Hôtel facile à trouver, très proche du centre et parking disponible. Un peu déçue de mon court séjour cependant, Une légère odeur de renfermé dans la chambre, pas très agréable à l'arrivée. Des oreillers très durs et j'aurais bien aimé dans ce 3 étoiles avoir des produits de toilettes plus complets et un accueil/départ plus pétillant.

Très bon hôtel et restaurant. J'ai testé une des petites chambres studio indépendantes qui était très correcte.

Bon accueil, les formalités d'arrivée et départ sont efficaces, la chambre est spacieuse y compris la salle de bain. Seul bémol sur cette dernière, pas de vitre ou façade separatrice pourla douche, ce qui fait que toilettes et sol sont aspergés.
Le dîner est bien élaboré, bien présenté, le service est rapide..
Le petit déjeuner est simple sans chichi, avec l'essentiel.

Disappointing welcome and service, we don't care about your request, after 4 trips to reception because the remote control didn't work, I was told it's normal remote controls are sources of complaints, we have already reported it to the manager.

Beautiful and comfortable, much improved from my last visit (fourteen years ago). But, as in all modern hotels, even when it is hot, the bed is made up with winter blankets.

I had booked a double room with shower, my husband being disabled we had a bathtub and it was noted on the hotel website that the floor was accessible by elevator although there are steps at the reception to access to the elevator. We were thinking of eating there but not even seated yet, we were asked to choose a single menu. So we ate outside

apart from the feeling of a draft in front of the window, everything was perfect, from the parking lot, to the bathroom and the bedding: very well equipped room with coffee, tea, and hairdryer

Hotel de cœur de ville plus facile d'accès a pied qu'en voiture car malgré le 1er parking exiguë et le 2nd, pas toujours évident de trouver des places suivant votre heure d'arrivée.
Chambre bien insonorisée mais vieillissante visuellement tout comme la sdb.

One night spent here and everything was very good. I found the dinner menu for the evening stopover very good and careful. I found the breakfast buffet to be a little subpar compared to the evening meal.

Nothing to complain about, good value for money.

Spacious room and excellent meal

Our experience was excellent. Our only concern was at arrival. We arrived at 1600 and could not enter the hotel. An email had been sent to us at 1500 giving us a code to get in, but we had no way to see the email until we logged into the internet. This code should have been sent one to two days in advance so we wouldn't have been surprised and inconvenienced. Fortunately other guests opened the door for us.

The bathroom needs to be reviewed, high bathtub, VMC does not work. And the room doors are too heavy and each guest lets go, and they slam loudly, so at night it's not really great.

Although the guide stated it was serving evening meals when we arrived we were informed that the restaurant was closed

After a really long journey we arrived at the hotel, we got given our room card key, only to find when we got there the room hadn't been cleaned. The cleaners requested we come back in 10 minutes!! The room was very dated/tired and not what I expected, the toilet and bathroom doors didn't easily close, the bathroom only had one of the 3 lightbulbs working, one was just hanging down and the other bulb had blown, this made it very difficult when showering as you were virtually in the dark. Thank goodness the bed was comfortable....the only real saving grace!!

Fridge HS room 203. No air conditioner (near a traffic lane so difficult to sleep with open bay window). Badly soundproofed room (you can hear the door closings of the other rooms on the same floor loudly)

Everything was fine ! the reception, the staff, the room with balcony. Satisfactory breakfast. The only downside, I should have noticed when booking. Nothing justifies the 3 stars for this hotel. U average or even mediocre reception, not smiling the person at the reception. We wanted to have an aperitif on the terrace before dinner, the waitress never came, because she was serving dinner in the restaurant.. so we decided to sit in the dining room, the same person offered us a menu at 17 €.50 with a pitcher of rosé, and in the end we paid €54.10 which relates to an a la carte choice??? Not specified by the waitress!! Frankly there is deception on the quality of reception, service and especially price ... because a hotel at 105 € per night, deserves more class of standing and professionalism on the part of the staff ... I would not recommend this establishment which in my opinion must have seen better days!!

Non air-conditioned rooms on the west side on the street side. Impossible to sleep with the windows closed too hot, impossible to sleep with the windows open too noisy, in short if you don't want to sleep (at least when it's hot) it's perfect! Bathroom from another age .... This hotel needs to be renovated and will be according to the staff, so much the better. The bedding is okay, but the staff is very friendly. A plus: the private garage, for bikers it's good. We wonder how it can have three stars...

A very good welcome, a big thank you to Albane for that. That was the only positive. Indeed we stayed in another accommodation than the one we booked. We found ourselves in a room in the annex of the hotel, in a residence: no wifi, no fridge, no kettle, no hair dryer, just enough to sleep. With, as a bonus, the consequences of accommodation in a residence: the neighbors and the noise. A so-called new accommodation but a priori ends in a hurry because of holes in the wall and a leaky radiator. A gesture would be welcome because paying €95 for this, for accommodation that we had not reserved, without any hotel service, is very disappointing.

Perfect staff, room although very noisy very early in the morning, not at all soundproof.

We appreciated the sympathy of the young woman who welcomed us, as well as the room as a whole (appreciable quality of sheets among other things). On the other hand, the glazing is not effective enough on the street side, the continuous flow of cars is unpleasant from dawn. The room is too hot, without the possibility of cooling it. We also point out that the staff in charge of cleaning the rooms was the big downside of this stay since from 8am it was impossible for us to sleep in, and for good reason... We thought there was work going on! We don't know if it's the terrible insulation of the building or the lack of consideration of the staff (or both combined) but it was very unpleasant (bangs in pipes, slamming doors, loud voices, blows in the walls in short...) really a pity. A larger television would have been appreciated and a secure bottom of the bath (risk of slipping).

We are satisfied with our reservation at the Chris'tel hotel. The rooms are very large, the mattress and bedding very good for a good night's sleep. Our room faced the front but the windows are very well insulated, the nights are quiet. The person at the reception is charming, taking care to satisfy the customers as well as possible. The breakfast is good, varied. Only downside if you sleep in on Sunday, which was not our case, you risk having no more pastries or bread. Too bad it's the day when we allow ourselves to sleep longer and feast on waking. We will come back with pleasure, the location is perfect for visiting and discovering. Small suggestions that would be a plus. Have city maps available at reception and more pleasant music in the dining room 🙂.
