The spa area is outdated, some equipment is no longer working. The staff behaved appallingly towards the young man who was present in the dining room during breakfast.
Very professional and friendly staff, extremely quiet and relaxing hotel. The spa was very clean and pleasant. A great find!

Very nice hotel, perfect welcome, friendly, available and attentive staff.
We booked our stay through a gift box which included one night with spa access, two glasses of sparkling wine, and a buffet breakfast. We arrived at 7 pm to find an envelope containing our room key. The room was small but clean, as was the bathroom. The shower door opened inwards, forcing us to press ourselves against the wall to close it – not very practical. The shower head holder was broken, the grout was blackened, and the shower light was flickering. There was a hair on the bathroom radiator... not very hygienic. Breakfast left much to be desired; the bread wasn't fresh, and the rolls were cut in half. This isn't what I expected from a 3-star hotel. It's a shame because the exterior is very pretty and typically Alsatian.

In an attic room with stained carpet and a view of the interior courtyard. It's okay for one night; maybe that's how it is when you book with a smartbox. The restaurant is a 20/20; the dishes are worthy of a gourmet restaurant. The welcome and staff are friendly.
The hotel is located in a small town not far from the A4 motorway. It is in a quiet location and offers excellent comfort and excellent cuisine. A lovely courtyard for outdoor seating in the summer. Very friendly service.
One-night stay, without breakfast. Very warm welcome. We stayed in the "historic" building; it was quiet. Spacious room and bathroom. We enjoyed spending the afternoon in the wellness area, which was very pleasant. We will be happy to return.

The spa is small, but very pleasant. Not many people the weekend we were there, but during peak season... ouch.
Very disappointed. A rushed and unfriendly welcome. The room was poorly insulated, and the night was unpleasant because it was too hot and, above all, not clean. This is the first time we've seen such dirty toilets in a hotel. Bathtub seals on the floor and cobwebs. Only the meal was pleasant. 12 euros for a very limited breakfast.
