A peaceful and charming place, very quiet. The breakfast is excellent and very generous, the staff very pleasant.

ma venue tout au long de l'année est professionnelle ; mais j'y suis revenue l'été pour y passer quelques jours de vacances avec mon époux
Un hôtel que je recommande au niveau de l'accueil qui est excellente avec le personnel d'une gentillesse exemplaire et également au niveau de la qualité des prestations offertes !
La restauration quant à elle est un peu élevée en prix et aurait méritée une formule proposée plus simple, mais en revanche est exceptionnelle et d'excellente qualité !

Séjour agréable, dans un lieu magnifique, avec une équipe au soin.
Plusieurs points pour etre parfait :
quelques mouches mortes dans la chambre,
la clim s'arrête à 7h50 et il faut à chaque fois demander à l'accueil de la relancer (nécessaire à cause des baies vitrées exposées plein sud.)
on a demandé un drap en plus après la première nuit mais nous ne l'avons jamais eu
une odeur de menthol sur notre couette juste dans un coin laisse douter de la propreté
l'insonorisation des toilettes pourrait être revisitée.
Très bel hôtel dans un écrin de verdure...Très calme et très reposant
Bravo et merci à l’équipe de la direction pour le suivi de ces clients. Bravo à toute l’équipe de l’accueil, du petit déjeuner, de la restauration et de l’équipe de la maintenance des chambres (ménages et propreté des chambres). Je vais recommander bien évidemment cet établissement qui est dans mon top 3 d’hôtel que je fais sur tout le Sud-Ouest de la France. Bravo à toute l’équipe encore une fois.

J’ai adoré cet hôtel, le personnel dans son ensemble accueil et restaurant sont vraiment sympathiques et efficaces. On voit qu’il y a des petits travaux à faire comme les terrasses , les télécommandes de tv à changées … mais cela n’a pas été gênant, étant donné tout le reste d’agréable, ceci est un détail ….

De passage nous cherchions un hotel pour une nuit et nous avons été charmés par le domaine de Beaulieu. Tres belle experience ,accueil, service et restauration excellents. Situé dans un environnement verdoyant au calme avec une belle vue sur la campagne gersoise.
Les chambres sont spatieuses et bien équipées, tres bonne literie.
Repas et petit-déjeuner succulents avec des produits frais de qualité.
Nous recommandons ce lieu .

Très bon accueil, les chambres sont grandes mais j'ai moins aimé certains détails et c'est surement personnel (sol en pierre, c'est froid, grand lit mais en vrai double matelas donc séparation au milieu)
Accueil très chaleureux. Le personnel est avenant, disponible et professionnel.
L'ensemble de l'établissement est très agréable et propre. Les chambres sont spacieuses et très bien aménagées. Endroit idéal pour se reposer et se ressourcer.
Le restaurant est divin: c'est aussi beau que bon!!! Le service est impeccable et les mets succulents.

We opted for a package including a room, a visit to a wine producer, a meal at the restaurant, and breakfast. Everything was perfect. The welcome was very friendly, the room clean and pleasant with comfortable bedding. The location is quiet, and we slept very well. The visit to the partner wine producer was fantastic. We thoroughly enjoyed the meal at the restaurant. The five-course meal was delicious, and the chef's signature dish was simply extraordinary. The service was outstanding. Breakfast featured only high-quality products. We highly recommend this place for a quality experience, whether alone, as a couple, or even with friends.

Tout était très bien seul bémol j'ai demandé de choisir en payant un supplément le menu gastronomique ce qui m'a été refusé par le serveur , il m'a précisé que ce n'était plus possible alors que les autres années ça a toujours était possible ......A l'accueil on m'a dit que c'était possible , je ne comprends pas pourquoi le serveur n'était pas au courant .

It's always a pleasure to stay at your establishment, as the setting is so pleasant. I would like to draw your attention to the catering. We feel a young and pressured team. Having dined on Monday evening alone and Tuesday accompanied by 3 clients, I had the same dish (chicken supreme)? The mashed potatoes and vegetables were barely lukewarm when served, a remark I made at lunchtime.
Another very pleasant stay in the Domaine de Baulieu, the swimming pool was welcome in the hot weather, the room was perfect, the evening meal was plentiful and of good quality and with perfect service, the only downside was that breakfast had to be taken inside because of the wasps, which didn't stop us from enjoying ourselves, we will be back

A 9-course gastronomic New Year's Eve with quality food and wine pairings, a flawless way to end the year. Many thanks to the Chef and the entire team who provided courteous and efficient service. We appreciated the formula that allowed us to sleep in this 4* hotel and leave only the next day, after the buffet breakfast. We will gladly do it again next year, but not this year 2025, which started very well for us.

I know the Baulieu area very well as I go there regularly. A team very concerned about the well-being of its customers. I stayed in room no. 7 and have reservations about the soundproofing. A snoring neighbor +++ literally ruined my first night. From now on I will ask not to be in the rooms on this level. Thank you to the whole team

Everything was very good except that we had no heating in our room...; we were very cold but the 2nd night the staff installed an additional heater for us! I did not note it in the notes because this kind of inconvenience can happen!!

It was an incredible discovery, my wife and I took a stay with a relaxation area, sauna and jacuzzi. All the services were up to our expectations, very welcoming and very smiling staff, always attentive to our needs, impeccable clean room. The swimming pool is a delight, perfect for relaxing, not to mention the decor which is a real haven of peace. The restaurant is a delight for the taste buds, everything was perfect, very good, well done to the chef for these achievements. We had a very good stay to do again soon and I highly recommend this area. Ps we loved meeting the little cat Gérard, very cute, a little cat with a very gourmet palate 🤣

We first visited the hotel eight years ago and were delighted to be able to return again. Although the complex has developed it has not lost its appeal. The location is excellent and provides a wonderful rural setting. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. My only suggestion would be to provide vegetarian options on the menu. Looking forward to returning before 2032!
