Disappointed at first sight by the general framework of the establishment located in an industrial estate. Nothing to do with the lodgings of France of yesteryear where the hotels were managed by real hoteliers. Impersonal welcome without verbal exchange. Cold hall in terms of temperature. The room was also freezing. The heating was off when we announced our arrival! (The outside temperature was 2 degrees). No radiator in the bathroom! (Room 111). Restaurant temperature barely acceptable. Tasteless and poorly cooked meal with supposedly fresh produce. Freezing breakfast room! Positive point: real squeezed orange juice. Buffet acceptable with the exception of the industrial baguette. The various services are provided by a single person who manages reception, rooms, room service and administration! Economy in opposition to what one should expect from a hotel service worthy of the name. All this discredits the rating of the hotel as well as the reputation of "Etik"... ...expressed in all objectivity because I have been frequenting the "logis de France" for 40 years. The philosophy has literally changed by encompassing anything and everything. I have never been so disappointed...

First day OK: Second day: no reception, closed door and no restaurant. I was not informed. Complicated billing because the hotel is not aware of this double billing
Hotel chosen for work + leisure (dad works in the area at the moment, we joined him to share the week with him) We had connecting rooms, perfect with young teenage children. The hotel is well equipped, the swimming pool is a significant asset. Restaurant dinners and breakfasts were enjoyed by the whole family. The hotel staff was very welcoming and pleasant, we would like to thank them.
Nous avons été ravis de notre séjour. L’accueil est excellent, le personnel très compétent et sympathique, un petit déjeuner magnifique. Le seul soucis sur le week-end c’est deux perso d’un certain âge pour pas dire vieilles qui n’ont pas compris le règlement de la piscine et qui ont été lamentablement insupportables avec le personnel qui les ont accueillis de la même manière que nous, comme quoi les gens mauvais sont de partout. Nous avons tellement été ravis que nous réservons tous les week-ends.

I needed a triple room in a hotel with parking, air conditioning (because it's very hot outside), Wi-Fi (because we have to work), for two nights. On the booking.com the description of your hotel corresponded. We arrived at the hotel in the evening, the receptionist told us everything and gave us the key. The room was on two levels, the second bed was on top. Since the room was very hot, we turned on the air conditioner and left for the city. We returned three hours later, the room was as hot as it was. The air conditioner does not cool the air, it works like a fan. The air conditioner blows warm air, making the room even hotter. We opened the window, but it was still very hot. It was impossible to be on the second level. We had to sleep three of us on the same bed. Internet was not working. In the morning we came to the reception, told the employee that the air conditioner was not working, the Wi-Fi was not working. We showed her on the laptop and on the phones that there was no connection. An employee tried to open the website of your hotel, she did not succeed. After that, she said that something was not working with us, but everything was working well in the hotel. We had to work in a cafe in the city. In the evening we returned to the hotel. The room was not cleaned, towels were not changed. Another night of torment in a hot room, the three of us on the same bed. In the morning I came to the reception to ask for clean towels! Since the staff do not understand English, before leaving I wrote a message in French through a translator that our stay at the hotel was terrible and that I would write a review on booking.com. The front desk clerk just shrugged her shoulders and didn't even apologize. I don't understand why I paid for a triple room if I can't use the second bed for my son. I do not understand why write in the description of the hotel that there is air conditioning if it is not. If not the Internet, then why write what it is. There was no room cleaning. In the end, I only got a parking space. But it's not worth the money I paid.
Everything was perfect, the welcome, the bedding, the swimming pool, the breakfast with very good products, and the restaurant to recommend. Too bad the air conditioning did not work in hot weather.

Very, very small room. Welcoming lady. Lovely pool and here it stops. The “chef” had never heard of seasoning and the meat was chewy. The only things that tasted well was the salad, the tomatoe and the fries. And they forgot us in the restaurant. Still same nice lady. There were three big spots on the linned an one dirty towel and no discount offered. Breakfast rather messy, sausages and scrambled eggs very very cold.
The rooms are functional, the swimming pool and its surroundings very pleasant, very good value for money meals. A very pleasant staff, smiling, available.

Effective nothing to say
Disappointing meal experience: 40 minutes for my order to be taken, the starter did not take too long to arrive following the order but the main course never arrived after an hour and a half of Total wait, I left. The chef (obviously) came to the bar twice to drink demis and raise the tone on the people doing the service.

This is the third time we have stopped at this hotel with our children. The family rooms are very pleasant with a bed on the mezzanine. The room is very quiet and well equipped.
Friendly welcome, nothing to say, however not possible to lower the radiator which was fully (blocked button) obliged to ask that it be cut because too hot in the room. Room not very practical for the price (very high mezzanine with ladder that can be stored on the side with a hook). My son didn't want to sleep alone upstairs...

Des draps troués. Des serviettes qui n'essuient pas. Un roulea de pq entamé. Pas une bouteille d'eau ! Une recouche faite tous les 2 jours. Un petit dej minimaliste surtout le 1er jour et cher!

3 nuits passées dans cet hôtel. la chambre n'a pas été faite une seule fois sous prétexte de covid alors qu'il suffit de demander d'ouvrir la fenêtre pour aérer la chambre.
Malgré le fait que la chambre ne soit pas faite, le prix reste élevé. Vraiment dommage car le reste était bien.
Quel dommage de mettre un si grand lit (très confortable) qui prend toute la place dans la chambre. Il ne reste plus rien pour poser ses affaires. Bref on a l'impression d'être dans un wagon couchette.
Il faut demander aux architectes décorateurs de passer une nuit pour qu'ils goûtent leurs conceptions.
Un hôtel qui s'est écroulé par rapport à il y a quelques années.
La propreté est à revoir nettement; les voilages sont d'une couleur à ne pas douter de la saleté de ces derniers. Le lit était fait avec des cheveux sur les oreillers, et en dessous de la couette.
Il y a aussi un problème de sonorité; on entend nettement les personnes dans le couloir et les personnes allant aux toilettes ou à la douche au dessus de nous.
Les 3 étoiles ne sont plus justifiées.
Établissement facile d'accès. Parking sécurisé dans un environnement calme. Proximité d'un arrêt de bus qui permet de rejoindre une ligne de tramway (Oxford). Il est vraiment dommage d'avoir été gêné la nuit par le bruit de la climatisation. Un mode d'emploi en chambre serait le bienvenu pour en régler le niveau.

Très belle surprise, superbe accueil, surtout pour notre chien, très bon repas du soir et petit déjeuner très varié, personnel très très à l'écoute, enfants enchantés par le lit mezzanine... À refaire
Dans la chambre pour 4, l’échelle pour atteindre le lit supérieur est dangereuse et ne tient pas une fois repliée, le sèche. Cheveux ne marche pas , la salle d’eau sent le renfermé humide, le ménage laisse beaucoup à désirer (poussière partout).
Il n’y a pas d’ascenseur dans ce trois étoiles !
En revanche le dîner fût correct et les serveuses très agréables et attentives.
J’avais l’habitude de fréquenter de bien meilleurs Logis .

A fairly well-appointed establishment and comfortable rooms, but the housekeeping could be greatly improved (cobwebs in the curtains, dirt carpets). The breakfast services frankly depend on the person in charge of the reception at the time. We stayed two nights: Saturday morning was very good and lived up to our expectations for a breakfast at €13.50 with a friendly welcome and a few words exchanged. On the other hand on Sunday, the reception was initially absent (because asleep on a bench at the back of the restaurant). This time we found the breakfast overpriced for the products offered: croissants from the day before, no scrambled eggs despite the label and the dish but empty, we had to ask for the bread (to get the one from the day before !), the fruit offered in the fridge was very advanced and gave off an unpleasant smell. As for the plates, several were poorly washed. What a pity to remain on such a low impression!
