Michelin guide and the Auberge du Weight Public in Saint Félix de Lauragais were suggested. Anne greets us very kindly on the phone and despite being 1h30 late than the planned time, we are awaited with great care. The dinner prepared by Céline Taffarello and her brigade (foie gras, milk-fed veal, exotic dessert for one and gourmet salad, Cassoulet, tarte tatin Revisited) was a treat and the wine... a Cabardès. The room is beautiful and the service attentive. The room was very nice of course. A stop not to be missed!
