We booked our stay through a gift box which included one night with spa access, two glasses of sparkling wine, and a buffet breakfast. We arrived at 7 pm to find an envelope containing our room key. The room was small but clean, as was the bathroom. The shower door opened inwards, forcing us to press ourselves against the wall to close it – not very practical. The shower head holder was broken, the grout was blackened, and the shower light was flickering. There was a hair on the bathroom radiator... not very hygienic. Breakfast left much to be desired; the bread wasn't fresh, and the rolls were cut in half. This isn't what I expected from a 3-star hotel.
