Everything was perfect: the welcome, the room, the meal... The staff are very professional, attentive, and friendly. We highly recommend this hotel.
Excellent overnight package, with the restaurant being a major highlight. Areas for improvement: the breakfast buffet should be fully set up by 7:00 am and not 7:15 am (bread, fruit salad, coffee machine not emptied), which isn't always the case. Arriving at 7:00 am, I usually find that everything isn't ready.
The rooms were very comfortable and beautifully decorated. The only slight drawback was the limited menu for the evening meal, but the freshness and quality of the ingredients were excellent. What was offered to me was perfectly fine.

Everything is very good.... The only downside: Difficulty parking and as a regular visitor, the breakfast could sometimes offer different things (salmon, special bread, scrambled eggs...).

Very good overall. One comment: from my room #8, I can quite clearly hear a sliding door opening and closing, probably used for restaurant service as it happens very frequently. It's rather uncomfortable. Fortunately, it stops around 11 pm. But you have to wait until 11 pm. A shame.

This is our third visit to the Auberge du Poids Public in Saint-Félix Lauragais. Nous avons de new été ravis. The service is impeccable. The cuisine is excellent and a sommelier nous accompaniment in the selection of wines. The plus, the view on the paysage is magnifique. The tranquility of the lieu nous apporté a sentiment de bien-être. Nous and returns with pleasure.
Superb address, gourmet stopover. Very pleasant, warm, attentive and professional welcome, which is rare these days. Our room was spacious and comfortable, well decorated with good bedding, we were upgraded to the suite with a magnificent view. In the hallway there is a well-stocked welcome tray with coffee, tea, cookies, bottled water and it is discreet. Hotel is very well maintained and quiet with a breathtaking and relaxing view. The restaurant welcomes us in a pretty room with a cozy atmosphere overlooking the valley, the tables are well set and comfortable. The refined, creative menus live up to the expectations of fine gourmets. From appetizers to desserts and more, a delight for the taste buds. Great attention to the customer by all the staff, impeccable service of great professionalism. A traditional establishment with a family spirit that has become rare today. We will return with great pleasure to this establishment.
Very friendly welcome, both when we arrived at the hotel last night and this morning for our breakfast at the bar. We had a little trouble parking because the hostel next to the hotel is very popular. There is therefore no private parking for hotel guests. The bedding was decent, the radiator heating had been turned on, which was very welcome. But there is also air conditioning. The bathroom, in particular, the sink seemed a little old, but everything was very clean. A positive point, a space upstairs at the level of the rooms which allows us to have fresh water, tea, herbal tea and coffee.

The auberge was recommended to me by a friend and was absolutely delightful. My room was spacious, well furnished and impeccable and the staff were all charming. I had dinner in the hotel and really enjoyed the restaurant (they had just received a load of fresh local mushrooms and had a number of off-menu specials). The nearby village is worth a visit too.

We were cycling on the road, a concept that is growing; a bonus would be an independent bike storage room. Saint Félix is located on a cycle route, an important argument for cyclists is the secure storage of bikes and their equipment.

We stayed here for 6 nights while helping friends with their daughters wedding, that was just down the rd from the Auberge. The staff were very accommodating and helpful. We only had one meal in the hotel with friends and it was very good. Though the ‘whole’ lobster that was sold to us as a main course … was infect a very small tail! A bit naughty really…

We had booked the annex apartment in the garage and the suite for 3 people. The only reservation I have is that the annex apartment has 2 rooms of very unequal comfort. One of the two rooms is small, dark and without a view. This means that the price equivalent to the suite in the hostel does not seem justified to me. My comments only concern this apartment. My friends who occupied the suite are very satisfied.
Quality of welcome, very well soundproofed accommodation, first-rate food and therefore exceptional breakfast. The establishment is worth the detour.

An enchanting interlude in our journey. Everything was great: the welcome was professional, helpful, and yet discreet. The room was tastefully decorated, with very comfortable bedding, an impeccable shower, and the best for last... the restaurant! We stayed for our Wedding Anniversary and it was fantastic. Right from the first moment. The receptionist was really lovely and welcoming as was the young lady who worked through the night. The waiting staff were just as good and they made a special effort for our Anniversary meal in the restaurant. It created great memories for my wife and I. Thank you very much.
