Hotel located in an uninteresting business area. Room cramped compared to what we usually have for the same price. Modern hotel with soul. Frankly mediocre restaurant
Good hotel, too bad I hadn't been warned that there was no restaurant as it was taken up by a dinner show, so I can't comment on the hotel as a whole, room and breakfast very good.
Very friendly welcome, decent room, good cleanliness, there is a bit of a lack of space in the room, but we asked for a queen size bed so we can't have everything. Perfect room for a stopover. Restaurant service is pleasant and we ate very well. Congratulations to the team
Very welcoming staff, good food. As for the rooms, the maids do what they can but it needs a good coat of paint (scratched and dirty walls and doors). It's quite depressing. Too bad...

Hotel where I have been staying for many years. The staff is very welcoming and very friendly. The hotel is very well located, easy to access, parking available and all the facilities required for a good stay. Various small problems encountered during my many stays: - 1 broken office chair - The rooms located on the stream side are very dark and have major humidity problems - Quality of some equipment is aging (in particular certain elements of the bathroom and the bedding)
Overall ok, but the hotel only deserves 2 * The hotel deserves more care in general maintenance (false ceiling in the breakfast room stained by water leaks from the roof, the carpets in the corridors are very stained, the toilet paper holder is broken, the skirting boards in the rooms need to be repainted, mold is appearing on the bathtub joints, etc.). Very clean and quiet hotel. The family room is very practical. We were delighted. The hotel restaurant being closed on Sunday evening, we were very well advised to dine outside.
Clean, pleasant hotel, quick welcome and check out, friendly staff. Free parking. Pets allowed with extra charge. Not easy to find without an updated navigator. The restaurant has reasonable prices, but the quality seemed to us to be improvable, the choice limited and the execution of the dishes questionable. The convenience however is an appreciable value and the restaurant "la zebra" is comfortable and nice. I would go back to sleep (room for 4, a double bed on the mezzanine with a semi-removable ladder to access it, exactly as pictured on booking, it is a pleasant and well-made solution. clean bathroom, conguo, everything works, comfortable bed, quiet room, controllable and working air conditioning,) there is no elevator. However in the morning the room must be cleaned by 10.30, then it is omitted, so either you vacate the room by that time, or you give up the cleaning. They knocked twice on the door to clean. It would have been better to have known that we had to get up early, but we were not informed.

Very pleasant stay in this hotel with swimming pool and restaurant. It is close to the highway but well isolated. The swimming pool is very clean and very enjoyable in good weather. The restaurant is very good and the recipes are original and the dishes very well presented.
Perhaps add information in the rooms regarding swimming pool times, meals, etc.

Simple and unpretentious hotel but with a very good level of service. An unexpected swimming pool, a pleasant terrace, a quality restaurant and unreserved cleanliness make us forget the location in a somewhat ugly but practical artisanal area because it is close to the motorway junction. The hotel is pleasant and air-conditioned. Very good value for money. And thank you to the director and her team for their welcome.

Room was smaller then anticipated and not very clean. Very humid in the room to the point floor was wet and clothes were all damp in my suitcase. No ventilation in the bathroom so steam from shower never got vented out.

This is well located for a stopover and has secure parking for motorbikes, but I neglected to ask for a non-smoking room and my room smelled of cigarettes.

My 3rd stay. The only negative point is the parking lot which quickly fills up. The team is very pleasant, the cuisine delicious. Keep it up
Very good, clean. Very welcoming staff. . Very excellent restaurant. This is the second time we have come for a ping pong tournament and we are very delighted. We recommend. We didn't have breakfast this time, but we enjoyed it in December.

The restaurant is also very good.
Nothing to say about the service and catering part, it was very good. The problem lies with the room: rather dilapidated, very small, clean but nothing more, poor soundproofing because I could hear my neighbor snoring, the heating box lit blue all night lighting the room, no drain in the bathtub , a kettle with a cup and 2 sugars but no coffee or tea?! ... In short, a bit limited!
Excellent welcome, comfortable room
Staff were really helpful and friendly, food in restaurant in the evening was really enjoyable, well cooked and tasty. The breakfast was really good, great coffee machine, fresh squeeze oj machine, plus excellent fresh croissants and pain au chocolate plus loads more. (Scrambled egg and sausage were a bit cold, thats my only gripe) but the eggs were really tasty.

I couldn't park because there was a wedding and I had to ask for help with the only result being that everything was full and that around 11:30 p.m. I could surely move the car. The internet was not working properly. The breakfast was scarce and requests for replacement of finished products, such as orange juice...

Kids loved pool and mezzanine bed. Room was a bit snug but fine for the purpose of our 1 night stay.

Great stay. The establishment is clean, from the room to the swimming pool. Very pleasant staff. To keep in mind for our next visits to the area. Only downside, the very steep staircase/ladder to go up to the mezzanine.
Quiet room with air conditioning. The hostess also had to do the service in the restaurant and during breakfast in the unexpected absence of several colleagues. Despite this, very caring for customers always with a smile.

The hotel is out of town just off the motorway- ideal if you are just passing through. There are no restaurants etc nearby but the hotel food is excellent. overall more than pleased with the hotel and the value for money.
A fairly well-appointed establishment and comfortable rooms, but the housekeeping could be greatly improved (cobwebs in the curtains, dirt carpets). The breakfast services frankly depend on the person in charge of the reception at the time. We stayed two nights: Saturday morning was very good and lived up to our expectations for a breakfast at €13.50 with a friendly welcome and a few words exchanged. On the other hand on Sunday, the reception was initially absent (because asleep on a bench at the back of the restaurant). This time we found the breakfast overpriced for the products offered: croissants from the day before, no scrambled eggs despite the label and the dish but empty, we had to ask for the bread (to get the one from the day before !), the fruit offered in the fridge was very advanced and gave off an unpleasant smell. As for the plates, several were poorly washed. What a pity to remain on such a low impression!

Disappointed at first sight by the general framework of the establishment located in an industrial estate. Nothing to do with the lodgings of France of yesteryear where the hotels were managed by real hoteliers. Impersonal welcome without verbal exchange. Cold hall in terms of temperature. The room was also freezing. The heating was off when we announced our arrival! (The outside temperature was 2 degrees). No radiator in the bathroom! (Room 111). Restaurant temperature barely acceptable. Tasteless and poorly cooked meal with supposedly fresh produce. Freezing breakfast room! Positive point: real squeezed orange juice. Buffet acceptable with the exception of the industrial baguette. The various services are provided by a single person who manages reception, rooms, room service and administration! Economy in opposition to what one should expect from a hotel service worthy of the name. All this discredits the rating of the hotel as well as the reputation of "Etik"... ...expressed in all objectivity because I have been frequenting the "logis de France" for 40 years. The philosophy has literally changed by encompassing anything and everything. I have never been so disappointed...
